Beautiful, quiet park. The small river winding through the campground makes it a joy to camp here.

Nice county park along the river. Decent camping spots and shelters. Looks a little cramped in places.

I used to pass by this place every day going to work. I would stop by sometimes after work just to listen to the flow of the water. I don't know much about the area but it is a camping area within the park. It's a nice place to relax and do a little exploring.

This was one of my favorite parks until this year. The park sits on the Chippewa river and my family has been enjoying picnics in the shelters on the riverbank for decades. Adding camping was a popular move that increased the people enjoying the park. But they've put too many "campsites" in and now the park is just a rv park with no space between rvs or between the shelters. You can't actually enjoy the park because the moment you move off your "site" you are in someone else's. Most of the "campsites" didn't have road access, but that didn't stop them from piling rvs 3 deep to the road. There was no water available for picnickers, shelters or not, because all spigots were occupied by rvs. The shelter used to have access to a grill, but that was being used by a "campsite" and most of the picnic tables that formerly occupied the shelter were gone, repurposed for rv "campsites". The RVs were parked within 4 feet of all the shelters, surrounding them, and all flat grass was occupied by rvs. There was no way to walk to the river from the road anywhere in the park without impinging on the "space" of those who rented"campsites" We were asked by several rv people if we could let them use the outlets in the shelter that we rented and planned to use ourselves, indicating there's a lack of infrastructure for the rv "sites" as well.

It was great we stayed in 1C but was very uncomfortable with the baptism that was there. They walking threw our camp site. And told us to stop fishing for the baptisms. Not happy!!!!!

Peaceful and secluded. Very scenic. Reasonable price. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great park only drawback is smaller size,40 acres and lack of amenities in the community. River was running full and the falls were spectacular.

Always excellent ! Clean but the water is the lowest I've ever seen, sad! Still worth the drive!

This is such a relaxing, beautiful park! The river flows through and creates a whole amazing thing! It doesn't just follow through like a straight river. There's a little island you can picnic on even! Today I discovered she trails, so I need to explore more. There are several camping sites, a playground, a bridge, and a variety of nature to explore and enjoy. This is one of my favorite parks to visit!

What a beautiful campground! There is plenty of sun and shade. The river is beautiful. Our family reunion was great. My kids loved the playground! But the bathroom situation was terrible. It was fine the first evening (Friday), but they were wet and dirty of the weekend. The first toilet didn't have toilet paper after the middle of Saturday. Then I went in Sunday morning, and that first toilet was piled high with toilet paper and other toilet waste. Only one working toilet for the women in the whole campground is not good. I'm very thankful that we had plenty of family with bathrooms in their motor homes and campers, otherwise, the weekend could have been ruined. PLEASE check the bathrooms every day.

Love this park!! So beautiful and you can even rent on a little island! Nearby town is very small, bring whatever supplies you need. Will be back.

Wonderful camping experience. Great place for small groups to camp together and you can rent a shelter with picnic tables. Pretty much no cell service which was fine for us!

Great place to have a group camping trip! This is our fourth year with our group of 10 or more and plenty of space. River was high enough that people did some tubing. Only draw back is Verizon phone service is not the best. Who needs it when you are enjoying it with great friends!

This place is filled with just the right amount of nature's magic. It's a beautifully detailed nature picture, that has come to life. Paradise does exist and it exists right here. We will be returning soon for more excitement. Thank you.

Great little camp ground. Cheap prices. A park for the kids to hangout at and a rover for fishing, swimming, and floating.

Awesome park! We stayed on island #1 and we loved it. You need to haul Stuff over the bridge but can back vehicle up to unload. The kids love tubing down the river. Wear water shoes as there are some sharp and slippery rocks. There is also some good spots for fishing. There is suppose to be a hiking trail but I couldn’t find it anywhere. There is wood for sale for $10 for a big bundle At a building near the dam. Brinks is a great place to cool down, get ice and kids can play pool And darts. Loved the weekend!

We always stop here on our way to the Family Music Festival near Itasca State Park. This is probably the nicest little park I know of anywhere. The combination of geography with the falls, river, and hills make this park one of the few that you'll be able to distinguish from others in the area. I highly recommend checking it out. They also offer camp sites but I do not know the pricing details on that. Definitely would be a great place to camp. There is also a very nice playground area for the kiddo's.

This was a cute park, with very cheap camping. However, you'll have to go to at least Benson in order to get anything because the town is severely lacking.

Beautiful scenery. Electric plugins for your camper. Free shower but bathroom could use a little updating.
