Had a tire blow out on US-61. I didn’t even know exactly where I was, but the receptionist was able to figure it out and sent a tow truck. He got to me within 20 mins and kindly took me to two different tire shops. He also let my mom and I ride with him as we didn’t have another way of getting around. If it hadn’t been for Chops, I would’ve been waiting for over two hours for roadside assistance. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and they saved my entire day!!

The receptionist is disrespectful and Ill tempered. Quite literally hung up the phone for no reason 30 seconds into the call.

I used them for some unloading of equipment for our business. They were great - easy to work with, communicated well, and they did what they told me they'd do - and for a fair price. They were great - and will be someone I'd use again if I ever needed help, They'll be on speed dial. AJ and Cory were great - Ms Bonnie and Chop were top notch as well. Great people - can't recommend highly enough.

Had to get towed back to Vicksburg with my company truck (falco, Angela). It started off a very rough morning, but it was doable 😊. I'm grateful for the experience because no one wants to be in that predicament. Thank you
