Zero Stars!! Literally waiting for a tow they call me and say they would be here in 30-45 minutes. I had my child with me and on the phone with the shop letting them know that I have a tow coming. I waited and waited for this tow and nothing. I try reaching out and seeing if they are still coming or not after 2 hours and dispatch said they couldn’t get a hold of them either. I would NEVER do business with me. I’ll make sure that Insurance hears about this too because why are they using companies that are not loyal and dependable and honest. 4 hours later and I get a tow and move on with life. Meanwhile having to explain to such a good kid about all of this!
ZeRo stars!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE business!!! We contacted Nick to replace the engine on our daughters vehicle. He said he could take care of it in a week but needed half down. We gave him $1,000 cash. It has been utter silence ever since. We went to the address of business and the car was there, we still attempted to call and nothing. NOW he towed the car and dropped in a block from our house and kept the money. NEVER EVER do business with the person!
On a Sunday, I unexpectedly got a flat tire while on the highway. Nieman's said they would be there in 45 minutes. As promised they arrived within 45 minutes and quickly put the spare on. The price was very reasonable. I was back on the road within 60 minutes. I would definitely call Nieman's for any future service needs!
Showed up before he anticipated as he said it was a 40 min wait and came within 30. Definitely a good guy and did a well job towing my awd car. I will definitely be going to use his service in the furture whenever needed. Highly recommended!
Nieman’s Wrecker Service was exceptionally fast and they were fast, friendly, and very helpful. I will be sure to use their company when I need their services in the future.
