Horrible communication and follow through. Requested service around 3:30 PM and no truck at 10 PM. When calling in I was told 30 to 60 minutes. Then 90 minutes. Finally scheduled a pick up for next day. When trying g to express my concerns office staff avoided answering or contacting me. Weather was not a factor for any delays. I communicated my concerns with the auto shop that recommended them. Save yourself a massive headache and use anyone else. Truck driver gave me a quote for service that wasn't accurate as well.
I had a downright horrific experience with Elite Towing, and I feel it’s important to call out the sheer dismissiveness of a dispatcher named Ben. After waiting well beyond the initial 90-minute to 2-hour timeframe they gave me, I called back—having been stuck outside in 30-degree weather for two and a half hours. Instead of any empathy or even a simple apology, Ben was incredibly rude and dismissive. He basically acted like my situation didn’t matter at all. He told me it would be another two hours, meaning I’d be out there for nearly five hours total. He offered zero apology and made it clear he didn’t give a damn about the freezing conditions or the huge delay. His attitude was basically, “Too bad, deal with it,” and that’s just not acceptable customer service.
In summary, this was a horrific and infuriating experience. I strongly caution anyone considering this company to be prepared for possible delays and a serious lack of courtesy.
Elite towing turned a bad day into a good one. On an icy, snowy day, Tyler from Elite Towing was able to get my car to my mechanic even though it couldn’t be jumped and it was locked in park. Then man got down in the snow to hook up my car. Thank you Elite Towing snd Tyler for the fantastic service even on an incredibly busy day!
This company does late night predatory towing, patrolling parking lots that they have exclusive contracts to and holding people's cars hostage. Just now they were doing it at the Penfield in downtown St Paul, I watch them pick up three different cars bring them a short distance away to stage them and then go back for more so they could get as many as possible. While technically legal, what a dishonorable thing to do, especially when people are barely making it these days. The parking lot at the apartment was not anywhere near full, the cars were not causing any problems, but yet they were just getting towed out of there. Nice job elite towing, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should
Taylor was friendly and professional driver! He drove us safely to the dealership center. However, extremely disappointing experience with the office. The tow company was assigned by the dealership for one of our vehicles, but we ended up waiting over 5 hours for service. Communication was rude and unprofessional throughout the process — no clear updates, and no respect for our time.
Tyler was great. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and great to talk with. I rode with him for an hour to the drop and he was great company the whole way. If all goes experiences were like this, i might just break down more often lol. He's a great asset, make sure to value him as an employee!
Look guys, All I can say is, These guys truly deserve the credit for the service they offer and how well they deliver! I will never call a different towing company in Minnesota, ever again!

Jeff you are so wonderful. Thank you for kindness. I’m novice when it comes to car. I actually called for my car to be towed but when looked at it he said I think your battery is bad. He immediately brought out starter and start my car.
Tyler came to help me at the end of a very long shift, he waited over 30 minutes and helped get my car out of the parking garage or order to load it into the truck. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated it!
Shout out to Zaire! Car gets a flat on the highway, no spare tire, ugggghhhhh, so I call Elite towing. Tow shows up with the quickness, so thankful. Driver tells me I can hop in the truck while he gets the car up on the flat bed, so I do, because it's hot. I'm sure I don't need to say this but, having to get you and your car towed from the side of a highway is not fun, but I was lucky, the driver made the experience the best it could possibly be, given the situation. He was professional, polite, hard working, and kind. His name is Zaire and if I ever need another tow, please not for a long time, imma try to get Elite to send him back out, lol. Keep up the good, Zaire!

I started the mission of towing my car at 1030 AM. AAA refered me to 2 different towing services before elite towing... It took over 10 hours to tow my car less then 7 blocks and they were still unsuccessful. Elite towing showed up fairly early and got the job done in 45 mins tops... I definitely recommend them. Shout-out to Tyler he did I great job. Very efficient.

My tire fell off in the midst of me and my 3 year old driving and I called Elite Towing frantic because I was at a stop sign stuck at 11pm and cops told me I had 1 hour to move it before they would have to tow it … the man who called me back (not sure his name, I wish I knew) he some how squeezed my emergency into there already busy schedule and had my truck picked up and towed to my house within the hour by a very polite man named Thomas. Justin E with Elite Towing is an angel. I was having a strange issue with my car. I called a shop and they had no idea what was going on. My nice mechanic neighbor didn’t know what was happening either. Justin showed up, all business, and started examining my car. Part of my issue was that the keys were stuck in the ignition, which obviously is not ideal. He zeroed in on my issue very quickly and helped me resolve it so that my car was safe to drive. I was more than happy to pay for his time in driving the tow truck to my place, and I hope that this review highlighting his kindness and good sense is thanks enough for how he helped me. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Whatever you do do not book with this company I am telling you they must have all family and friends writing reviews. I am a complete stranger who needed this service out of a desperate time in need as I was in a horrible crash with a totaled vehicle they failed to deliver their promise of a service to tow my car at the SCHEDULED TIME of service. I call and they are not prompt to help me. I call and they are rude. I call and they hang up on me. I call and I can hear them talking about me behind their desk. I was requesting over and over to speak to a supervisor and a manager, and all of their staff were refusing to transfer me refusing to give me any contact info for management. This was a horrible experience already in a time of a very stressful situation. Please whatever you do DO NOT book with this company. They will be cruel to you in your time of need. Do not use them.
Yeah, I just wanna give a big shout out to Alan with elite Towing. Not only was he able to accommodate me with meeting my expectations of the delivery service, but showed extreme professionalism on top of it in a timely manner.
Justin was fantastic. He came almost immediately on his way from other job nearby. Lugs were too tight for me to remove my flat tire. Call Elite! No job is too great or small. I paid by visa and insurance will reimburse me. This was so much better than waiting hours. Elite was recommended by two of my car service providers.
Mark Willis got our Christmas tree home on time! He was friendly and professional. I was driving with my family home after buying a Christmas tree and broke down. Mark not only towed our car to the dealership but made sure we got our tree home. Would recommend.

This truck blocked us in the alley. We were unable to backup and go out the other way because of ice. We asked him to let us out but he responded that he would move as soon as he towed the truck. We had to sit here while he took pictures, smoked a cigarette and loaded up. There was parking 20 feet away where he could have been while smoking and taking the pictures instead of blocking us in. Very rude and disrespectful!

Was able to catch a ride with Ryan today. Great experience. The rig was able to handle a larger than typical commercial style vehicle. No regrets and would recommend.
Ryan did a great job handling a tough situation. The vehicle was parked inside of a single car garage. It had to be placed on dollies first before it could be moved. Ryan was very skilled and most courteous in how he handled the situation. I was very impressed every aspect of this towing service…clearly exceeded my expectations.
