I had to go in and do another rating for this business. My husband took my car in for repairs my AB and traction light was coming on. They put brake pads on. They called us with another $500. Worth of stuff we needed done. In all it was over $800. And the lights are still on. I called them they said that it was another problem. I was pissed. He told me if we buy the part he would put it on for me free. By that time I didn't want to spend any more money there. My light is still on!****
I highly recommend this service shop. When our water pump went out during our vacation trip to Florida, they jumped right in to diagnose the issue even though it was close to closing time for them. The owner and staff were very courteous and made a bad situation manageable. The owner even went out of his way to take us to a nearby hotel for the evening and picked us up the next morning when the repair was complete. We cant thank them enough for their help. This type of service is getting harder and harder to find these days.

I have always heard wonderful things about this group. My wife and I broke down near West Point hours from home. They were very easy to work with and quick to respond. We will be using them moving forward thank you gentlemen.
My son is traveling to Alabama and had a heating issue with his vehicle this was the only place open but about ready to close due to very bad weather. They took the time to look at his can and fix it, and was nice enough to not charge them. They went above and beyond to see thet my family makes it home save. Thank you
These guys are awesome, I’m traveling thru to Alabama and I’m still 200 plus miles from home and I started having temperature issues and the day before I got my temp gauge replaced, they all diagnosed my car super fast and got my system regulated and all with a decent price!! William Wells Automotive has always been highly recommended to me. When I started having issues with my car, I figured I would bring it to them. I didn't even know they had a shop in West Point. Everyone there was extremely nice and explained in detail what was wrong with my car. They even looked at another issue I was having with my car to see how they could fix it. Everything was clearly communicated to me, and my car was fixed extremely fast. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend bringing your car to them. Thank you again!!!
Wells Automotive was referred by a friend. Joey was very professional and nice man over the phone and in person. I took my vehicle for diagnostic testing and they found out what was wrong with my vehicle in no time. They ordered the part and fixed it and didn't bankrupt me. lol Reasonable price.... and I would definitely go back if needed. I recommend them if you having car trouble.
Paid over three thousand dollars to get my car fixed and it's still not fixed. They didn't fix anything that I asked them to. I returned the vehicle because it still was not working. They pretended to fix the problem but didn't. After paying them three thousand dollars I still had to come out of my pockets with another$400 to buy a part that they screwed up. They kept my car for two months and it's still not running. Worse service ever.
While we were traveling through the water pump went out on my buddies truck. Found the number for the shop they got us off the highway and into the shop and fixed in just a couple of hours.
Had the unfortunate experience of vehicle breaking down while traveling through West Point Ms. fortunately though, our vehicle was towed to William Wells. They started diagnosing the issue as soon as the car got to their shop. It was determined that the transmission was going to have to be removed from the vehicle to inspect and repair, and the job wasn't going to be a quick one. We decided we needed to rent a vehicle and continue towards home. Joseph was nice enough to take the four of us to the airport to pickup rental. He also had to deal with 3rd party warranty company that I had a contract with through the entire repair process, and they were of course not easy to deal with, so much so that most repair shops would have told me to forget it and just pay or take somewhere else! They had our vehicle for approximately two weeks during this entire process. I traveled 8 hours from home on Friday to retrieve the vehicle and had to return another rental to the airport upon arrival. Again, Joseph met me at the airport and brought me to the shop, with no charge! during this entire time period, they kept me in the loop on everything, normally I find that if I want any information from a repair shop, I am the one who is calling, not these guys, they are extremely customer oriented. The vehicle ran lime new on the 8 hour trip home! I just cannot express my gratitude enough to this shop! Hopefully we will never be in a position like this again, but if we do find ourselves broken down in a town far from home, I can only hope it's in West Point Ms.!
It's a good place to take your car to be serviced great customer service good mechanics the only thing is when you taking in for oil change there's nowhere for you to sit and wait for your car especially if your lady.
