Our daughter was in a car accident and Tony was there to pick up the car and clean up the mess! We were dealing with our daughter being in the hospital and I forgot to get back with him right away. Tony was very understanding! I would definitely call on Tony at Premier Towing (Wadena) for any and all our towing needs! He is the best!! We appreciate you Tony-Thank you so much!

Very good service; I was able to communicate vis text with the service when cell reception wasn’t good enough to support a phone call in rural MN after my car went into the ditch and I couldn’t get out. It was a tad expensive, but since I have no baseline for comparison I’m not sure that it would have been better anywhere else, and they did have to drive out to middle of no where to find me. :)

I had called my insurance company for Roadside Assistance with a flat tire. I was in Alexandria, MN. My insurance company contacted Premier Towing and they were willing to drive all the way to Alexandria to help me out. Apparently no Towing company within a 15 mile radius of Alexandria was open or available on Good Friday.

Upon calling, the tow truck showed up in about 20 minutes being locally located and my truck was loaded quickly. Dropped me off at home to get other vehicle and they towed truck to where I requested. I received a text with a picture when vehicle was dropped off and keys were given to the service manager.

Tony went above and beyond. He made our misfortune of breaking down and needing a tow, into a great memory. I don’t wish anyone to need a rescue tow, but if you do I hope you get Tony.

Had a vehicle break down, called Tony asking for a Tow. He had it on the truck and headed to the dealership with 15 min. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Would highly recommend!!

One of the best towing experiences I’ve had(I’ve had a fair share!) I talked to Tony when I called and set up the pick up on a Sunday(!)-everything took about 30 min. That’s what I call prompt service! Very happy with the experience. Will definitely call this service again!

Vehicle broke down on my way home from work, which was after 5p. Tony answered my call right away and was able to get it towed within the hour saving me to have to wait until the next day and pay the wrong side of the road parking fee.

Tony was super fast getting to my car. Only had to wait around 20 minutes or so. Definitely recommend.

My 2008 Colorado stalled out East of Wadena on 4 about 4 miles out of town. I was able to get in contact with Premier and they came and rescued me as soon as they could. Premier drove me and my vehicle home to Nimrod at a fair price. No problem. Thanks Premier!

Called tony because it's 30 below oit and my truck would not start.... could not afford the 65$ service call so said not today.... he called back and he came and took care of my truck even though I could not pay.... the world needs more ppl in business like him.... as he knows $$ is not all u need to grow a good business... will be telling everyone to use his services!!! Would recommend any day of the week. Super nice guy, we were two hours away from my son when he totaled his car, Tony made sure my son got warmed up and brought him to work. Communicated with me every step of the way. He even left his sons sport event to let us into his garage to clean the car out, which was very kind as it was a Saturday and we gave him no advanced notice that we were driving up. Amazing Service on a Cold Snowy Day! I used Verizon Roadside Assistance and was connected to this tow company. They arrived in a decent amount of time, and my wild situation was... unique, to say the least! I had parked on carpet (don’t ask 🙈), and the carpet froze onto my car. With some teamwork, patience, and creative problem-solving, they managed to free my car safely. The team was professional, friendly, and determined to help, even on a cold, snowy day. Everyone left happy, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend this company for their above-and-beyond attitude! 💪🚗

My experience with premier towing has been phenomenal. Tony is awesome. He has come to rescue me so many times I don't care what time I call him. That man is a godsend. I would suggest to anybody who is stuck or who has car troubles and needs a toe to call them. They will answer day and night They would never fail to answer They do the hard jobs that I can't do. My family of 4 was stuck in a very rural area after hitting a deer. This guy was there in no time, and he went above and beyond to make sure we weren't stranded in the cold. HIGHLY recommend!

Tony was awesome I called him at 830am and he was on his way back from fosston mn. He told me he would pick up my car when he got back in the area and when I went to get my rental car at 130 my car was at the body shop great service I would highly recmend!!!

Smoked a Boone and Crockett buck last night. Premier Towing and Recovery was speedy to the site, and even quicker loading up my vehicle and delivering it to the nearest body shop. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife broke down coming back from up north, looked for long distance towing and found premier. Gave them a call and they picked up my vehicle and towed it back the next day as I live over 2 1/2 hours away. Very professional, I was kept informed through the whole process. Car broke down Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Warranty company had a hard time finding a tow. They found Tony at Premier. He was prompt and his communication was great. He towed us into town and dropped us at a truck rental facility. If you need a tow, call Tony. Remarkable service.

My car engine quit on me while I was waiting to turn. I called and in under an hour I was able to get my car out of the way of traffic and back home. Granted I was already in Wadena so everything was relatively close, but their timeliness should be commended.

On our way Up North from the Twin Cities for a family vacay, our car died in Motley, MN. Our car was fully packed up for the cabin and nothing around. I called AAA, but they were no help. They wanted me to do all the searching for garages near me, etc. After wasting 1/2 hour on the phone with AAA and getting on their wait-list, I did some calling around and finally found Tony at Premier Towing who was willing to come out and get us on a Saturday afternoon. On the way from Motley to a garage in Wadena (larger town), AAA texted me to say they were still looking for someone to tow us. I hit "cancel." Tony was very nice and reasonably priced. He towed us to John's Car Care garage, which was only 20 minutes away. A family member came along and picked us up. Wondering if AAA is still worth it. Tony really saved us and our trip!

We called Premier towing on Sunday due to our camper having a flat tire just outside of Parker’s Prairie. They were quick to respond and went above and beyond. It was so appreciated and we are so thankful. Highly recommend!

I got stuck 3.5 hrs away from home when my truck broke down. Called AAA since I had been member for 20 years and thought I could get tow easily…after waiting over 3 hrs for them to call me back with a tow service I had enough. I called Premier Towing and he picked up on first ring and had me scheduled immediately and had my truck hauled to my mechanic over 3.5 hrs away…delivered perfectly and in my mechanics’ lot before he even opened Monday morning. Customer service like this is hard to come by. Anyone needing towing services make sure to call Premier. I’m glad I did.
