I want to send a big shout out to this towing company, they went above and beyond. As a single parent I was just passing through and got stuck in a ditch. This company was the first one on the list and picked up quickly. I sent over photos and he came right over and got me out. The service was smooth and fast. He also went out the way to make sure that I got home safely. I will be using them again if I'm in the area.

My cars serpentine belt came off while I was driving. I’m not from Hattiesburg, I called him and he towed me back to his yard and called a friend of his to fix it immediately to get me back on the road because it was late and everywhere was closed. This man in an angel in human form. Call him and he’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re safe.
JD arrived on scene timely. Professional yet engaging took some of the angst out of this tow. He knew exactly where to go and had to manuever his truck into a tight space so He could offload my auto at the Designated auto repair. Very smooth

Great, easy experience. Needed them for a short, 1 mile tow, and they got there quickly. I didn't catch the driver's name, but he was very kind and did a great job. Price was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend!
JD went above and beyond. Not only did he help us tow our rental car off the side of I59, he was able to help us source a tire for our flat, something that our rental company couldn’t do within 55 minutes of reaching out to roadside assistance. Within 10minutes of us calling JD, he found us shop that was able to get us in same day for repairs. He was very friendly & knowledgeable.
Had to have my SIL's truck towed from Hattiesburg MS to south AL - chose JD's Towing bc he gave me THE BEST price. (It was a 117 mile tow for a F350 dually) Not only was he the best price but his service was ABSOLUTELY all around wonderful from our first phone to the delivery. Would HIGHLY recommend over & over again!
Do not call them! We called for jumpstart and the guy said it will be one hour, after almost two hours he is not answering the phone and when we texted him he just replied "Cancel" and then blocked our number! Very unprofessional, made us wait for nothing!

I chose this company because it was highly rated, and my experience with them justified that rating. When I called to inquire about the service, the owner was extremely nice, professional, and transparent when providing all the details of the tow. I needed my vehicle towed over 70 miles away, and the transport cost was EXTREMELY reasonable AND more affordable than the other companies I contacted!!! An added plus was the tow truck driver, Anthony. He was prompt, friendly and very patient during the whole process!!!
Anthony was so patient and thorough. He showed up so quickly with a smile on his face ready to help us. He waited until we figured out our car situation and then made sure we had everything we needed before he started loading it. He was very sweet with my children even making them laugh when most people would have ignored them.
Call Sunday about a tow for Monday on my 2009 Jeep Wrangler and the person I spoke to was very helpful, professional, and polite. JD'S was an impressive company to use when towing my Mercedes over an hour to my home. I called them from poplarville and had them scoop my car up from Hattiesburg and deliver it to my home in poplarville. In under 15 minutes they had it on a flatbed headed my way. The phone call was pleasant and polite. The gentleman sent me an email payment link where I could easily pay and instantly receive a receipt and confirmation. The price was right and as expected for such a long distance tow. A different gentleman delivered my vehicle promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. He was very kind and friendly, which in my opinion is hard to come by when dealing with wrecker companies, so many points for that! Also I have to say he handled my car with ease and was very gentle with putting my car in the driveway so smoothly. Overall a great experience and I would have to say if you're looking for a no hassle tow company then by all means give JD'S Cheap Tow a call. You will not be disappointed. I'm glad I did. I called the day of needing my car towed to my mechanic and J D answered promptly and gave me a time that the wreckers would arrive. When the tow truck arrived he was very friendly and professional. Not only was my car well taken care of, but the guy knew exactly where my mechanic was located even though his location had recently changed, and on top of all the great service I received the towing bill was very fair and reasonable. I am so thankful for JD’s Cheap Tow, I’m one very satisfied and loyal customer.
Addition to my review…I had to call for another tow today 7/12/2022 three weeks from my last tow. I can’t say enough good things about this business. To me they are the one and only tow service I will ever use. Great fast service. They really make a difficult situation better with their great service.
They came when they said they would arrive. The payment process was super easy. The driver was great, very nice and polite. They are locked in my contacts for any future car services I may need. I would recommend them.
These guys went way out of their way on a day they were supposed to be off to help me and my husband stranded out of town with our 3 young children. Had the car towed and fixed all in the same day and I am so grateful for them. The work they did was professional, fast and high quality. 5 out of 5 would recommend.
I used their services for a curbside collision and it turned out that my car needed towing rather than a spare tire placement I had called for. Little late in posting this but I highly recommend this company. I went into Dollar General real quick and came back out to my truck not starting. JD had the lowest price for towing me home and got to me within 15 minutes of calling. He was quick to get my truck hooked up but also did it with great care and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Gave him a $20 tip for his professionalism. If I ever need to be towed home again, I'll definitely call him.
Great customer service! Both JD and the man working with him were nice, patient and guided me the process regarding what I needed to do with my vehicle. He kept his word, was timely and inexpensive..
