Justin was fantastic. He came almost immediately on his way from other job nearby. Lugs were too tight for me to remove my flat tire. Call Elite! No job is too great or small. I paid by visa and insurance will reimburse me. This was so much better than waiting hours. Elite was recommended by two of my car service providers.
Yeah, I just wanna give a big shout out to Alan with elite Towing. Not only was he able to accommodate me with meeting my expectations of the delivery service, but showed extreme professionalism on top of it in a timely manner.

Whatever you do do not book with this company I am telling you they must have all family and friends writing reviews. I am a complete stranger who needed this service out of a desperate time in need as I was in a horrible crash with a totaled vehicle they failed to deliver their promise of a service to tow my car at the SCHEDULED TIME of service. I call and they are not prompt to help me. I call and they are rude. I call and they hang up on me. I call and I can hear them talking about me behind their desk. I was requesting over and over to speak to a supervisor and a manager, and all of their staff were refusing to transfer me refusing to give me any contact info for management. This was a horrible experience already in a time of a very stressful situation. Please whatever you do DO NOT book with this company. They will be cruel to you in your time of need. Do not use them.
Stopped by the store and threw my keychain on the passenger seat as I was getting out of car, forgetting I clipped my car keys into the house key, then clicked the lock button as I stepped out of the car. Luckily Justin E from Elite Towing was fast getting to me and was able to get my door unlocked in a quick and delicate manner. Very thankful.
Mark Willis got our Christmas tree home on time! He was friendly and professional. I was driving with my family home after buying a Christmas tree and broke down. Mark not only towed our car to the dealership but made sure we got our tree home. Would recommend.

I needed my car towed quickly. I live out of state and was requesting assistance blindly. Chris answered the call at Elite Towing. He was professional and explained everything. Not to mention this was occurring during a huge snowstorm but that didn’t stop Elite. They got my car back and stored it for 2 days until I was able to get it. I can’t say enough for Chris’ help and kindness.
This truck blocked us in the alley. We were unable to backup and go out the other way because of ice. We asked him to let us out but he responded that he would move as soon as he towed the truck. We had to sit here while he took pictures, smoked a cigarette and loaded up. There was parking 20 feet away where he could have been while smoking and taking the pictures instead of blocking us in. Very rude and disrespectful!
I'm so happy to share my wonderful experience with Anthony, who came to help with my sister's car that had a dead battery! He not only picked it up but safely delivered it right to my doorstep. I was really impressed by how careful and skilled he was - you could tell he really cares about doing a great job! He was super mindful of everything around him while unloading the car, making sure not to bump into anything. The dispatcher initially said it would be about 2 hours, and though it took a bit longer before they let me know Anthony was on his way, I totally understand - these things happen when you're running a busy towing service! What matters most is that everything worked out perfectly in the end. A big heartfelt thanks to Anthony and the amazing team at Elite Towing of Minnesota - Saint Paul!
These guys are crooks. Stay with your car. They claimed falsely that they would drop the car at the rental place & place the key in the drop box. When it wasn't there Monday morning, they insisted that it was not deliverable & demanded $120 in storage fees to deliver it. Hertz says there was plenty of room to deliver the car. Don't trust them!
Ryan did a great job handling a tough situation. The vehicle was parked inside of a single car garage. It had to be placed on dollies first before it could be moved. Ryan was very skilled and most courteous in how he handled the situation. I was very impressed every aspect of this towing service…clearly exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Anthony for Elite Towing who pretty much saved my life in temps of -1F on the fine Minnesota winter night and jumped my dead EV car which couldn't even charge from the EV station because I rolled it in Neutral for a block and a half just to make it to the station. Never thought my life will come to this.
Anthony unlocked me from the car, communicated on the phone the whole way.and kept me me calm every step of the way while I attempted to bring my poor car home on the small charge and it wasn't enough and he follow me and we had to still tow it a block away from my house -, it just couldn't handle the temps.
Anthony is a solid dude who will do you a solid, and follow you every step of the way, he is a hero and an angel in the best human character traits. I feel this company cannot afford to loose this guy so please give him a raise, he deserves it.
I cannot say enough great things about Mike and the incredible service he provided! After waiting over 24 hours for two different tow companies to pick up my car from a safe location in my driveway, Mike stepped in and immediately got the job done.

Mike Willis was my driver and he was awesome. He towed my truck tonight and texted me a picture to let me know my truck arrived safely at my mechanic shop. When he originally called me he was very professionally, friendly, and let me know exactly when he was going to be there. I’ve only had my vehicles towed a couple of times in my life - this was by far the best experience I’ve had.

This company has predatory practices - they towed my girlfriend’s car OUT OF OUR OWN PARKING LOT in the middle of the night claiming expired tabs. Long story short: they had to bring the car back (right to where they towed it from). Lol
Crooks! $400 to get my car back after it was towed out of the parking lot of my place of work because I forgot to put my parking pass on the dash, and the tow people probably see my car there 4 days a week with the pass in the dash. What tow costs $400?? That's INSANE
