Brough my car i for a distributor, picked it up a few days later. 10 miles down the road, overheated and smoking, pop the hood to find an empty radiator. They charged me to tow it back, just to tell me it was the most rookie mistake possible, fixed the hose they didn’t properly connect, still charged me for the tow. Plugged vacuum lines, instead of putting them where they took them from. Parts were put back in wildly wrong locations. Now I have an engine tick that was never there, prior to them working on it, car randomly stalls out now, as well. Now I need a new engine, or a full rebuild. Yes, they got it done fast, but a hack job on the best of days. Personally, I don’t think they even earned one star, maybe if they would have not charged me for the tow, especially after admitting they screwed up, but they couldn’t even do that.
Great experience with Courtney last week recycling aluminum cans. Very nice lady. Family went through some difficulties the past year but everything is going great now!
I have brought many many old dead car batteries and I am more than satisfied with how much $$$ they paid out to me. They lady is always nice to me possibly because I dont mess around with little nickle and dime stuff and I bring high dollar recyclables and I always carry it all myself and I dont mind. I like to do business with this place.
Five star review, yes, please.. The place is very good and has very nice people to help you out with other stuff and what you can find and what you need. The place is the best, in my opinion. I wish there were more nice people in the world. Even though they close at a very short time during the day, they should keep it up.
Can I give 0 stars! Was on my way 3hrs to buy an item and an hour into my drive I get a message the item sold!! She wouldn't let me pre pay to hold until I could get there! Horrible business!!
Dropped off two separate loads of cans on a Saturday. The lady (Courtney was her name I think) was very nice and helpful even though they were super busy. Fair prices for the location.
Not able to rate unless you give one star. I would rate no star. My wife found a skid loader bucket on Facebook was for sale. I drove an hour+ to pick it up a day after she said we would take it. I showed up to nobody but a dog (I was thinking Doberman) in the office. Then the lady came who posted the bucket and brought me to look for it. She made a couple phone calls and figured out it was cut up for scrap earlier.
The hours that are spray-painted on a hood say they're open till noon I showed up at 11:20 and all the doors are locked how are you supposed to run a business like that
Nothing but a dirty scammer..He had some vehicles posted on Craigslist.Worked it out to come up and look at it next day after work so 2 of us took off work couple hours early to get there before 6 because he said he would b there till then..i text him when I left town for 90 mile drive saying I was on my way..pulled into the parking lot and up to the door and I get a text saying sold..How and why would anyone do this.the lady in the front said it was sold an hour ago..he text and said it sold 15 minutes ago..so what one was it..what an unprofessional business..Drew the dirty scammer
Went my first time last week was treated fine thought pretty well if the place until my bank called saying there check bounced, apparently I’m not the first one that has had this problem either.
Called in advance asked if they would take my pop cans they said yes I asked them what them what time they closed they said 4:30 as I arrived at 4:00 they told me there machine was broken and couldnt take anymore there bins were full find a better place to bring your pop cans
I when to both of there locations on a Saturday and no one was there first location was off of county road 8 and it was a house and a scrap yard gate was open drove in there and no one was there knocked on the door because yes it was -15 out side so I thought someone had to be in the house no one there honked on my horn no one came out called 10 time rang and rang and rang no one pick up the phone then when to the one off of highway 12 shortys same thing gate opened all the doors that i went to we’re all locked and called the number same answering machine lady and no one pick up how can you say you are open on Saturdays 8-12 when you don’t even pick up your fn phone
I showed up to drop off some scrap aluminum and the lady working there was rude, disrespectful, and talked down on me because she had "too much to do". i would suggest finding a different place to bring recyclables. Rating would be 0/5 but it Is not an option
