Perfect example: he knew I was serious about stepping my game up, so he went ahead and ordered a Milwaukee rotary polisher for me without me even confirming it. He just knew!! Knew my personality, knew my standards, and knew that if he got it in front of me at a solid price, I’d recognize the value instantly. And he was right. I bought it on the spot.
Guys like Clark are hard to find. He goes above and beyond his job, treats people right, and keeps a positive attitude while doing it. In terms of customer service? He’s the best in town. No exaggeration.

I walked in and patiently waited because all the Parts persons were busy. After the customers left, I waited for about another 5-10 minutes silently for one of the 2 available parts persons to ask me if I needed help. They looked at me smiling waiting for me to say something. I thought it was courteous to ask the customer if they could help me with something. I left ! It’s no wonder I don’t go there anymore. Place went down hill after the former owner left. Now they don’t give damn. Bye BYE AUTO Value!
They are very friendly and willing to help find the exact product for your needs. There's a large floor space, so one can wonder around looking for interesting things needed. They also have discount bin of tools and things to look through - find inexpensive but useful tools. They have always helped me get what I need.
Used to come here religiously for pickup/racing parts. Went in today to order some parts, apparently the guys in there now have no idea what customer service is. The blank drug addict stare with the mentality/attitude of someone who clearly has no interest in their position. I'd recommend going across the street to Oreillys.
Reading the description on this place and said that they had an electrical testing shop. Apparently not when I called and asked one person just said they sell parts being a bit rude, of course you sell parts I wouldn't have called if you didn't sell parts.. they shouldn't put something in their description if they don't do that kind of stuff..
Unable to find a wiper blade for my less than new vehicle, I stopped here for
help. On the most treacherous day of the season and Michael endured the cold making at least 4 trips out to my vehicle to not only make sure he sold me the correct blade but that it was put on my vehicle. His help was above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Michael!
We were driving through Wadena and stopped for something. Car wouldn't start. We went to Auto Value and they took care of it as if they were a mechanic shop. Did two tests to ensure it was the battery and even helped replace it. Love them
I always go here first for my parts needs. They know what they are doing and they have 99% of what I need in stock. I work on everything from cars to motorcycles to riding mowers to scooters and anything else with an engine so that's saying a lot. The other 1% they can either order usually next day, or tell me where else to get it. They are fast, friendly, experienced, and have made every time I go in there hassle free.
