They lied to me. Said they’d be there in an hour then said they’d be in 15 minutes. They never showed up never called. Left me on the side of the road. That’s a horrible thing to do to somebody. They could at least called and told me they could not make it.
PISSED BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WAS STUCK IN A DITCH Tonight , I DONT KNOW WHO RECOMMENDED THEM BUT PLEASE DO NOT! CHARGED A 200.00 After the fact ! No SYMPATHY DIDNT CARE AT ALL THEY WANTED WAS 200.00 AND THE TRUCK WAS STILL RUNNING
I wouldn’t recommend another wrecker service! The driver, Mike Cole, was at our location within 10 minutes of calling (if that). What began as an awful ride home, turned into a positive experience with Davis Wrecker and their driver!! I can’t thank y’all again for the help you guys provided tonight!!!!
I called this tow company and had my truck towed and to a mechanic within minutes. Mr. Mike was very friendly and helped me out a lot. I almost want to break down again!
They messed the front of my car up and its never been in a wreck or on another wrecker truck.Davis wrecker has been the only to ever do it. I called and ask what's the procedure for fixing it or do I just need to go through my insurance company. He acted like he didn't understand what I was asking so I flat out said you guys messed the car up are you gonna fix it. His response " well ma'am we pick up vehicles all the time and yours the only that ever messed up" I replied sir I just wanted the procedure on what to do thank you have a nice day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP PUTTING THE BACK END ON THE WRECKER WHILE THE FRONT OF YOUR CAR JUST SCRUBS THE GROUND AND MESSES UP. THEY WILL NOT FiX YOUR VEHICLE AFTER THEY MESSED IT UP.
I Give This Place 5 Out Of 5, I Had A Blowout On The Highway 5hrs Away From Home On A Sunday With No Spare Tire, Mike Was Very Kind And Made Sure I Got My Car To The Nearest Place And He Made Sure I Got To The Nearest Hotel Before It Got Dark Out. He Was Very Patient With Me. Very Grateful Thanks So Much
Mike recovered our stolen car in a muddy field. He towed it out with great difficulty, and took it to a safe location. We drove in from out of town to recover the car, got lost, and were running almost an hour late to meet him. He offered to meet us somewhere and take us to the car. He then offered to jump start the car if it wouldn't start. We will never forget his kindness and help during this stressful time. Thanks again Mike!!
Very rude and illegally tried to keep me from gaining access to my personal belongings. My insurance co made sure this was remedied. I will be sending letter to MS attny general office. They WILL NOT do that to people.
It rained 5 days straight in vicksburg. My big truck got stuck in the mud. The big tow truck operator came from crystal springs in about an hour. The nice tow truck guy pulled me out in less than 10 minutes. I'm pleased with the professional service.
