I've used Wildwood Service for the past couple of years for multiple vehicles. Every time I use their services I get a fair price and never feel like they're trying to upsell me on something that I don't need. I've been going here for a couple years now and every time I go in with a problem they are always quick to fix it. On my most recent visit I had went in because there was no heat running in my car. I thought it was something with the thermostat but it turns out it was just the radiator cap was messed up. Mike fixed it up and it was much cheaper than I was expecting! This shop is so good I couldn't be more thankful for all the help from you guys throughout the years
They got me in same day for a valve stem issue. I thought it was the whole thing, turns out it was only the core. $12 vs $70+ Which tells me they are honest people.
I was in and out within 20 minutes.

This place is the best! I'm 60 and am a mechanic myself but hate working on my own cars. Also pretty skeptical about mechanic shops like everybody else. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else but Wildwood. Definitely cheaper than the dealer, and most shops. I don't find missing bolts after they're done working either, like a couple dealerships I've been at in the past. Prices have always been fair and Jeremy and the guys always seem knowledgeable on whatever I bring in. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

My 4 friends do not drive. Every summer, I pick them up, and they camp on my farm. We always have a good time doing stuff they never get to do otherwise. They were really excited for the weekend.
This year, my truck broke down as I was heading to the last guy's place. I limped into Wildwood and they were busy, of course. They took the time to diagnose, which didn't take long. Front axle. They were full till Wednesday, so camping was done.
We were trying to figure out what to do when they told us they could get it done today. We couldn't believe it. Wildwood obviously went out of their way to save our trip.
We walked to Donatellis for lunch and walked back to Wildwood. The truck was repaired and ready. Camping started late, but it happened. The guys had a great time and the 1.5 hour ride each way was uneventful.

I’ve been serviced at wildwood a hand full of times for different vehicles over the years and I must say these are some of the most honest respectable mechanics I’ve ever been to. As a women I always have a bit of anxiety going into get my car serviced because I don’t know much about vehicles. These guys do a wonderful job at explaining to me what’s going on, what I need and don’t need.

On 3/12/2023 I had my vehicle at Wildwood Service for the first time. To have the front driver axle and assembly replaced. A few months later I had it at a different shop closer to home having other work done on it. The second shop informed me that the front drivers side axle boot was busted and they wanted to fix it. I told them no. I called Mike at Wildwoods Service and let him know what was going on. Mike had me drop my car off the same day. My car was fixed again and this time free of charge. I highly recommend Wildwood Service. With the great customer service, integrity, no hassle repair and quality work. They are the go to shop for your vehicle needs.
Switched from another shop to Wildwood and we’re glad we did. Great service - there’s no up selling on things we don’t need and we feel they’re looking out for the customer. Reasonable rates, we’ll be bringing our vehicle back for regular services.

These are great mechanics who do a variety of repairs at reasonable prices. I have Mitsubishi that I had an engine problem with for over a year. I went to a local chain of repair shops, they didn't solve the problem with a number of visits. I went to the local dealership a couple of times, they couldn't fix it. These folks fixed it, once and for all, on the first visit.
Great advice, easy to work with. Even if you live a ways away, how great is it to find friendly, moderately priced, highly competent mechanics?!
Awesome customer service and got me in for an emergency oddball thing. I usually do all my own wrench turning and actually was in the middle of a project when the task at hand would be a million times easier with an over head lift. Needless to say they're customer service is awesome and it saved my weekend project. They got me in within and out within 20 minutes.
Brought in my SUV for a timing belt. Jeremy took the time to explain what other service would make sense to do at the same time. The work was high quality and saved me hundreds from getting it done at the dealer. Thanks Wildwood Auto. I will definitely be back - it’s nice to have and auto shop that you can trust.
Our AC wasn't working so we thought we would try a local place for the first time. Sadly it will be our last time here. They suggested a possible very expensive problem but upon inspection said that it was not that issue - which was a relief. They proceeded to search for a possible leak and upon not finding one recharged the AC so it was working. We paid $135 for an AC recharge, but then, 3 days later while we were out of town and transporting colleagues, the AC quit working. We had to transport clients for over 3 hours on a sunny 94 degree day with no AC. Wildwood Service offered no apology but did look at the vehicle again and could not find any issue. They offered no refund for the service or any compensation for the inconvenience or situation our colleagues went through. They instead said they told us that they couldn't guarantee their work and we would have to go to another shop to get it fixed. When I asked to talk to the owner, the manager told me he would put our work order and phone number on his desk and have the owner call me. It has been a week and I have not received a call. Wildwood Service lacks integrity and I will take their suggestion to go to another shop to have my vehicles fixed.
I have personally known the owner of Wildwood for many years and can vouch for his honesty and integrity. It's hard to find an honest auto shop, but this is one, and I would highly recommend Wildwood.
