  Don’t Take Your Car to This Shop Waamo Auto Parts had my car for five days to fix an AC issue, charged me $1,000, and did not fix anything. When I requested a refund or for them to fix the issue, they rudely dismissed me. They refused to let me speak to the manager or owner. I am taking this matter to civil court and will not let them get away with this.

  This is the worst mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. They had my car for more than 5 months With no progress they refuse to answer, and when I come there, they still have not put my car back together. They are very rude and have the worst customer service. I will never ever bring my car back here or recommend anyone to bring their vehicle. I am going to make a report with the Better Business Bureau against them and I am going to do everything in my power to make sure they do not do this to anybody else, I repeat this shop and do not bring your car here. They will give you the runaround and waste your time.

  They hit a car in our lot while picking up a different one causing nearly $1000 worth of damage. Even with photos of both vehicles, they refuse to pay for repairs. Whenever we call, we get hung up on. STAY AWAY!

  This business is legit business and the work they do is reliable and accurate. I had been dealing with them since 2013. My Rav4 2018 had really nasty Accident almost Total. After 40 days my Vehicke is like a brand new.

  I was referred to Byond (now renamed) by a friend, I thought I was dealing with a reputable business with great prices. I was wrong, $1200 later.. a bad repair to start with via Nate, multiple visits with the same complaint afterwards.. then 3 weeks of avoided calls after the dealership had to fix their work for another $950. Parts were put in the wrong place and caused additional damage. I was ignored and avoided after all this instead of dealing with me fairly, and now a lawsuit and report to BBB. Byond is not a place I would recommend going with your vehicle.

They will ask for ridiculous amount of money and they will delay the whole process when your car is almost done. Once again don’t take your car here.   Please do not take your vehicle to this shop. My car was towed to Waamo after a collision. It took them a month for them to “repair” (through my insurance) with little to no communication. Once I picked up the vehicle, I took it for a test drive and noticed something was dragging. It took them another week to repair that. I then took my vehicle to another repair shop for a check. After removing the bumper, the mechanics were shocked at the poor quality work done. Parts were broken and screwed on, pieces from other vehicles were used, the paint job wasn’t done correctly, and a water bottle was left in the hood. Although my insurance covered all their expenses, Waamo not only failed to repair the damages done to my vehicle but left it in faulty condition. This significantly decreased the value of my car. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit. If I could go back, I would’ve taken my car to an established credited repair shop. Pls don’t make the same mistake I did.

  I took my car Toyota 2011 there, my wiper switch was only working fast needed some adjustments, and the water wasn’t coming out, the front desk guy called Abdirizakh told me it is an hour of work and we will charge you 60$ I said ok, he left the front desk guy, another guy who sounds like jp approach me , saying your car we work on windshield washer only and, we can not fix the speed, I said well you guys agreed to fix, he said talk to Abdirizaq come back tomorrow, I came after again I met Abdirizaq he come out to check my car out side, he said you need to order wiper switch I called ace junk yard I ordered they charge me 55$ But no refund, I picked up the part come to Waamo it was Friday, Saciid, the Machenic. Guy was there only, he took the part went inside to put it, after a while he come back saying the problem is not what Abdirizaq told you, Wow, he didn’t even tell me what the problem is ? ace junk yard the part they siad no refund, cuz it is electronic thing, now I spent 60$ plus 55$ and my car problem didn’t get fixed, the worest thing, they guy saciid jp doesn’t know customer service at all, 0 he had very bad attitude, please Somalis and other people don’t go there to fix your car they sucks thank you ali :(

  Waamo towing is very reliable and quick service, I was in my car and It won't start at very cold weather, I called Waamo and they come, started my vehicle, and give me additional services for free, such as putting balanced air in my tires, plus tip me several needs of shortage liquid fluids oils, engine, break oil. Thank you for such a great honesty business.
