Reliable? That’s very deceiving. I called for a tow and guy said “yes! We can tow it no problem” gave him further details (vehicle was only being towed 15 minutes) and immediately he said “nope, I don’t have anyone to tow” *a little backstory* we were transporting a car that broke down and needed to be towed back to the auction and just left in the parking lot. It was 11:30pm and we were more than willing to pay any fees, in fact we did pay Shakopee Towing Inc. over $300.00 plus a nice tip and they were there in 15 minutes. I was so taken aback by how eager this place was to do the tow at first, but then immediately was rude and kept saying “nope I don’t have anyone right now” 20 seconds after telling me he could. I even suggested another location to tow it to being the auction parking lot seemed to scare him off (yes, I had it arranged to be dropped off in the parking lot outside of the auction. I wouldn’t say this company is very reliable.
Dave was sent by Uhaul to fix the tail lights on the trailer I rented. Homeboy was not only ridiculously fast at showing up, he was so speedy in his service, and he even did a few extra checks that weren't even necessary to make sure everything was in top shape. I'm saving this number in my phone because I officially have a tow-truck/emergency service guy. Thank you!!!
My car was not running properly and got stuck near Jordan, MN. When AAA failed to get me a tow these guys worked with me to get my car down to where I live. I appreciate there willingness to work with me and there great customer service even on a Sunday morning
I was in Minnesota for a funeral when we hit a deer. Being from Wisconsin I had no idea where I was and the gentleman that answered the phone was so calm and patient with me. We ended up not needing to be towed and when I called back to cancel he was extremely understanding. Highly recommend them.

We had a breakdown last week on 212 and it was a stressful situation with a vehicle stalled on the side of the road. We got a hold of Reliable Recovery, and Bill showed up in half the time expected! He asked for our keys and told us we’re all good to go. He handled it all, SO impressed with the service. Thank you!!!
I was so happy with this company when i got pulled out of a sink hole. It was one of the worst snowstorms I've been in and I knew the company we use would be a way longer wait because I was so far from them. Reliable was within a half hour which was super quick. The man who helped me was a sweetheart and got me out of the ditch in no time. He also backed my company truck for me because I was already a wreck. Thanks for making my day so much less stressful. We are looking for a couple new places for a couple of us that are so far away from our depot. I will suggest you guys. Thanks again. Liz
Coldest night (-22°) of the year, and my pick up wouldn’t start. He showed up really quick, he was courteous, and really new what he was doing. He had been working for more than 22 hours, and he was still very pleasant.
After waiting 3 hours in below freezing weather for a tow company that never showed up, my insurance company got smart and called Reliable Recovery. The driver (Rick?) was pleasant, understanding and prompt. I would definitely use them again.
Very poor customer service. Verry rude. Verry demanding about money payments with threatening overtones. There addresses on Google maps both in Jordan and New Prague are not even correct. Don't go to those listed addresses. They own a private lot on private property on the outskirts of New Prague.
