An associate was helpful with replacing a battery. One other time another associate flat out told me they don’t offer any assistance with code scanning. Seems like a smart service to offer.

The 18 year old woman knew so much more about transmission than me and I was embarrassed but I hid it well and was very thankful for the help

Awesome customer service. Work hard to find desired products. If products are not carried by O'Reilly, they are unafraid to suggest non O'Reilly autoparts stores nearby

Engine light came on. Stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts and had them run code. It is due to an emissions recall on my Ford Edge. Good to know. Thanks O'Rielly!

Can't believe how incredible my service was here. Don went above and beyond to help me get my battery replaced. I had difficulties getting my truck started for two days and was able to get a jump and make my way to O'Reillys. From start to finish, Don helped me find the right battery, install it and even provide suckers for my three kids. Just an angel. Thank you to everyone at Oreilly Auto Parts. I will be back!

Don was amazing. Very helpful and went out of his way to confirm I was purchasing the correct items and even offered ways for me to save money. He was the highlight of my morning and made me happy to know there are still helpful people willing and able to help.

Just called and wasted ten minutes of my day with a rudes sales rep at this establishment. We went through the prices and I gave him my commercial account number as I always do as I order thousands of dollars in parts from oreilleys. I gave my name and account number for the sales rep to ask me repeatedly what my company name was, as I have the account in my name with a code. He got frustrated and hang up on me. Looks like my shop will seek other arrangements. I am sick of the attitude I get at this location specially. Autozone and Napa NEVER would have hung up on a local small business owner/commercial account holder. Rick or red or something was his name

Left me standing at the counter for 5 mins before acknowledging I exist.. Maybe because I'm a woman? But then did not have what I needed and smirked when I didn't know the answer to a technical question about my car.. Probably not going back again.

I've been coming to this location for several years and for the most part it's been a positive experience. Lately, not so much. Similar to what another person stated in their review, each visit is a hit or miss. When it misses, it misses big. There seems to be pretty low morale amongst the staff which translates into very poor service. Some of the staff are helpful and pleasant for sure, but more often I encounter quite the opposite. There's a reluctance to assist and very low effort when they do. Questions I ask are responded with, "I don't know," with no attempt to engage coworkers who might have the answer. Several of the staff are just generally unprofessional in there interactions with both customer and coworkers. NAPA is a bit further down the road from me but I'll likely be making my purchases there from now on.

This is the worst Orieleys in Minnesota . Do not do business here. A GUY NAMED Red sitting in a folding CHAIR and a younger guy working refused to do their job and help us. We were 80 miles away from home and needed help learning of a code in our car and help with tire pressure. We were told to leave that they don't help people. Told us to leave and go to Oriels in our own town. They have been turned into better business . Everything offed on the website they won't do and said it's Cold outside.

I have mixed feelings about my local O'Reilly's. While it's convenient to have an auto parts store nearby, the level of service you get can really depend on who's working that day. The Good: Younger employees bring a delightful energy and are eager to assist. Some of the older staff are very knowledgeable and can provide expert advice. The Not-So-Good: Inconsistent customer service: Some older employees seem uninterested in helping or may even come off as rude. Technical difficulties: It seems like there's a constant struggle with the computer system, especially among the older staff, which makes checking out or finding parts an extremely tedious process. Case in Point: I recently needed to buy brake rotors and pads for my car. I called ahead to confirm the availability of the parts and was told they had them in stock. However, when I went in the next day, not only did the staff seem confused about what I needed (despite providing all the required details), but they also ended up not having the parts I needed. This inconsistency makes each visit a gamble; you never know if you're going to get the quick, professional service you hope for or leave feeling frustrated. And it's not just me; my girlfriend now avoids coming into the store with me because of the unpredictability. In conclusion, if you're considering a visit to this O'Reilly's, be prepared for either a pleasant or nerve-wracking experience. I hope the management takes note and works on providing more consistent customer service.

