My vehicle broke down on the side of the highway and I was in a stressful spot, but Jon turned the situation around immediately. He answered my call right away and had my vehicle loaded onto his truck within 15 minutes, which honestly exceeded all expectations.
The speed, availability, and reliability of his service were outstanding, especially when you’re stuck and need help fast. On top of that, Jon was extremely friendly and professional. The conversation on the ride back to Roseau made an otherwise frustrating situation much easier to deal with.

Jared was fantastic and got to us quickly in Lake Bronson, MN after I made a silly mistake to just willingly drive into an unknown snow drift. We called 911 and they got us a tow truck right away and I'm glad they called him. He got there in about 35 minutes and quickly winched us out without much stress.
My experience with Jared's and Christine's business is always great. We are lucky to have a scrap yard in our area. Saving scrap for a year and brining it to Jon's yields good money!
I've called Jon's Towing twice, once in 2024 and once in 2025. Come to think about it, each time has been in February, and coincidentally not far from Strathcona too. They've responded as soon as it was possible, each time being respectful and professional. Although I assured the driver I had a ride arriving soon to get me, the driver wouldn't leave me by myself out in the elements even though I was dressed for winter conditions. Helluva guy. Helluva towing service.
Be sure to leave with parts if you have paid. If they have to remove a part, pay when you receive it. Avoid the honor system!!! Double check your scrap weight and do the math yourself. Avoid the wife or whoever she is at all costs!!!!!

Absolutely amazing service, got a flat tire on the highway south of Greenbush and my spare was also flat. They were able to get to me and tow me back to their shop and find me a new tire as well as an extra spare tire all within an hour. Great customer service, all around great experience
