  I called for help with a flat tire. Two hours later a couple guys showed up. Nothing on their vehicle or even clothing said that they were with Smitty’s. They didn’t introduce themselves, and had no air compressor even with them. I still don’t even know what their names were. It was all bizarre.

  Big angry guy in a big red truck was parked in my lot taking up 6 assigned spots so I asked him what vehicle he was looking for and he got all defensive and started acting like a big ol' baby. Some people's children my god! Grow up baby Huey.....

  My insurance company hired him. He was belligerent and harsh on the phone and in person. He didn’t know information and was swearing and disrespectful to me despite my insurance not giving him info. I had nothing to do with the mistake. He made me uncomfortable to the point of not wanting to be alone with him. My insurance company was alarmed and will never use again. Not sure how he stays in business.

  We bought a car from him. He kept the title because it was not complete on his part, or the previous owners part. It took over a week to get the situation taken care of. Which came with a lot of cursing swearing, put down and threats. I knew him so I did trust him. But he has done this to myself and one of my other associates. I would not use him for anything.

  I called and the guy was mean. Then they got the address wrong. Overall, took an hour and a half to show up. Then they filled my tire up with air (took about three minutes), so I could drive to a tire shop. This experience cost me $150.

  My mother wanted to bring me gas just to make sure we needed a tow and the tow man didn't like that and left us on the side of the road and the company refused to answer the phone. Terrible service.
