They towed a car of ours that was wrecked, but was in decent condition (the airbags deployed, but it could be driven but because of the airbags the police denied us). They charge 40$ every day they keep it, and charged a lot of fees up-front, and to top it all off, they did not make us aware of the accruing costs until several days had passed. The very first notice we received notified us of several 100’s of dollars in charges related to holding fees, and so the first bill we got was around $1,000. Of course, we aren’t that well off, and couldn’t afford that for the car, so we had to essentially forfeit one of our vehicles.When we finally found the title to retrieve our belongings from the car, the staff there were very hostile and unaccommodating. They wouldn’t allow us to retrieve our car’s battery, and borderline threatened us with their behavior. I whole—heartedly believe this is one of the vilest places on this green earth. The only way they can make money is by scamming people out of their cars by demanding exorbitant fees.

The lady at the front desk is so rude!!! Horrible service

They towed my vehicle and failed to inform me I'd be charged for the weekend,they aren't open im trikg to go get my ride right now i have to pay 500 by Monday it'll be 700... the dispatch lady says there is no one else to call the basically stole my car. This place is a rip off. Honest people don't deserve this

1 star!! If this is your option PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find another option , Idc if you have to wait 6 hours for another tow truck please. I had a medical emergency, while driving and was in the hospital for 5 days. My partner tried to get my car on day 2, they refused because I needed a notarized letter haha , wouldn’t even take a verbal agreement, even though I had the make, model, year , tag number VIN. We got the letter , they refused because I wasn’t present, refused to tell him how much was owed as well, because it wasn’t his car. So I get out the hospital on day 5, and I owe $958. Ok we have the money, but now they are saying my tags are invalid. It’s almost 5pm, on a Friday the DMV are closed. He says oh well. But it’s nothing i suppose haha. We come back , with the tag fixed, I’m in person per requested lol, and we paid over $1000 to get my BMW . Price gouging at its finest , and this company knows exactly who I am , because they counted my money so many times as if it was fake or would grow legs to run away .. it’s obvious they didn’t get that many cars to take to the auction to stay afloat so they have to be dirty towards the community. And same on Southaven police department for taking my car to the most desperate company available, just in a rush not reading reviews so hopefully I can save a few people the headache this company brings. Lord forbid if I wasn’t financially stable and able.

The driver popped a rock into my Windshield Christmas Eve going down 55. I contacted the office, the guy said we don't haul rocks!!!!! He said, I'll have to look at the cameras and get back to you. I called him Monday and he refused to pay for the damage. So unfortunately, they didn't want to take accountability. I hope I NEVER need their services. Such an inconvenience during the holiday season!!!!!

I called this office three different times to make sure I don’t pull up with 2 babies and 4 adults somewhere for no reason, I get there and they tell me it is at a completely different location. I wreaked Friday night and they charge $40 everyday and I was unable to get it until they opened MONDAY. they are charging over half a thousand. This is ridiculous. I would have gotten my car out that day if they would have let me. This is just ridiculous. UPDATE! now I can’t even see or get my car today. They told me 5/5:30 now they are telling me the lot closes at 4 and they have no one available to go to the yard??? How do you charge extra every day it is there but you don’t even have enough staff to assist you?? This makes no sense my bill is about to go up even more bc of them. I am able to get to my car I was sitting at the lot waiting after they gave me the wrong place and I can’t even get anything out of my car I am a single mother this car was all I had really and everything important is in it I can’t even get out bc they don’t have any more people available to assist me? But I’m going to get charged? That’s ridiculous I can’t believe I’m getting charged extra bc y’all are understaffed. This is so unprofessional.

They picked up my daughter's car and didn't notify her for weeks. By the time we got it back there were parts missing. They stole the battery out of it. There's more alot more to the story but I don't feel like typing it. Very very rude and almost impossible to deal with. Would not recommend. Now let's wait to see what the owner wants to divulge because he replies to EVERY review with lies if it's a negative review. Shame on you Mr. Owner!!

Called for two tows in the last few weeks. Calls are answered quickly and professionally (rare these days), and the truck arrived quickly. Yaya was our driver both times. He is friendly, professional, and was gentle with my car.

Needed to get my car towed from my home to the dealership. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful, the driver arrived on time and was very professional, and everything went off without a hitch. The bill was exactly what the lady quoted me on the phone, down to the penny.

From start to finish Choice Towing was fantastic. Their level of customer service was top notch. The driver Adrian Terry was a very professional young man and he took his time with my car. I appreciate the level of service and care they took. I would highly recommend Choice Towing to anyone.

Adrian was great!!! I had a flat and was heading to Tupelo. It’s was like 3 o clock and I had to be towed and taken to the tire shop before 5. Adrian got there in great timing and towed me to the tire shop. Was able to get to my destination by the grace of God!! I thank God for sending me to Choice Towing cause they really took care of me!!! Thanks so much and please choose them!!

