mo fos tried telling me my battery was bad when it wasn’t, they was just tryna get me to buying a new one. lied about my battery being bad, made me waste my time on going back for them to tell me “it can’t hold a charge” straight up goofy goobers, avoid this location.

I just needed what I thought was an odd windshield wiper. Dealership said I had to buy a pair for $85. I work next door to these guys and dropped in, they had the one I needed on the shelf and it was $29. Thanks guys!

I went into O’Reillys auto parts to see if they had a engine filter for my car! This where customer service comes!! He looked for but couldn’t find one, so he asked if could order one!! And I said yes!! So I will be going back tomorrow and picking it up after bible study!! Thanks for your help!! ??☺️

I just returned from O'Reilly's as I went to see if I can get some new bolts of mine were very rusted and since I use a wheelchair, I needed assistance with getting my new license plates and tabs on my accessible van. Manager Michael and employee Ha took nearly half an hour to work on my van installing new mounts that needed replacement. They also put on my new license plates for me. This kind of kindness and excellent customer service is to be commended! I highly recommend this store because of excellent customer service.

I called to get a battery for my mother in law car and they had one, so then I asked if they could replace it and they said yes. But when I got there with her car they told me they couldn't do it. So I will never shop at O'Reilly again. And the manager had a bad attitude with us.

A friendly and helpful crew. I needed major truck brake parts they had them in stock and carried out the heavy bits like rotors. They looked up the related items like seals and provided real time updates on parts from the warehouse that were inbound. It felt professional all the way. They added my commercial account quickly and handled the core return easily.

They did not have the coolant in stock I wanted and the attendant would not leave his spot leaning on the counter to assist me when I told him they were out. He asked me to bring up some of what was over there so he did not have to move.

Straight forward review: - I went to another store and was not helped at all! - Came here late at night and they helped me immediately and got me exactly what I needed! - They were friendly and smiley with my baby!

This location doesn't deserve even one star. I bought other day antifreeze for my car. After I left from the store ,15 minutes later I opened the container to refill my radiator but container seal was broken,was even there and fluid was lowered than normal volume. I immediately returned to the store. There was one guy working. When I told him what's going on , he immediately got angry and hostile,same guy who were nice 15 minutes ago!?. I didn't ask refund,I only asked replacement which he accepted reluctantly, with attitude, like it's my fault!. He told me to grab another one with higher voice : bring it here... Like I am kid who will remove the seal!. Lucky I was calm, not bothered his bad behavior but not everyone will be Nice to him if keep yelling and disrespecting. I am done with o'rally auto parts. They will never got my money. Thank God,there are many competitors around.

Mixed feelings about this location. The other day I had a great experience but today I went in 20 minutes before close on my way home from work and literally already had my items in my hand within 60 seconds of walking in and stopped to look at something quick. The staff member working today was absolutely rude yelling at me that they are about to close. So 2 minutes in the store is holding you up and my business is an inconvenience for your hourly position you still have to stay at for another 15 minutes regardless if I was there or not?? Another customer came after I already walked out and I can only imagine how rude you were to her. If you are trying to close early then do it already. You don't need to be rude as hell just to sit doing nothing until actual closing time. ?

Went here for brake pads and rotors, mistakenly ordered the wrong type, and they were quick to not only catch the mistake but help me get the right ones. Greatly appreciated and friendly employees!

Unacceptable service. second O’Reillys store in the Twin Cities to drop the ball in under three weeks. Special order a part only O’reillys can get on a Saturday afternoon. Tells me it will be in on Sunday and they will call me when available. 3:30pm Sunday I call and it’s on the truck and will be here in under a hour. Show up at 4:30pm to pick it up and I get told I have to talk to the store manager because the distribution center messed up and it didn’t come in. Typical minimum wage employees giving minimum effort.

Joe provided me with beyond excellent service tonight. From performing a check engine test, running the code, explaining the results to me in a way that I could easily understand, giving me his expert opinion on what next steps to take, providing me with the basic tools to make the quick fix, and then checking over my work to ensure accuracy- he was the real deal. I'm very appreciative of his expertise and helpfulness and will now be a customer here forever. Thanks so much, Joe!

the people at this location are so helpful with service and knowing what to do to get your car working right we have been to the store in Brooklyn center and they wouldn't help like that so we appreciate this store they deserve to be recognized for this way to go.we went to check out what was wrong with our vehicle and James and Anthony were very helpful in figuring out what was wrong , it's a good thing to have help you can trust nowadays.

Super helpful staff there that were able to order parts to another store for pickup due to limited availability. Customer service is everything and the people there all seemed really friendly and willing to help!

The Super Start Extreme battery I got from this store in April of 2018 was dead the past two mornings. There is a 3 year replacement warranty on the battery and since I had a couple months left on the warranty I brought it in and has them test it. They told me the battery tested "Good" but was in the last 1/4 of its life and was almost time for replacement. I told them it wouldn't hold a charge over night and they again said it tested "Good" so they would not warranty it. I asked what the cranking amps was, as shown on their test equipment and they said their equipment doesn't show cranking amps. I left and went to Sam's Club, had the battery tested there and it showed only 520 cranking amps (out of 730) and the battery needed to be replaced. I purchased a new battery from Sam's Club and will never shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts again.

Lowest prices on all car parts. Except they charge too much for batteries. It's nice they let you use their tools if you have a quick fix you can do in the parking lot.

For years O'Reilly has been my go-to for auto parts. That is until today, when I decided that the employee who was helping me was so rude and unprofessional that I abandoned my purchase at the checkout and walked out. I get that this is an auto parts store and I expect a certain level of informality but I cannot tolerate employee behavior like this. I was so turned off by my experience today that I decided I'd rather order my parts from Amazon and wait the extra day or two. I'm not sure if I'll be back.

I went in to pick up a wiring harness that I ordered online, it was raining outside and I noticed that one of my wiper blades was tattered. I decided to buy new blades, the helpful employee put the blades on great right? No! Now my wipers don't work at all. He stated he would be right back as he we b,into the store and I could clearly see him helping other customers he never came back out. Now I'm stuck in the parking lot unable to drive because it's still rainin!

Needed to change the rear wiper blade and took it to o'reilly and the so called 'manager' had to break my wiper blade to take it out. What's more surprising is he or his colleagues couldn't insert the new blade. Pure professional incompetence.

The staff and service was very nice about wiper blades while it was snowing they came out to the car installed them for me for no additional charge they also change the headlight tonight in installed a brake light they took their time and did it right was not Russian did not complain was friendly self-motivated team I will go back in the future for any Auto Part needs I will recommend them to a friend family member or anyone that needs Auto cares they do not have a shop just sell Auto Parts in the stall little Auto Parts

Used to think they were friendly. But boy was I wrong. One time I was disposing some engine oil. they were busy so I decided to wait on the side so I don’t take up too much time. But I didn’t noticed that my bag was ripped and leaked some oil on the ground, so I immediately asked for another bag and planned to ask them for broom or tissue to wipe it out. And quickly disposed the oil. But I noticed that the workers were still busy so I waited to apologize and clean up for them. But i’m glad I didn’t because wile I was searching for some fuses I overheard them cursing me in front of other customers. Boy was I disappointed..

3 people working, one helping a customer, a other on the phone with another customer, and I don't know what the other was doing. All I needed was one item and I was ready. Waited around 5 minutes or so... just walked out.
