I met Troy at the Florida Tow show, why I was there looking to purchase a JERR dan MPL40 for my company. By the time I was done the conversation with him I knew I wanted to do business with him. I just wasn’t sure if I wanted of renegade, went out of his way to give me information, even as far as putting me in ‘contact’ with other companies that operate renegades 408,to give me their opinion on The unit ,before I make such a crucial decision on which truck to purchase. I’ve been with Jarrdan my entire 20 years in business very nervous to switch .. I can tell you I am very pleased not only with the equipment, But the support after the sale has been phenomenal!!! I have also recommended them to a few other guys for the same truck in the last six months and they are very pleased as well..

Very disappointed !! we used to shop here for our equipment and do some electrical work.
Recently, we ran into a wire burning issue under the flatbed that was causing other wires to burn as well, I located the issue and took the truck to TWIN CITIES, I showed the technician the issues he mention it’s an easy job he will cut the wires and do extensions to the wires, I ask for a qoute and they said around $600-$700. When the truck was ready I was surprised the price was $1691.21. They ran my card that was on file without authorization. Are you kidding me!! It’s still the 29th of March Please say it’s an April Fools joke.
They said it took them 8 hours to do 20 wire extensions that are
4 feet long. This work should have taken an hour, two hours max. I asked for the hourly rate and the response was $165 that’s insane and scam I could have done the same job for $500 max somewhere else, I suggest not doing electrical work here and please be careful so you’re not hunted the way I was.
I’m giving this place ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ i called them because my pin came out of my lift on my tow truck and I was in a emergency situation because I had customers to service Jenn Pearson went above and beyond to make sure I got a same day appointment I was in and out of there in a hour she came out inspected my truck and knew exactly what I needed all the the employees was super nice to me and my dog and the service there was A1 steak sauce I would highly recommend twine cites wrecker.
Called trying to find any info on my car that got towed before the limit was even up.. she was so rude and disrespectful the most disrespectful pathetic response I ever got on the phone. I hope she gets fired immediately
Never have I dealt with another company, as this this one is! Had a few issues when buying, and after buying. Things I didn't notice (my fault) These guys helped me with everything I had, an issue with, and some I didn't! Would buy from these guys over and over, again!
Great experience buying a used wrecker from them. It was as described unlike a lot of other dealers. Drove it home the same day, we would highly recommend!

Purchased 3 trucks from them now, all used. One of them I didn't give any notice before coming, and it had a bad relay. Roddy stayed late and fixed it, his words were "You want the truck today, you should be able to get it today." Can't beat service like that. I should also note these weren't show stoppers, they were old used 10-20k trucks I've bought with them. Ed was our salesman, he's blunt but honest-my kinda guy. I'll buy more from them, my only complaint-on the used trucks, maybe detail them before you put them on the lot, clean sells easier otherwise no complaints.
Ed Stroth has been amazing to work with, we have purchased a couple trucks from him. Ed helped us find a truck that we were exactly looking for every time! We will never buy a truck from anyone else, would recommend him to everyone!
Flew 1500 miles to pick up a used truck. Truck ended up having a couple issues not stated over the phone. Problems were taken care of before I left for my long drive home. This family owned business treated me VERY well. Again I was buying a used truck being sold in as is condition. I was very nervous about buying a truck so far away but after dealing with them I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Very disappointed just bought a 09 c5500 Ed has told me and my grandfather that the king pins were done by previous owner and the truck has been gone through not even a week in the winch snapped loading a car brought it to a shop to get tires put on found out both king pins are shot in the front end also they lied about that. I had found a business card from the old owner and he told me they only paid 24 for it man with that big profit you would think people would atleast be honest but not these guys! They also failed to mention the rear leaf spring is cracked as Well. Please be cautious of what you buy from here people don’t just take there word!
From the first phone call to delivery Twin Cities Wrecker Sales did a great job with every detail on the tow truck they built me. Ed in sales was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable.
Came from Canada bought a wrecker had a separate vehicle shipped there .Staff and owner helped get me hooked up and supplied what I needed to get going.Awesome bunch highly recommend them,as good as it gets.
We recently had a malfunction with our Centry 3212 due to improper factory welding. Miller industries refused to help. Roddie had the part custom built and installed it.
Several years ago the stiff let on our 5030 broke off due to currosion, Roddie repaired that as well with a used part he had instock.
In bnoth cases, he saved us a lot of money and down-time.
Roddie is very good with fabrication, and repair, and has unique solitions to problems.
