We purchased a used transmission for our 2003 suburban. Since we live in Northern Minnesota they waived the core charge. They helped to get it shipped up here at an affordable rate. I read through several reviews on this family owned business and people are crazy! This was one of the best salvage businesses i have dealt with. Very friendly on the phone called me back promptly with shipping quote so we could get the transaction taken care of at pretty much the end of her day. 0/10 Do not recommend. Called to ask for a part. Lady answering phone was very rude says for what? I tried explaining truck info and was cut off mid sentence with a nope we don't have one. I tried asking for more information on other parts that they may have that would work and she says no your not getting it you don't understand. I then said excuse me I don't appreciate you being rude I'm trying to call for parts and she replied with well your not getting it. I tried again with more truck info and she replied with the trucks not here. Vs going over any other parts or info. Should have passed with the reviews now I understand why they are so low. Very poor quality customer service.

They have the coolest funniest lady working here and she was very knowledgeable about parts and her inventory. Everything I needed was pulled the same day and ready for pickup. Thought their place wasn't real until I arrived lol
My brother called to check if they had a part we needed on my car. We regret calling this place ?, the lady on the phone was rude ?. We found the part we need from LKQ corp. Good price & great service.

That said, I called them for a part today. They got back to me quickly about the part and had it pulled in an hour. They are further out than the the orders but honestly the level of service ordering the part and definitely in collecting the part is very well worth it. The lady in the office was super friendly and helpful so I’ll definitely do business here again!!
I installed a transmission from them into customers vehicle. Four days later the transmission blows up. They said there is nothing they can do for me even though they have a 30 day warranty. I keep getting the run around. They either hang up on me or tell me the owner will call me back, which the owner still has not called me back. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend doing business with them. They seem fine when ordering a part from them, but are not willing to help if anything goes wrong. Buyer beware. It's hard to believe they stay in business with such terrible customer service.
**Edit** The transmission was not installed into the customers vehicle until October 11th and the shipping damage was not an issue. We already took care of that. October 11th to November 5th is less than 30 days and the customer only had his vehicle for 4 of those days.
Great selection of used auto parts. Great prices when you pay cash. Totally worth the drive. New motor has 60000 less miles than my truck and runs great.

The lady that’s been answering the phone the last three days that I’ve been waiting on my parts may have the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. She yelled at me on the phone cares nothing about making a sale she claims to be the manager and was laughing and hung up when I told her clearly she cares nothing about the business. I had put in an order for nearly $200 they lost my business she hung up on me twice when I asked to speak to the owner. I would never recommend anybody to go to this place
Needed a replacement 302 for my daughters car. They had a great match, cheapest I found in the state. Had it pulled out and ready to go when I got there. Good running motor as stated.

At first they were great to do business with. Keep in mind I know there is risk when buying used parts. I called to tell them that the engine they sold me had a chipped piston causing a bad missfire after installation. The engine was still under their 30 day warranty policy. The owner was supposed to call me back and never did. I called multiple times with no resolution. Lady at the front desk just kept saying we had that engine running and there was no issues when we sold it. You need to talk to the owner I dont have any answer for you so call back when hes here or wait until he calls you. Well imagine that still no call back and never did get this issue resolved. Past the 30 day warranty now. Thanks for your great customer service.. I will definitely make sure to not recommend anyone to this yard.
When you buy used parts, the industry standard is "buyer beware" and there is always some risk when purchasing used parts. What separates a good business from a GREAT business is how they deal with adversity. Especially when a used part fails. Purchased a part from them to have installed. It is a very labor intensive job to do. When the first part was installed and found to be faulty, that was a huge hit because now, the job had to be done all over again at additional cost. This business took care of the issue and not only warrantied the part. But, also took care of some of the labor cost. THIS IS NOT COMMON PRACTICE ON USED ITEMS. This is what makes this business stand ABOVE the rest. Thanks for your help and top notch service.
Very honest & respectful ppyl motors they sold me in the past worked great very reliable even reimbursed me on a mechahanic. That I hired mess up. So if that's not a reasonable & honest Man of his word & past warranty i don't know what else to tell you thank you janie& sonny
Great experience despite the obsticals. Needed an alternator which they had in their system though we couldnt seem to find one that had already been pulled. The young man assisting me not only found a car that uses the same alternator, he pulled it for me in the rain! Great service!

I own a repair shop and deal with salvage yards all the time, WORST experience of my life, woman on the phone was confrontational, said one thing, did another!! Terrible service, whomever owns this place should reconsider who they have answering phones, they have lost my business and will never get a good recommendation from me!
Not sure how to put negative stars .. They wrongfully took 3 of my cars while I was gone last weekend , they obviously didn't get titles or all the keys from me so let's see if they crushed them already , could be bad for them.
Rude people, they treat you like crap & like your not a human Being. Once you get out there after you talk to then in the phone, Then they tell you everything is off limits. I can't believe they are still in business. If I could give it "0" stars I would!!!!! Rather buy new parts then deal with these jokers.