This was my first time using this towing service. Adrian was the person who assisted me with towing my car. He was polite and very nice. We had general conversation and was funny. My car wouldn't start so he had to pull my car onto the flatbed. He was gentle with my car, he gradually loaded my car up on the flatbed. I was pleased with the service and Adrian. I would use Choice Towing again.

Steve came out to tow our car and I accidentally locked my key in the car. He spent quick a long time trying to unlock it! Thank you!!! He also called when he got it to the auto place to let us know the status…great service!

Adrian towed my classic 1966 Mustang to my new house. Even though one of the wheels was locked up, he was able to get it safely in the garage. Fast service with a very affordable price. Knowledgeable and friendly people. I will continue to use them!

It’s almost never a great day when you need a tow truck and my day today wasn’t great. But I must say that my experience with Choice Towing was phenomenal. From the call with Dee who answered their 24 hour tow line to Adrian getting me and the car to the dealership it was fantastic. Both of them were focused on helping me and were very thoughtful. I really can’t recommend them enough! I have already saved all their information in my phone because there will come a day when I will need another tow and I trust these guys. I am not one to write reviews, I do however want to rate this company! I was recently in a wreck when I was on my vacation on my way from G.A. to T.X. This service came to my aid the car was not drivable. They arrived on scene in a very prompt and timely fashion. Not only was it evening time all he would have had to do was load the vehicle and leave. But this man waited for everything to be processed made sure I was able to arrange transportation and somewhere to stay! He made every effort to make sure my dog and myself were ok! I don’t know how I would have handled this situation without such kind and compassionate person assisting me! I was still dealing with the cops and the chaos from the collision, the tow truck drive was so sweet and took my shaken up golden retriever from the vehicle and took her to a shade tree to help calm her down! The next day when I came to get my belongings they helped me load everything in to the other car! I am so thankful for them and there compassion to serve I was very far from home and Terrified they did everything in there power to assure me it would be ok! I just can’t thank them enough they are amazing people! I highly recommend!

I’ve used Choice Towing on several occasions and have been very pleased with all aspects of the company. Each time, the office staff was very accommodating, the drivers arrived on time, were very professional and took the time to secure both my vehicle and equipment prior to transport.

I used Choice Towing many times in the past as well as very recent. No doubt the best customer service you can ask for. Mark and Eric will go out of there way (even when it’s not convenient for them) not to mention there drivers look and act very professional. The prices are better than most but for the quality and customer service you get, I would be willing to pay more. I have also recently had some special equipment that had to get hauled and they knocked it out the park and delivered on time, specifically following my strict instructions that had to be done. If you need anything towed, hauled or any kind of help... you can guarantee that Choice towing will make it happen and take care of you and the tasks. 5 stars every time.

My experience was horrible with this towing company! After they towed my car Saturday night they told my husband that we had to wait until Monday morning to pick up my car and that the total cost would be $157.50 however when I called Monday morning to verify that price they told me the total would be $230.00. And the manager Mark told us that he wouldn’t work with us in any way and regardless of the fact that one of his employees gave us a much lower price! So please don’t waist your time or money calling them.

I was very impressed with the treatment I received last Friday, great customer service from start to finish and a great experience. They were so professional and Michael went out his way to make sure I was taken care of and place my vehicle exactly where I needed it. I will definitely be using you guys again and I recommend this company to anyone looking for outstanding service. Keep up they good work guys!

The quickest tow I have ever received. I was so happy to see Ken the tow driver when he arrived. 240 N at 9am in Memphis is no fun sitting next to a concrete wall in a tiny miata. Thanks so much for efficient and great service!!!

OMG, best customer service ever!!!! A flat tire on a MINI just before leaving for vacation is a very bad thing...but Kristi made sure my car was picked up from my house and delivered to the dealership first thing in the morning. And Eric, the tow driver was so nice and professional, I cannot say enough good things about Choice. You guys will always be my first call and I'll be sure to recommend you to all my friends!!! Great service and quick experience. Just what you need when your already dealing with a car broke down. Not to mention in Mississippi summer with 3 kids. Our driver was even able to tell us exactly what was wrong with our truck. We were able to fix it the same day :) thanks choice, always our 1st call.

I had to get my car towed from University of Memphis area down to Hernando MS on a Friday night. I spoke with Kristy on the phone and she was extremely nice and helpful. They arrived within the quoted wait time they gave me, and even diagnosed my car for me. I can't remember the gentlemans name that I rode with, but I hope he has a great time on vacation with his family! All around great first experience with having to get my vehicle towed. The driver and I had great fun conversation the whole ride. Will use and recommend this company in the future for sure. Thanks guys!
