I had a pulley and belt fail and got to the store 10 min before closing got the parts and bought what I thought I needed for tools, the employees left for the day, Ryder was delivering parts and helped change the parts. I would have had to stay overnight to get a serpentine belt tool but they had one to borrow, he saved me lots of time, heck of an employee and even better person, thanks again Ryder!
I love going to visit these guys. They are always friendly and willing to answer questions. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other places such as Napa.
I go there for all of my automotive needs. The guys that work there are always friendly and help out all the time. Comparable prices on their products.

I waited in front of the counter abt 8 feet far from them waiting to be cashed out for 10 minutes
They notice me there of course but probably it was a race profile situation since when other employee came tru the back door and saw me waiting while the others were not giving a S... that i was there standing, he started to cash me out then a caucasian older guy customer came in and one of them real quick asked him (how can i help you) i looked at them in shocked like this is for real??!!
I would never go back to that rundown redneck auto part store in my life again.
Great customer service. My windshield wiper fell off and they were more than happy to put the new ones on in 5 inches of snow and below zero weather.. They also helped get my car unstuck.
Fantastic group of knowledgeable employees. From A-arms to zero turn mowers they can help you fix or repair what ever you are working on. Five snaps straight up and down!!!
