I have had mostly good experiences. But once I was looking for a tools set the older lady helped. She presented me with a small set. Left but came back checked myself and they had another set with much more accessories that would've been only a few dollars more. She swore she didn't know they had it and they were side by side. JUST TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED PERSON.
