So many burgers to choose from, be prepared to study the menu for about 10 minutes before you make your mind up from the 5 burgers you find that sound amazing out of 100+ to choose from!!! But when you do decide, it will be a good choice!
Took my husband there. He needed to get out of nursing home for awhile. Anyways our server Trudy was awesome! Food was great. But Trudy is the reason it was so special. And PS I was a server / bartender /restaurant owner rufor all my working years. Spent 44.00 on food. And left 20.00 for Trudy well worth it. Thanks Trudy. Food was very good, menu choices were over the top, we got off our traveled road by 15 minutes to the restaurant and was well worth it. Service fast, Highly recammend
My only complaint t was where our table was we were close to the kitchen and the cook kept yelling the waitress ‘ names. I suggest a bell or beeper. Her voice was very annoying! We were a group of 8 and even made us jump on occasion ! Great good and service. Next time we will sit far from the kitchen
I came in to the roadhouse last night and the bar was chilly!, I couldn’t wait one second to put on my jacket. The cook was just awful her shirt didn’t fit and her stomach was hanging out at the bottom she was loud and on her phone while preparing foods. They are almost out of stock on everything on their menu.
So much of a unique variety on the menu. Will be back to explore more amazing options to try. Friendly and prompt waitress delivering fast and hot food we ordered right to our table. Great experience delicious food delightful employees. Best service and lovely atmosphere plus family friendly accommodations!
Menu was huge which may be a slight disadvantage as two of the burgers we tried to order they were out of ingredients for. We were also there on a weekday and it was pretty quite and the waitress seemed to just disappear - never asked if we wanted additional drinks and we had to track her down to pay.
We held a graduation party here. Diane and her team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience. The taco bar was top notch! The event space was very roomy. Overall, we were very pleased with the service, selection, and relaxed atmosphere that is very rare to find these days. Thank you, Diane! We’ll be back if you’d have us again!
We were super excited to come here and try the burgers. We recently moved to a nearby town and friends drove from several hours away to visit, so we thought where better to go for lunch but to the Roadhouse. We were a party of 4 for a late lunch. Beside a larger group that was preparing to leave, we were the only table seated to eat. We were excited after reading all the fun burger options and the waitress was helpful in answering all our questions. We each ordered a different burger and different choices of potatoes.
We waited a minimum of 40+ minutes for our burgers, and when we got them they must have been on the grill the entire time! They were burnt, dry, flavorless and almost as hard as hockey pucks. Each one of us commented the same in expressing our disappointment. We chose to say things were fine to our waitress when she asked, but we talked afterwards and wished we had said something to allow them the opportunity to correct things, but we had waited so very long for our food, that we just choked them down.
I will say the beer battered fries are fantastic and the atmosphere is great. However, for a bar & grill that is supposed to be known for their burgers, what we were served cannot be what people are raving about, can it??
Our experience will go down as a true disappointment when we had such high hopes.
On a non-food related topic - it would be nice/helpful if there was a railing for people to hang on to when going up or down the several steps to enter or exit the establishment.
We reserved a room for an 80th birthday party. The room was great and the wait staff's attention to customer service was outstanding. The food, which included chicken, roast beef, mash potatoes and gravy, green beans and cold salad was amazing. My only complaint was regarding the bar. The wait staff wasn't sure what hard liquor they stocked and actually ran out of tonic water at 5:30. When I previously ordered a gin and tonic I was asked if I wanted a lime. Crazy. Never ordered a gin and tonic that didn't come with a text book lime. This bar might need a drink refresher course.
We were out doing the Duffy’s/Apol’s Triple Stop and chose to eat at the Roadhouse in Wabasso. The food was great! I had the half steak salad. The greens were typical but the steak tips on top were great! My husband had the ElectraGlide Burger basket. It was so tasty and the burger was LARGE! Definitely a great stop for a burger and a brew.
