Van was super helpful and managed to not only get me pictures of the parts i needed, he shipped them quickly and packaged them nicely! Now that we have received the parts we are so happy in the quality and price we got them for. Truly a life saver. Thank you so much!!!
My company ordered from here and they sent us the wrong part not once but twice, after emailing and corresponding with Cory from December 11th 2023 to January 8th 2024 and being told they were going to send us return labels multiple times so that we could get credit we never received anything. We have told our insurance companies we will not even try to work with this company ever again. This is not how to conduct business.
PSA: Do not do business with NATCHEZ SALVAGE YARD they charged me over 200 dollars for a bad radiator that had a huge hole in it it’s been three days still have not refunded my money then shorting me my bread I paid 200+ for a starter and radiator plus $50 deposit to even get the radiator shipped got the starter still $70 returned the radiator for a $60 check and 73 dollars on the card keeping my 50 even though they sold me a part that shouldn’t have even passed any initial test he’ll you didn’t have to test it the hole was the size of a 50 cent piece and yet still no refund of any money they try to give you a lot of different numbers broke down but ultimately playing with yo money and pocketing money at the same time why keep the $50 deposit if the part you sold should have never been sold very unprofessional and attitude prone terrible customer service do business with Natchez Salvage and I promise you WILL regret it in the long run

The crew at this Salvage yard are pretty amazing! I absolutely love the fact that they are environmentally friendly and so well organized! The gentlemen at the counter and the owner were very professional and respectful, never spoke down to me because I'm female. We even cracked a few jokes as I waited for what I needed to be taken care of. Go see them!! Great place!
I asked a question about a vehicle that is there and this man went to his office and stayed in there so I left. What he doesn’t know is I came to purchase the vehicle, but I am glad he acted like he did I will not return to this place
They always have the parts I NEED or can ORDER the pats for a reasonable price. Van and David go above and beyond I make sure every order and customer are very well taken care of
Very prejudiced people! I would never go to this place again. To say I was completely ignored is an understatement. Two guys sat behind the desk and did not address me, acted like I wasn't standing there, and I was the only customer in the store. I got the point and walked out. Last I checked all money was green.
Service was awful... Very rude and inappropriate comments to me and I never received a call when my part came in and everytime I called I was told it hadn't arrived yet... What should've taken 2 days took nearly 2 weeks.
Lovve!! Bunch of great knowledgeable guys, helping you. Phones ringing off the hook, people all over being served and these employees will keep a smile on throughout it all. Great prices!!