I was in there last night. Looking for a boot for like a cv axle. The older gentleman sitting in the corner asks how he can help. I said well I don’t have a specific vehicle but I need a boot for this joint. He says ya that’s nothing I can help you with you’ll have to come back tomorrow. I said there are universal ones let’s look. He says ya no I don’t know how to or where to look. I said ok is there someone that can here. He says maybe Steve can’t but your better off coming back tomorrow. I said nope. Have Steve come look please. Steve comes and helps has no issues within 5 minutes steve has me all checked out! Steve gets a 5 star. Not so much for the other old guy. So as I’m walking out I notice the old guy following me. I jump in my vehicle look up he’s looking the doors that I just walked out of. 8:45. Store closes at 9 not 8:45. What is with the poor customer service these days?? I go to the new Prague one Dillion is awesome. Extremely helpful always. Jack, to him your always just a inconvience. Do better o Reilly do better!

Just got a replacement on a battery at the end of 3 year old warranty. They allowed me to upgrade the battery. The Superstart Extreme is highly rated, but almost left me hanging at the end of the warranty. I was able to upgrade to the AGM platinum Superstart and will follow up on my experience with the battery. My overall experience left me feeling valued as a customer. Thanks, Don!

Me and husband went there last minute before they closed. We had problem with our Nissan Juke’s battery. The worker, Ryan did really help us to find out what the problem was so we didn’t have to get new battery. He was honest, nice and friendly. Thank you!

Went in to have my truck checked for codes due to engine light coming on.. guy was prompt and hippity Skippity and quickly scanned my truck. Helped me with the codes, and added some decent small talk and laughs. This location is really easy going and the guys are great to work with. Most the time have the answers I need and I don't believe I've ever come into contact with a crabby patty there, not once. My go to for auto parts.

Well, if you enjoy spending double the price for the same item at another store, look no further. The employees are very nice and helpful. They even take used oil. But the prices of this place require you to have a second job. Again, nice people, but high prices.

Employees more worried about sticking magnet to the ceiling vents than helping customers. Another example of why to use O'Reilly's as a last resort only. I took took two sets or brake rotors in to be ground. There were three employees. They were all joking with each other and playing round. I was told only one of the three had the knowledge to grind the rotors and he was also the only one that could make deliveries. He was leaving for a delivery but would get the rotors as soon as we got back. I explained I was from a long ways away and would like them to do them asap. I went to the care and told my wife I bet we come back in an hr. and the employees are screwing around and the rotors will still be sitting on the counter. We left over a little over an hr. Came back and I could hear the machine running. It was not cutting anything just running as it does after it is done cutting and waiting to be shut off or adjusted for the next cutting. The employees were joking and screwing around. I saw a pair of rotor sitting where I left them uncut. I asked if the other ones were done or what was going on. They said they were working on the first one but there was a lip on it and it takes a long time to t. If they set the machine too aggressive it will shut off. I didn't bother to tell them I know it didn't take an hr. to grind the lip off a rotor. They continued to joke around. Finally the employee that could run the machine walked back, looked at it and walked away. A different employee came and started grinding the rotors. Over thee hrs. to cut three rotors. I finally just got a refund for the fourth one and will take it somewhere else. Another Great O'Relilly's experience.

Noticed one of headlights was out as I headed home from work. I called ahead to see if they could install the headlight and they said yes. When I arrived, the person inside was very helpful. I told them that I’d called earlier and he walked outside with me to see which light wasn’t working, then grabbed his tools and swapped out the light within minutes.

This location was okay. I had my check engine light come on and came to this O'Reilly for the free engine diagnostics. The read me the codes and what they meant. However they did not seem confident in what they told me. When I asked if I should order the oxygen sensor that I needed, they were hesitant and said it may not be the right part. Their computer that they hooked up to my car said it was the oxygen sensor. So do they trust their own equipment?

The staff was helpful but I'm borrowing someone else's car and don't know the ins and outs of it yet so I felt like an idiot just trying to get an air filter. I tried to find it myself but needed help so I went up front and showed them the filter I had and that I needed that exact one. I was missing some basic info on the car and I realize I should have looked before I stopped in. That was my bad but a guest made a dumb comment about a girl he knew who only knew the color of her car and nothing else and the guys just laughed about it. Even the gentleman helping me laughed. I didn't find it amusing. It's experiences like that that make guests not return. Please try to remember that every person you come in contact with has things going on in their lives that, for the moment, are going against them. I'm in a difficult and stressful point in my life and that lack of decent customer service turned me off to this place. You can't necessarily control what other guests say or do but those employees definitely can control what they do and they failed with me today. I definitely will be shopping elsewhere.