An incredible selection of burgers and sandwiches at this place, if you can't find something acceptable...... The food is fast and very good, the service has been good the couple times we've been. The beer battered fries are really good. We will be going back when we are down that way again, would highly recommend.
Great food... but... the cook was super crabby the last few times we've been here.
Like, swearing and making rude comments about everything. Rude to the other employees and slaps around the spatula. This wouldn't necessarily be a problem, but the kitchen is open to the dining area and everyone can hear it. My table and many others in the back area heard the brunt of the cooks wrath as she belittled a younger male employee as he had gotten the wrong chicken wings/drummies. I get it, it was busy. And the menu is HUGE & probably a pain to read/cook for. But a rush isn't an excuse to be rude and so loud your guests hear it.
We came in at 1:30 pm and it was well after at *least* 2:40 when we got our food.
Of course, the waitress apologized, but the between the rude cook smack-talking in the open kitchen (feet from my table with children), the slow service AND the OVERWHELMING smell of fragrance plugins in the eating area (& different smelly ones in the bathroom) - my family and I will have to find a new lunch spot to meet up at. It's too bad, this is the perfect place halfway between the towns we live in. It's just too much to deal with.
Burgers are amazing! Steak and shrimp meals are not worth it. Small thin steak that is not a good piece of meat. Didn’t bring salads and got cold potatoes. Wasn’t busy by no means maybe 8 people there. Got our appetizer with our meal and had to ask where our salad was.
Clean and welcoming environment! You could come for the amazing Harley, bar, and car art alone honestly. The service was top-notch. Also, if you love good burgers, you're in luck! Pages of unique sandwiches and burgers. Highly recommend this off the beaten path stop.
If you're a burger connoisseur this place is right up your alley! From peanut butter to meatballs, you'll find a burger with ingredients that have you saying, "what?!" I had the BLT, and although I prefer mayo over miracle whip it was good! Cheese curds, fries and mozzarella sticks were on point too. Well lit and clean environment; kids' arcade games even.
We took a road trip out here after hearing good things and we were not disappointed. This place is exactly what you expect for a small town bar and grill. Everyone at the table loved their burger, it just took an insanely long time to look over the menu.
That's not a bad thing. This place will have a burger for EVERY taste. From tame to insane it's worth a drive.
If you can't find a burger here that appeases your palate, you'll never find one! Huge burgers, great flavor, can be made as huge as you'd like, I had a 1lb burger, very happy with it. Nice place, small town, so wasn't ever super busy. Service was great. The only complaint I have is they were out of a lot of things. Probably more covid related than anything.
Great place to be on Tuesday's with hundreds of bikes and couple dozen collector cars of yesteryear... Lots of people eating in a big outside buffet style venue cookout plus menu to order from otherwise.( no vegan food my only complaint but I'm used to it lol ) Great small town atmosphere and lots of happy people even in today's crazy masked scared world.
Fantastic place, food is totally awesome and reasonably priced. I have include pictures of the outside area which is very large and large part covered. Staff is super friendly as well.
Can't get Chislic or Cheddar Curds in Texas where I'm from!
Stopped in with the family for supper. The menu is HUGE, the selection is burgers, steaks, midwest staples...sandwiches, salads, children's selections and a full service bar. The wait staff is knowledgeable, friendly and QUICK with your extra requests for sauces and rounds of drinks.? Excellent!

The food here was really great quality. The variety of burgers they offer is really incredible and it was fun to try something unique and fresh! Our server was very attentive and prompt. We will definitely go back. The ambience of the restaurant itself wasn’t anything impressive— the interior could definitely use an update and remodel. But as far as good food goes, this place is great!
The menu has an amazing variety of both burgers and sandwiches. Their menu is big, but I love the choice of being able to try something different everytime I visit. There is also great service and cold drinks. I would recommend anybody to go stop and eat. I cannot wait for the Roll-ins (classic car and motorcycle party) to start. They start the first Tuesday of June and go through the summer. At the Roll-ins they have huge patio and a fantastic burger bar.
