If I could give 10 stars, I would. My husband and I live about an hour from New Richland, but were there for an appointment on a below zero temperature day. Our car alerted us that our tires needed air, so we attempted to fill them at that gas station. The valve was bent and started releasing air from the tire at a very rapid speed, so we quickly googled this mechanic and drove the 1/2 mile to get there. I am unsure of the name of the person who helped us, but he looked at the car immediately, and had it fixed literally within minutes. Although, it sounded like it was fairly straight forward, he really helped us ease our minds about getting back home safely, and on time for another appointment. He was kind, efficient and knowledgeable, and I wish this shop was closer to my home so we can go there for possible future needs. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
The traverse took a dive right before the big trip this weekend. I had called and NR Auto got the traverse back up and running in no time! The big trip is still on Thank You! Fast, friendly, excellent service!
I was driving down Highway 13 and my tire picked up a big chunk of metal. My tire air started going down fast. Luckily I was driving by new Richland auto repair. The young man working there was extremely kind and put my donut on. Thank you!!
They were asked to diagnose my electrical issue under the steering column. After I declined their repair due to high price, I paid the fee for the estimate. But they never reattached the panel under the column. It's huge and I didn't bring my tools to reattach it.
