Update!! March 2026! They now take more small appliances including Microwaves!

Super easy place to drop off large amounts of cardboard, they have a whole separate area for it! Definitely nicer facility than the old Waste Management place off Como.

I drop off a lot of cardboard here and it’s always very easy. There’s a guy who helps me toss it, too. Great, easy access to recycling

Beautiful space. Conveniently located for recycling drop off. Reuse room is a very nice asset. Have been able to find what was needed both times visiting.

This place sucks. They wouldn't take my water heater even though the Roseville website directs you to it to recycle.

There wasn't a line when I went so it's so easy to go inside, I had batteries, sharps and plastic bags, they took the batteries and plastic bags from my car. I placed the sharps box in a container that the employee brought to my car.

Really impressed with the new(ish) building and overall experience. It was clean and well organized, helpful staff. Very pleasant experience considering I was getting rid of hazardous materials and electronics!

Because of the single lane design, one vehicle with a bunch of stuff will hold up the entire operation. It's also often not clear what they will and won't take so I just bring it it with me and ask. I also keep forgetting that they are closed on Mondays. Update. They have a really poorly designed zipper merge going into the facility. If you stay to the right to leave the left lane clear for access to the outside bins, people will jump you in line. It's not uncommon to have a half dozen vehicles that have arrived after you to bypass you in line. This seems exceptionally unfair to those attempting to leave the lane to the outside bins open. Oh, and a reminder that you'll need to wait to get out of the build for that person in front of you who has an SUV filled with 20 years of accumulated stuff! I do like the outside bins for bulk items.

Very well organized. Easy to get through. I look forward to going back.

Super convenient spot to get rid of electronics, hazardous waste, plastic film (and more!) all in one location. Signage was easy to follow. Arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and it took under 5 minutes. Amazing community resource.

If you're going to this place for the first time, watch out - this is one of the most poorly designed places I've ever seen. Either I'm just stupid or this facility was planned by people who no idea what they're doing. I was in several near accidents with other drivers and had to turn around twice trying to navigate the roads and signs until I figured out how to get to the hazardous waste entrance today. They have a separate winding road that goes around a little pond with very poor signage directing you to get to the haz mat entrance that's mixed in with the entrance and exit to the reuse room parking lot, with Do Not Enter signs facing the entrance to that lot. Then a separate road goes back to the yard waste area. So you've got 3 entrances and 2 exits directed by small crowded signs with small arrows telling you where to go, with a very confusing layout. That and other drivers flying in and out of the yard waste area like they're on the highway didn't make my first visit a very good one. I truly miss the old location run by Bay West - set up logically with one entrance and one exit and a simple parking lot for the reuse center. Really disappointed seeing my taxes spent like this.

Usually convenient place to drop off recyclables. Just check what they accept first as the resources online aren’t always clear as to what they accept. If you were curious, they do not accept pumpkins, that goes to the yard waste centers.

This facility does not accept air conditioners. The people that work there are knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to direct me to a facility that accepts air conditioners.

Dear Minnesotans, please use both lanes until the merge point in the electronics waste line. Everyone cramming into the right lane early helps no one. People aren't cheating by following directions and using both lanes, calm down.

This place makes me proud to live in this County. Building is nice, staff are very helpful, recycling process was easy. I just pulled in and the staff it took out of the car for me. I was impressed that one of the staff knew ASL and was able to communicate with the person in line in front of me. Keep up the good work, folks!

I was surprised by the things they won't take. Tires and appliances, specifically. They gave me a list for places to take the dehumidifier and told me the tires are a garbage problem. Okay.....

Amazing. So easy to use the recycling service for my old non working electronics. I attended a fix it clinic and I was impressed with the facility and volunteers. You get to ring a bell if your item is successfully mended or fixed - there was alot of bell ringing! The building and drop off route are so easy to use. I really appreciate that we have this new center and will certainly return.

Kind of strange to review a government service, but am highly impressed by the facility and especially the friendly staff. Maybe my taxes are going to something other than “gold toilet seats”. Great job Ramsey County!!!

I had a quick and easy experience dropping off an old tower computer in the drive-through. The place has good signage and plenty of helpful employees.

Went to get some paint for my dad's hallway and bathroom. They had a great variety of choices. Everything is organized and clean. Paints by color and interior/exterior, sections for stains, cleaners, and miscellaneous household things (grout, ammonia, sealants, adhesives, etc.). The woman at the counter was very helpful and kind. Great place.

The staff member who approached me was not friendly, actually bordered on rude, and lacked any and all pleasant tendencies one may expect from someone who deals with other people as a part of her job. That said, I got rid of some toxic things, and the facility is clean and orderly. Just don't expect a greeting or a smile, at least not today.

This place makes recycling so easy. I've been trying to recycle small electronics, batteries, and other random items for over a year. It's so nice that this location takes almost everything and is open outside of work hours.

I'm really proud to live in a place that supports this level of environmental consciousness. Great addition to Roseville and Ramsey County.

create a bypass lane so people that take people taking time to drop off don't impede people behind them. this facility is what good governance can create. everyone involved in creating this facility needs to be enabled to do more <3

Brand new, clean, great signage, easy to navigate, covered drop-off, super-friendly staff, extremely easy to drop off sharps

Easy to maneuver through. Has a great indoor space to get products people no longer want. Sometimes even brand new.

This is a great place to drop off e-waste and other things that shouldn’t go in the trash. The staff are friendly, the facility is new and clean, and you can pick up free cleaners, paint, stain, and more.
