Stopped in and was greeted warmly as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Quick, efficient service with a smile—can’t ask for much more from an auto parts store!
I will never use this one again. I had called multiple times just to make sure I was getting the right answers and then sent someone to get rotors for me since I had a warranty on them. The guy told me over the phone that my warranty was good and then when my mechanic made it to the store told my mechanic something totally different and was very rude about it... and tried to lie..
I went to the AutoZone across the street last night to get my check engine light diagnosed and was told they could not offer the service after dark. I questioned the validity as I'd had it done previously and was told will policies change. I immediately went across the street to this O'Reilly location and had a wonderful experience. You associate was very nice and diagnosed my vehicle quickly. O'Reilly has gained a customer for life and I will never shop at AutoZone again.
Was assisted by a young woman and she was so professional and courteous. They have much better customer service than Auto Zone across the street! Will be returning.
Great service friendly staff needed to test an alternator that AutoZone could not test at three different locations but o Reillys took good care of me on the first try they have all the right stuff if you know what you are doing
Don’t believe the “will check your battery and install” hype they have all over the store. They sat and watched me change out ours for 45 minutes!!!! Just bad service.
The staff at the O’Reillys location on Goodman rd in Southaven, Ms are out of this world professional and very helpful. I was having several motor issues with my Trailblazer and used this location for most of my needs. Thanks to John, James and Luke there I was able to find the right parts to get me up and going. Each time one or all 3 of these guys would go an extra mile to help me figure out what was wrong and advice on fixing it. The type of customer service they provide is almost a lost art.

Our truck was leaking fuel. The fuel injector line was cracked. Found the part online called and they ordered it from their warehouse and had it at the store within 2 hours. Great fast service and the part was a few dollars cheaper than the competitor.
Always great service. The guys that make everything happen will always try their best to help you with what you need. Also, any assistance you need with replacing lights, batteries (some not all type), wipers or other things, they will try their best to assist you to get back on the road or whatever project you got going on.
I have tried to make this my store but every time I order something it gets lost our someone doesn't follow up on the order and I have to call to find out what is going on I like the people but not the business side

good day to all the store is neat and clean employees were very helpful and kind but there prices are too high on some parts I was looking for a tailgate handle for my H2 was told it be a 157 dollars plus tax I called summit racing got the part for 15 do your self a favor call around be before buying from them
True assistant manager was awesome! We had an issue with a sensor. He recommended a place that fixed it for a fraction of the price that Midas wanted in half the time Midas quoted.....
I am thankful for the employees at O'Reilly Auto Parts for helping me find out that my battery had 2 dead cells in it. They help me get another battery and back on the road. Thank you!
People are never of any help. Never have parts in hand, they couldn't turn my rotors cause no one knew how to operate the machine, I came back and they ruined my rotors, haven't been back.
This is the most helpful auto parts store that I've ever been to. I have a antique car and they can almost always find parts for me. Usually no shipping fees
They helped to the best of their ability. However, upon arrival there was an employee sitting on a bucket smoking a cigarette right next to the no smoking sign. The same employee finished his cig right as I got out of the car and followed us in the store to behind the counter where he then proceeded to offer his help in finding the parts I needed. After getting a list together of the parts he needed to pull, he clearly didn't know where the parts were located so he grabbed another co-worker to assist. (Will I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, I saw a roach crawl across the floor). He then finally came back with all the parts on the list, which unfortunately did not contain all the parts I needed. So then the process started over again of him trying to figure out how to search for a part...which took an additional 3 minutes.This was my first visit to this location, and for now the last. Maybe a visit from corporate with some training would help, most o Reilly stores I go to aren't like this.
