We had trouble with one of our 14 passenger school buses in a local hotel parking lot the Friday afternoon before deer hunting opener. I called and a gentleman said he would run right over to the hotel to take a look at it. Service like that is sure appreciated!
Was scheduled for a 10 am wheel alignment and still waiting over three hours for my car to be worked on. And the mechanic who's supposed to be working on it is all over the place instead of finishing the task at hand which creates this snowball effect of unprofessionalism that you experience when choosing warroad motors
Excellent service and reasonable price. I got my air conditioner repair and headlight replacement from Warroad Motors, they did a great job! Definitely recommended for any auto repair and maintenance needs.
Slid off the shoulder on a Sunday in to a couple feet of snow. Lee came to our rescue and winched us right out for what seems like a very reasonable price. Great service and very nice!
Normally I would say 5 stars. But this week I discovered if the mechanic makes a mistake and ruins a part, the customer pays for it. It was extremely disappointing to discover the lack of accountability from the mechanic. At oher shops the part is fixed/replaced at no cost to the customer.
Had an issue with my power steering. Turned out to be a leaky hose. These guys got it sorted and me back on the road lickety split! Reasonable prices too. Thanks for the help!
These guys are awesome, we had a breakdown on a business trip and these guys made our vehicle a priority, first thing in the morning they went right to work and had our problem fixed in no time at all.
Talking about small town service. We were going to go out of town, the temp was supposed to be in the upper 80's, we have dogs going with and our a/c had no cold air. Spoke to Lee at Warroad motors about it, he did not hesitate to say come in and he would take care of us, he said he'll be there at 7am, yup he was, thing is, they don't open till 8am, he took care of the issue and sent me on my way. Thank You Lee and Warroad Motors. You are a true value to our community.
Awesome customer service! When my friend and I were travelling from Winnipeg and got a flat tire, after some kind strangers helped us put on the donut on the highway, we called Warroad Motors and they were able to fit us in right away to put on a spare they had! Thank you for such a great deal and keep it up with the good service.
Just wanted to give a big shout out to Warroad Auto Repair. They saved us by giving us a couple tire valve pins for our tires that someone took out while my sisters car was sitting a building over. He even let us use his lil tool to put the new pins in so we could pump up the tires up. I offered to pay for them but he said he didn't want anything for them. That just shows how awesome the place is. Saved us in a big way and are very grateful for his help. Wish all places were like that.
Look no further for car repair in Northern Minnesota. This is the place to go when I'm town. They are always busy, but my family has been coming back for twenty years. I will always bring my vehicles here when I have the chance. The customer service is great and the prices are very reasonable.
