I came in the store today and I guess it's manager named rashad was cussing out an employee. Calling her all sorts of names. How can a company allow that. I would not recommend getting your parts from a place like this!

There's a lady who works the counter that is absolutely the best parts dealer in the state very informed very polite and on spot...

The prices are usually pretty reasonable but as for the employees most of them do not have knowledge about car parts. Almost every single time we have ordered a part from there they give us the wrong part. So after waiting for it to come in we in turn have to make another trip back to the store to get the right part. That is very inconvenient for someone who is 18 miles away from that store. Which unfortunately is the closest one to where we work on these vehicles at. They usually beat anyone else on the prices and usually if I can find it cheaper they will match that price.

I went in to store to purchase an alternator for my card. The male clerk proceeded to lookup the part I needed and gave me the total. I asked when the alternator would arrive and he told me the next day. So I proceed to swipe my card and the money was taken off but for some reason a receipt didn't print out. The clerk then proceeded to reverse the transaction but the money was already taken off. The part was ordered and it came in but I didn't get a receipt and they wouldn't give me the warranty....Stupid bishes
