I bought a used engine. Unfortunately it had a head gasket problem. Which was not a problem. These guys took care of it immediately. Great communication. They stood behind their product 100%.

Although the I needed had to be taken apart it took about 20 minutes even though I didn't receive my screws from the part but all in all great customer service at the counter and it was hotter outside i want to thank the man who removed the part that I definitely need great workmanship in v the heat if I need something else definitely return five star .

Wow, Atlas Auto Parts is the best salvage yard experience I've ever had. Communication, invoicing, shipping were so fast and easy. I inquired about a AC compressor at around 11AM. They responded quickly, quoted me for shipping, and invoiced me within the hour. I paid the invoice and got a phone call shortly after about the compressor connector being bad. They called to verify its okay with me, which I told them it's okay, and they boxed it up and sent me a tracking number 5 min after. Compressor arrived next day. Other salvage yards in MN/WI need to be trained at Atlas before operating ever again. I honestly haven't even tested the compressor yet, but the customer service from this salvage yard was the best I've ever dealt with and had to leave a review just for that. UPDATE, compressor works great and is leak free. Awesome place

This outfit had exactly what I needed at an alright price. 115 for a part that's 150 new in my case. Acceptable but not what I would call a "good deal" for a second hand part. Their customer service is jovial when everything is going as it should, but when I pointed out a crack on the part (which turned out to be not that big a deal in all fairness) that attitude changed. when I asked about it the rep started or ended every sentence with my name in a sarcastic tone. I can take it but if you're easily offended by implied disrespect you may not fit well here.

Horrible experience, sold me a bad transmission, but because I replaced the bad transmission with a different transmission before verifying there transmission was bad with them, btw, I could drive the car and the bad transmission they sold me in to them to show them that my car and the installation was not the issue with the transmission they sold me. They refused to honor their so called warranty. This place is trash, find a different business, not only did I get a bad transmission, but I paid less for the working transmission I had to replace it with, had 30k miles less and worked after installation, car runs and drivea Fine

If you had a good experience a couple years ago those times are long gone. Good luck trying to get a refund on anything... They sell junk parts for more money than competitors and don't honor their so called "warranty" They owe several of their biggest customers and shops thousands of dollars in unpaid core fees for engines and transmissions... They have an incredibly incompetent owner and staff currently. They don't value good employees and as a result of the owners greed, negligence and incompetence they cut several good employees pay for their own benefits which resulted in loss of all good employees... the place is a crumbling joke of what it once was. Take your business down the road, don't give them a dollar!

I know my Dad has been coming here for years and can’t speak english too good so he usually speaks to the Hmong Manager. I recently needed a hybrid battery and had some questions on it. The Hmong manager there was very helpful in explaining the process of ordering it and explaining the warranty to me. Thank you!

Stay away from this place purchased a used shifter from them a week ago and received it box looked ok but shifter was damaged to a point that it cannot be used. spoke to a salesman that sold me asked for pics I emailed them they said this is not the shifter they sold me and nothing they can do for me i told them the box was not packaged well and most likely got destroyed during shipping. very bad experience. I would never buy from them again.

I found these guys through a search for a missing leather headrest on my used vehicle I had just purchased. Not having a clue about what part I needed other than location within the vehicle they understood exactly what I needed and had one! nor did I want to pay a fortune either. It arrived well packaged and was LIKE NEW condition. And well under my $100 budget. I highly recommend these folks as they know their stuff and won't rip you off. I could not be happier with the customer service and how quick they shipped and how perfect my leather headrest was to all my leather in car. Exact match. Not faded, no tears stains smells...just perfect. Saved me big $$$ by not going through a dealership. Thank you Atlas for making my used car complete and gorgeous.

I ordered a part for pickup, the people at the counter were extremely helpful and courteous. I needed an additional electrical connector which the yard person helped me get. Everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend Atlas auto parts.

The liberty 3.7l engine works great. Got everything swapped over to replace the old engine that had a rod thru the block on my customer's 05' dodge ram truck... Arrived at 11am and got it running at 11pm lol. A good used engine in these year models is quite hard to come by... Thanks for everything! God bless

Those dudes up there are awesome as hell I got a 3.8 L V6 for half the price with similar miles than the guys down the road. There's a reason they been open since the 60s. I'll definitely go there for all my parts in the future. thanks fellas

Good service, had called ahead to check availability of a part, they said they had one in stocks already pulled. When I got there they could not find it. Instead of just dismissing me they persisted in their search and after over a half an hour they found it. Anywhere else and they would have given up. I appreciate the dedication. Good job.

Unbelievably friendly and personable. Probably not what you think of at a salvage yard but honestly the nicest people I've dealt with at any type of venue in recent memory. OK, well all of that is fine but do they deliver the goods! YES they do. Needed an auto trans and got it here at a much lower price than any place else. Atlas will ALWAYS be my first call. Dennis is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Some older guy was just yelling and swearing at people on the phone. Dennis was condescending to the lady in front of me. Rated a door as A rating even though it had rust in three places and paint damage from stickers. Refused to let me return it during business hours. Insulted my friend. Highly recommend NOT doing business with this place. Not trustworthy, not honest, not a good place

Decent selection. They knew if they had the part I needed right away and where it was in the yard. They were the only ones in town that could get me the part when I called; All the other folks were charging more and I had to wait two days for it to get picked when I could do it myself in less than ten minutes. If you know what you need and how to get it, this is your place.

