I had a flat tire on the side of the hwy, and this company came out right away to help me. They were fast, professional, and super friendly. They got my tire changed quickly and made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate their great service and highly recommend them!
Mother got in a wreck they changed to charge 470 to deliver to house less than ten miles. Or 320 to their shop. I explained that I would come get the vehicle because that’s triple what I got quotes for a tow. Then the police said we had to use them. Triple the price and has to use them because that’s who the cops called! Bad business. Basically told we have to pay them no matter what even if we could handle ourselves! Crooks! I had a dually taken from Purvis to down town Hattiesburg for 150 and this was a little car!
James was able to find out the issue with my car. It was a shift linkage problem. He went out of his way to help me. Got it to the repair shop to have a small part put in. Best towing experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend them.

This review is for the driver of a ling bed tow truck. He road my tail, almost hitting me. Had his flashers and lights on, with no vehicle on it. Then he gives me an ugly look. That is not ok. Just because of him acting like that, I will never use your service and will tell others not to as well. All of that was uncalled for. I'm sorry, but you are a tow truck driver not an ambulance. No need for speeding and flashing lights.
I had a vehicle break down on the way home. My insurance assisted me by contacting this place to tow the vehicle. The guys were so fast to reach out to me and coordinate with me. Not only that they helped me keeping me updated on everything. They even sent me a picture of the car when they dropped it at the shop. Absolute fantastic service. Highly recommend

A fantastic company! Have used multiple times over the years and have always received great service. Today was no different. James was great - showed up on time, was friendly and helpful. All around great experience!
The driver got to location in a timely manner but the service from the driver and the owner of the company was very poor. I called for a key unlock service since my husband had locked his phone, keys & wallet in the car at our home while car was running. He went inside the house but had the garage door up. The driver opened the car door and took photos to supply for insurance but did not knock on the door to let my husband know he had arrived and had unlocked door. The driver called my cell number that I provided since my husband's was locked in car. I was on a work call and didn't recognize the number and driver did not leave a vm to say he was there. My husband kept looking out to see if driver showed up and never saw anyone. Over three hours later he tried seeing if he could get door opened since he thought no one was going to show. I called the owner of the company to find out why no one showed and he told me they had. I told him the driver did not let my husband know he was there and didn't leave a vm to identify himself. He was not apologetic or to say he would discuss with his driver to not handle situations like this again. He was rude to me and wanted to know why I didn't give my husband's number instead of mine and I had to explain it was locked in the car. All he had to do was say I will tell my drivers to not do that in future and apologize and all would have ended well. I work in the insurance industry and I would have been very upset if a customer had called to tell me how this service was handled. Please work on your customer service skills sir!

We are from out of state and broke down. Thanks to these people who were nice and so very quick. It wasn’t an easy job, but James was good at what he does.
They really know their stuff. They are the best in town. I have a jaguar that I couldn't get going. Not only did he get it towed, he got it cranked and drove it onto the tow truck. He was on time and gave me pointers about my cadillac.
A pro came and got me off the interstate very quick and efficiently and helped lead me to solve the problem. Very affordable will definitely recommend and use the service if ever need be.

A PRO Towing is the best, hands down! Don’t waste your time with anyone but these guys! We needed our truck towed to a local dealership (my husband called Jackie’s towing which the dealership had recommended, Jackie’s left us in a bind and had us waiting and waiting and kept saying they were coming and never showed) and in less than 10 minutes of me calling A PRO, Dennis came to our rescue! Less than 10 minutes!! That is exceptional service!! Dennis was very kind and knowledgeable, he was able to get the battery running when we had been unsuccessful and he had the truck loaded and was on the road to the dealership in minutes. I wanted to reach out to you about one of your drivers. Monday I had some Engine trouble in Dodge 5.9 Diesel. I contacted AAA and rec'd Confirmation Number XXXXXXX. I was then contacted shortly (6-8 minutes) after calling AAA by Your dispatch (Mike I think) Dispatch Confirmed my location type of truck and my destination. He was very professional and advised he would be sending out driver and to expect them in 45 minutes to an hour. After he hung up I received a call like 3 minutes later from Ricardo your driver, Ricardo advised he was in route and also confirmed the store I was at and wanted to know where in the parking lot I was and if the vehicle was able to even steer move etc... In 37 minutes Ricardo shows up greats me with a smile and was very eager to help. His attitude and character alone changes my bad luck day into a day of being grateful and see the positives even with the hard luck. Since my truck was going to my mechanic in Picayune MS. and I needed to get to Hattiesburg I caught a ride with him back to Hattiesburg to meet my daughter whom was coming to get me. During our ride, we had normal car guys conversations about trucks and racecars and all sorts of things. But during our ride I couldn't help to notice how much Ricardo cared for his customers, asking if the AC was comfortable or if I wanted windows up or down, even if I wanted to change the radio or listen to something else. Ricardos playlist from his phone from new to old school I was enjoying his playlist. With all the rambling I have done I wanted to paint a picture about your dispatch and especially your OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY RICARDO your driver. Your driver had a way of making customer feel like I was part of the family. You guys have a really good driver in Ricardo and I cant say enough about his professionalism. Its not everyday someone will tell you the good in your employees but his service goes above and beyond and deserves recognition.
They was nice on the phone they towed truck at 4 Tuesday and I went and got it like 3 o'clock on Thursday and cost me 290 they said 200 for town like 10 miles then 35 a day geez with that price you would think the first 24 hrs would be included in the 200$ and the I guess owner thought he can just pop of like he is smarter and better them other. I never leave bad reviews but this is a rip off and I think I'm gonna get me some wreckers a d go half price from all these rip offs like A pro
Very polite, timely. Offered a more economical solution for us, rather than just towing the vehicle home, Towed our vehicle to his shop. Had it fixed in 20 minutes and we were back on the road. Called and checked on us to make sure we got home.
