This is the place call when your ride wants to be a problem and not start. During the start of a winter storm warning, my car decided to be a pain and not start. Basic DIY was not working so the call was made to bring it to the dealership before the weather got worse. Bob came out and took care of everything. Even filling out my key drop envelope at the dealership!! Awesome service and communication!! Now let's pray my dealership gets a great review on fixing my ride.
Easily one of the best tow companies I’ve had to use! Unfortunately put my car in a ditch during a snowstorm and couldn’t get out, answered the call within the first 3-4 rings, showed up in less than 20 minutes, and pulled me right out with no hassle. Even followed to the closest gas station for payment rather than the side of the road. If I ever need a roadside assistance again, I know exactly who to call!!
I had called and used my Triple A to get a free tow but 3 hours and still no tow truck so I called RC and he was out in 30 min and worth every dollar. On time and reasonable.

I had a flat tire on the highway this morning. I called and was happy I found a place open on Sunday. They were out to me in about a half hour to put on the spare. Great service and very fair price. I very much appreciated it!

Google shows open 24 hours a day, yet nobody answers the phone even after 8:30 AM. Finally answered after 20 calls, saying he was busy with a different client. But, an hour later, he told me that he was actually tired and sleeping. Also tried to make me pay with cash to avoid paying taxes. $325 for a tow that is less than a mile.
A tow company who answers there own phone and knows where side steeets are in northeast Metro is a win in my book. Flawless service towing car to LaMettry’s in Maplewood.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!! While helping an elderly couple tow their vehicle between 2 dealerships in Maplewood, the tow truck driver Bob called because the vehicle wasn't were told. He checked at 3 of the 12 dealerships on the hwy 61strip, before receiving the correct location. Bob was so helpful and patient during this confusing situation. THANK YOU!! I will definitely call again!!
We had a flat tire and were stranded far from home. We tried reaching out to three companies and were getting the runaround from all of them. After several hours of sitting in my car, my daughter gave me the number for RC Towing. He told me when he would arrive at my location and was there promptly. The driver was extremely nice and very helpful with me. He had the tire changed in no time and I was finally able to drive home. This place definitely gets my vote! Great people! Can't give enough positive feedback!
I called multiple tow companies but I wish I would've called them first. The owner himself came and picked up my bike off the freeway, got me and the bike home quickly at a fair price to boot. Call these guys for all your towing needs
Excellent service and communication throughout our tow. Our vehicle was in a tight spot but it was out in 10 min in a downtown parking spot! Will definitely use again if in same situation.
These are quality guys to work with, reasonable prices and easy to communicate with. Helped me out of a jam that required a long tow back to the cities at midnight.

Had a great experience with RC towing. The owner/operator was prompt, got to me within 20 minutes (my car kicked the bucket in Vadnais Heights on I35e), and had me at my destination right away. Prices were fair, and he was very careful with my vehicle.
Also, for those concerned about your receipt for reimbursement, his system works great. All smart phone based, including payment, receipt send-out, etc. I got my receipt on my email within 30 sec of us getting to the repair shop he dropped me off at.
I'd totally use RC again (let's hope I don't have to any time soon though!)

I've had 3 phone conversations with the owner about getting me a receipt for reimbursement from my insurance company. All 3 times he said he would email it and still hasn't. won't be using rc towing again!
This company picked up the phone in the middle of the night when no one eles would and even offered to fix my truck for a reasonable price I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

RC was incredibly helpful and trustworthy in getting my non-starting car towed to dealership. RC quickly and carefully put my low-riding car on large flatbed, and provided key drop envelope to deliver my car to the dealership late at night. He saved me time in not requiring me to follow him to the dealership dropoff. However, when he arrived at the dealership, the lot was sealed and there were no good street drop-offs. RC graciously offered to take my car to his lot and drop it off the next morning--at no extra charge (though I provided a modest tip). As promised he delivered my car to the dealer the next morning. Again, I hired RC to take my car to a different dealer service center. Highly recommended.