Very bad service and rude employees,I called to get some parts and had a list, he simply told me to call back when I was ready? Will pay double but won’t get parts from this place , there are many better places with competitive prices and more polite and respectful people. I’m surprised people even go to this place, as a business owner I’m supposed to educate my employees and make sure they offer good help, there are so many better places with better customer service .

My mother, my son and I went here to get a part and this adventure turned into a great experience. My son is on the autism spectrum and fixates on monster trucks and cars being crushed. He was excited because he thought this yard crushed cars. We walked in and received great polite service. But was told they do not crush cars there. Afterwards we sat in our vehicle to see if my son could see the forklift pick up and bring the cars in. The driver realized what we were doing after a little while and decided to make my son's day. He lifted one of the vehicles he was bringing in and drove up next to us a couple times so he could see. We left and my son said that was so awesome can we go back tomorrow? Thank you for the great service.

Pull your own parts. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are decent. Better selection at other salvage lots, but if you live close, they're definitely worth checking in with!

Worst u pull ever! Today I went and pull a reservoir and it cost $20 for the windshield reservoir as is, and additional $10 for warranty. Really? Warranty should be standard on all parts and not add on. Online is $20 new or $10 used shipped. I know the pricing is $6 and up, but the salesman’s Dennis didn’t even ask the car make and model or year. I came through the door with the part in my hand and the salesman just said” look, you have 2 choices. $20 as is or $30 with warranty”. I, then said to him that I just thought the price should be closer to their pricing, like other u pull and he replies we’re not like other u pull. Of coarse not, you guy are worst. Just 2 days ago my nephew pull the same exact part from another same year, make and model car and it costed $25 warrantied and of coarse he didn’t buy it. This is what happens when they price x$ amount and up on parts and the workers earn commission on parts they sell, they can mark up the price to boost up their pay. Last time I’m coming here and referring anyone here.

I remember the first year they opened, they were nice and some of the employee was easy to talk to if the price wasn’t right. I notice that a lot of them were from John’s auto and was told they open this place to set themselves apart from other u pull/ junk to make customer have a better experience, which they did in the first couple year. But recently they had been going down hill for me, In two occasions, I look up a part online and confirmed with phone call, but when I got there they couldn’t located the part. Once I pull a grill and it cost me $28 with environmental fee and tax, but across the street only cost $32 with tax It’s around $4 of saving, but took 30 min to pull. When I ask if they could lower it, i was told that’s just how they price it:( I think they should just have one price for all same part no matter the year, make and model. If a specific year car model part is more valuable, just sell it off the self and don’t surprise customer with an arbitrary price. yes, customers do still save money, but some of the saving not with the time and effort to pull it yourself. Right now Atlas is just like other junkyard/ u pull if not worst.

Looked online, said they had a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the yard for 8 days. Ask to pull 2 taillights, w/ prices listed on website as $19 and up. First he says I can't go in the yard, they have to pull them. They have "U Pull" in their name, so I guess it was because I am a woman. I ask why.. he said the Jeep isn't even in the yard yet, but they will pull them for me and charge me $40 per light. I can get the, brand new from Parts Geek for $37, and I can pull them from a much better salvage yard, U Pull R Parts in Rosemount for $17. Shady as hell... it's a U Pull, but I can't pull? They advertised a Jeep in the Yard, but told me it's NOT in the yard? They advertise $19, but try and charge ME more than double? My first time going to this salvage yard, and I will never return. It's 2 screws to remove the taillight assembly, and these people tried to screw me, thinking I'm just a dumb lady who doesn't know what I'm doing. I've been doing body work on my Jeep on my own for 2 years... they tried getting over on the wrong one today.

What a great experience! Chris was extremely helpful, always willing to take the time to answer my questions. Don't be intimidated to call and get a quote - even if it is for export like my situation. He was hands on, offered an exceptional warranty and had the best freight rates I was able to come across, which led me to change my shipping company to his! Chris has his business figured out, making it an easy transactions with the savings being able to be passed down to the customers. Thanks Chris for the Engine Assembly the Nissan Titan is purring like a kitten again!

Nice folks, helpful and reasonable......great experience. They directed me to the cars in the yard, offered assistance if needed (didn't need any), and charged me a price that was fair. I will call them first in the future. They will pull parts for a fee, but since I knew what I wanted and how to remove it, I just did it and saved some time and $$.

This is the first time I stopped at this place! The customer service was great and very professional, I bought a part ( alternator) the part was defective! I have to returned but didn't had any in Stock to replace it. The representative return my money back. I really appreciate it and their professional customer service. I definitely I will keep doing business with them..
