On July 6, 2024. Watch out for damages!!!!Purchased an unopened item for $100, got home and found it was busted inside the box. Returned within an hour and was told no cash back. Store credit or trade for like item!!! They didn’t have anything else like the item I bought!! AND the lady at the counter told me THEY DO NOT check anything before it’s sold. I Ended up with store credit ONLY. I guess I will use the store credit for trash because that’s how I feel about this place.
Lady manager might be Ashley her name very rude and unprofessional behavior with customer. De respect the customer my experience was bad visiting this store
First time coming to this place and it took everything in me not to get out of character. The lady literally was rude to my three and two year old like not all the damn toys are already broken and overpriced. I understand you don’t want a “mess in my store” but it’s a small child if I wasn’t going to get it I would have returned it to its location without making any mess. Her attitude was disrespectful and discriminatory.First time and never will I ever give this business another chance.
Well I'm a truck driver I was delivering at this place 1st time here and last time so I get here and some old lady tells me to back my trailer to the back of there facility so I did and then she flips and starts yelling at me saying why did I cut the seal I was like how I'm I supposed to open the doors any ways for second I though she was the owner then she starts saying the owner is gonna be so mad I swear I was having a laugh so old lady if you read this next time send me the owner of the circuses I don't need to be dealing with his animals that don't know how to treat people the crazy part is that she is already old and she acts like this nonsense
They had some good deals but my boyfriend called the next day to see if we had left an item behind and the girl that answered the phone had no business speaking to my boyfriend like she did!! Thank God she was polite to our faces! Very unprofessional
It's a really good place to go to and it's pretty kool to shop at we love went there yesterday to look around and ended up buying 3 pairs of tinny tinny shoe's and a robe and we got good deal other wise known a steal as salvage world saids and rest assured we will be shopping there again when we get a chance ty for a great customer service too God bless you
We’ve been to this place not once, twice, three but yet four times.. of course you won’t know if what you get works until you bring it home. Or if all the pieces are missing or not.. fourth time to go back for my husband to replace a weedeater bc after searching, it didn’t come with all the parts.. so he swaps it out AND GETS CHARGED FOR THE PARTS MISSING! One girl that works that that’s “assisted” each time is the absolute worse at customer service! Worse attitude ever. Treat your customers better. It’s not our problem we’ve had so many issues with what we have bought from there!
The owner in the commercial can't even say my Great Great Aunts name correctly..., Hatty Hardy the name sake of Hattiesburg. Pronounced, HAT EASE BURG.
This place is a joke!! WAY overpriced and very dirty. Staff looked at you like you were beneath their contempt. And every item, and I mean EVERY item, was either used or broken. And they had the nerve to charge what they were for the stuff. If you were smart, you would just stick to shopping at Dirt Cheap. I know I will be.
Normally find a thing or 2 I want while walking through the store. Decent prices but the return/exchange policy is pretty much good as they can see your tail lights and they do not want to take anything back.
I was not impressed. Most of the stuff was returns from Home Depot or Harbor Freight. It was used, dirty, smelly, broken and unorganized. I'm sure you could find parts and pieces if you have the time to spare.
Prices are HIGH on everything.
Too expensive. Employees were openly and loudly talking bad about costumers after they left. They didn't really seem interested in my wife and I as we came in or walked around. Hardly even looked our way once, even as we left. I can only wonder what they had to say about us after we were gone.
It's a great place to shop the people that work there were nice they had no problem helping me in the store and loading it into my car and told me when I needed to return it if I needed to and the great place to go especially when your remodeling your home
The young lady who checked me out was very sweet. Otherwiwe, I was unimpressed. All of the items are scattered around all over the store. The prices are unbelievably high considering that more than half of the items are rusted. If you are looking for a deal I suggest going to buck's.
Most things look dirty (used), broken, or incomplete. The place is hot and smells like rat poison and decay. My first and last time browsing this location.
Many of the items were used or looked broken. Some were in boxes that were taped up suggesting they had been purchased and returned. You did not know if they were not working or missing pieces or just not what the person wanted.
Many of the items were not marked or marked differently from other products of the exact same type. It was confusing to know what the price actually would be at the register. Many of the products that were oricedwere in opened boxes but at prices that matched local retailers. Not what I was envisioning.
I loved this place! But the last few times that I've made the two hour trip, it hasn't been worth it. The prices are way too high for what they have. The furniture was dirty and some had water damage ( Mold) and they had it marked WAY UP! It use to be a DEAL, but now it's not really worth the drive!
I have bought a lot of things there and they always have what I need for cheap. Anyone that hasn't been I recommend you going. The workers are nice and friendly.
You can find some amazing deals, but always use your phone to prove check items. I have seen a few items in this store on sale for just as much as you could get them new. However, you can get some heavily discounted items if you're not afraid to bargain.
