A had a great shopping experience everyone was very helpful when I needed straps for my vehicle there was a bit of construction going on which made it hard to get into the store and grab the things that were needed.

Had a back wiper blade and a rear blinker light replaced. Yeng was awesome!

We were roadtripping when we had a check engine light go off. We pulled off the interstate and came here. The kids (multiple toddlers) and us were exhausted after being awake and traveling for many hours. The staff here welcomed us in to cool off and even provided snacks for us! How generous and kind. After several hours with their patient and knowledgeable help, we were able to get back on the road. My child said it was like the story of the Good Samaritan and Santa Clause the way they gave us shelter and snacks. :) They knew we would be traveling to remote areas without service and they wanted to help us get back on the road safely and made sure the kids were kept happy too. 10/10 experience here!

Got the parts I needed within a day, way faster than rock auto, and the staff is super friendly!

Changed my brakes, forgot to tighten down one of the wheels all the way (jan 11). When I was driving I heard it on the highway and pulled off 694 to check it out. Couple younger guys here working were more than helpful and got me set up and on my way for as little cost as possible, with as successful result as possible. I'll also note, someone else was at the store and they were doing their best to help him diagnose the problem at hand as well. For those who have issues with calling the store, that's a staffing issue, not an issue with the staff. These guys were great. They were busy, and attentive. Wouldnt hesitate to stop here again.

Sence new people and people from other store coming to this store I can call 6 times in a row and they never answer the phone at all they let it ring through zero answers used to be my go to store now I'm second guessing it everyone used to be great there aka the main crew that was there now these people from other stores are coming into it and it's falling apart what happened I'm sorry to say but I'm thinking of moving my account all it takes is to pick up the phone and even if you have to say can you please hold and then remember you put someone on hold that would be that simpler but one way to lose people is not awnser the people

I've been in O'Reilly's several times this week & the staff has been awesome. Not only with sales & service but going above and beyond. It's been my best experience with the business over many years being a customer. Thank you both!

My vehicles battery went dead today. I was unsuccessful jump starting it on my own and I had to call roadside assistance. After my car was jump started, I drove to the White Bear Lake location and an employee named Nick immediately replaced the battery. He was extremely helpful. I felt terrible because it was almost closing time but he was kind and professional the entire time. He is well versed and highly skilled. Please give him a raise/bonus!

Unfortunately, while I was in the store, a pleasant woman came in asking to have her battery tested. Someone had told her that she should have that done because her power steering light was on. The store manager told her that the power steering has nothing to do with the battery. Then the manager just stood there like the lady should leave. This obviously made a woman feel bad and foolish. She was just doing her best to take care of her car. She had a Toyota Camry, which has electric power steering and yes, the battery does have something to do with the power steering. The store manager again, put her off and told her that somebody would come and take care of her as soon and she should go “pop her hood”. I was standing at the counter with a starter. She refused to do any work to try to figure out if she could sell me a new starter. This is a simple starter from a 1989 4.3 L V6. There are millions of them. I was very disappointed. When a woman comes in to an auto parts store, she should be greeted courteously and helped as much as possible. She was still standing out by her car waiting when I left. I simply went to the Napa store, where they ordered a new starter, which came in that afternoon.

My battery died. AAA gave me a jumpstart and recommended I drive straight to the WBL O'Reilley for a new battery. I walked in and it was busy, but Ryan took the time to help me find the right one (I know nothing about cars). He was patient, and although he was busy, he changed out the battery for me. (I think it was a tricky swap-out for my make and model, but he did the extra work without complaining.) He took care of my old battery for me. I'm grateful for the help.

They were the only parts shop open until 10pm which saved me because I needed to buy a lug nut wrench to get a flat tire off my daughters car on the side of the road. Staff were knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed. Thanks for the help!

Great service and very polite. Went in for a 14mm spark plug socket and they helped us find it in a timely manner and directed us to another item that we were looking for.

I’m a fan of this location. I don’t have any complaints, and their overall performance has been fantastic. They also have those hard-to-find parts in stock. That’s a big plus for me too.

Just stopped in with a burnt out headlight. They usually will.put it in for.you for free but being a big truck they aren't allowed to pull the casing out. Corporate rules I get it. But instead of abandoning me Dave got the 10 Mil socket for me and and walked me through it. He didn't have to do that. Cool guy. Thanks Dave.

Called on 9/7/2021 at 5:35 pm. Employee named Chris picked up and had an attitude. Got me the prices of the parts I needed but hung up quickly before I could ask any more questions. Seems like the store is busy but that's no excuse for terrible customer service. All in all, I drove to Autozone to buy the parts instead.

I am updating my 3 stars to 5 stars due to the ongoing fantastic customer service I have seen and the availability of their products. I'd also like to commend and recognize all of the employees at this location for their knowledge of their products and patience (especially with me)with their less mechanically inclined clientele. They truly are appreciated! And their return policy and competitive prices are a definite plus as well!!

I went in to pick-up a part already order via phone which I couldn't find on another location. I spent few minute here and the team are helpful because the part is already packed and ready for pickup.

Very disappointing experience. A girl helped me and double changed me for my part. She also sold me the wrong part after billing me incorrectly. I did give her all the correct info. These guys have been good before but failed this time. Really screwed me over not thrilled.

Was a little problematic getting my battery exchanged but after calling the manager I got my new battery. Don't have a clue why it said I had already claimed the warranty on my 9mo old battery. But still took care of me so I appreciate that.

Fantastic service!! Sarge helped me fix my broken washer fluid tube while my car was in the parking lot. He made sure to test the windshield wipers to ensure that wasn’t the only problem. I had to buy a washer pump as well and saved $150 fixing it myself, washer fluid is now coming out of the wipers. Thanks guys!

I really like this location. All of the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm not very good with vehicles, and the staff here can always decipher my "descriptions" and never make me feel belittled. Prices are fair for the quality as far as I've seen. I love that you can rent tools, so I dont have more stuff to store in my garage.

Store is located right at the corner of White Bear Ave & County Rd E, in the strip where the Gas station is (corner store). Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. They also have certain deals that they run inside the store. Prices are quite reasonable & i believe they might be able to price match certain items if on sale at a different store/company. Parking is available in front of the store. I have been shopping at this store for years.

This O'Reilly Auto Parts store is excellent to work with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection in house. The prices are fair, the service is good and the parking is easy. Combined with being in a good location and it makes this a great place to go to for any of your auto parts needs.

my go to place for parts. I've been in there at least 20 times now. I have gotten wrong advice once on a part which really isn't bad. sure you can get parts cheaper online but end of day you have quick access to trusted parts that are easy to return if needed. customer service is solid for the car part industry.

Excellent staff and service. A very nice young man talked my dad through on how to repair the part we needed to fix and they allowed us to use their tools. Very amazing
