My son needed a fuel hose. The one he got earlier from a different place. Wasn't right it got hot and soften at the end and fell off. The guys searched for the correct one but they didn't have any on hand. My son didn't have time to try and order one. One of the guys suggested one of their other stores that had a bigger supply of parts on hand.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Came in for a battery swap and was met with great service from start to finish. Dakota greeted me right away with a friendly attitude, and Tim handled the replacement quickly and efficiently. Both were easy to talk with and made the whole stop stress-free. The store was organized and had everything laid out clearly. Pricing felt fair, and overall the visit couldn’t have gone smoother. Really appreciate the help—thanks again, Dakota and Tim.

My text message says I earned a $5 reward. I stopped and bought a can of your brand engine degreaser that was under $5 without tax. I was told that it didn't meet the requirements for the reward. Does not say anything about a minimum purchase in the text message! I can't stand to be misled!!!

The manager Dave at maple wood store is a great person to deal with he's always more then helpful goes out of his way to make sure your not going home with the wrong part and always takes the exstra time to talk to you and make sure you understand what the parts function is and were it goes on the vehical he's a great guy and greatly appreciated good job Dave the store would be lost with out don't get me wrong the other employees are wonderful also keep up the good work and great attitudes glad to have you all when needed in ruff times thank you so much for all your help all the time Thanks Christopher patraw

I was so lost when I came to this store I have a foreign Vehicle and it stops right in front of O’Reillys I went in to inquire about a battery and when we went out to find out what battery I needed it stopped on me. I asked for a jump, and then it wouldn’t start at all these guys To try to figure out what was wrong with Try to get it started it was so cold outside and they froze their bottoms off to help finally We took a gamble and put a new battery in and got my car up and running and into the shop I went O’Reillys you know how to make Mr feel important the manager was awesome Who ever says shivery is dead has never been to O’Reilly’s !!!! in maplewood , Minnesota

Bad customer service. I took my battery in to get tested and charged. I was told it will take 3 to 4 hrs and someone will call me back. No one called me back so I decided to call them back. I was told my battery was bad. When I told them my battery was under warranty they decided to look for my battery but couldn’t locate it. We finally found it. The battery was sitting at the same spot where I dropped off. It was not even tested or charged. Poor customer service

Super Start batteries are garbage. Brought in my battery out of my summer car for testing and it was bad. 2 months after 2 year warranty expired. Manager was extremely rude. I won’t be shopping at this store ever again.

I’ve gone to various O’Reilly locations around the twin cities based on where I live(d), and this is my new home base parts store. Staff here is friendly, helpful and seem to know what they are doing, which isn’t the case at all lot of auto parts stores. A big improvement in the shopping experience over my last home O’Reilly off Central in Minneapolis.

Andrew and Dave have been a great asset to my company's fleet of trucks. They go out of the way to make sure we get the write part that brings us the most value. Its almost like they are members of my team.

The hospitality and care provided was just amazing! It was super cold out and the alternator went out on our car. They so welcoming and friendly. It made a stressful event bearable. Allowed my kids and I to stay warm while my husband replaced it. Ty so much!!

Terrible management, terrible return policy. This was a few months ago - The manager Michelle compared a socket used once (literally) to a burger that's been eaten once. Im standing there like - "you cant eat a socket".. IDK how she even became manager but did you know that HARBOR FREIGHT has a 90 day return policy valid with any reason (of which my return was on the same day)? More reasons for me to stay away from Oreillys.

I got what I needed and got out but I just wanted to comment on the lack of professionalism. The cashier kept turning to talk to friends who had walked in instead of addressing the customer she was helping. The manager was cranky towards staff in front of customers and the cashier had made sarcastic remarks about not wanting to be there. I understand everywhere is short-staffed right now but that does not change how you should act at your place of work.

No one knew what to do as a Very long waite while the supervisor looked at customers and not once helped anyone. 6 people including myself put away the items one by one and left to Napa auto parts. I spent $400.00 on my purchases alone!!!

$25 bucks for a flimsy air filter seemed really high. One guy there was pretty crabby. If you're gonna charge that much at least make it easier to swallow with a kind word or smile

I usually avoid reviewing based on one experience, however, when an employee puts one's life in danger by not wearing a mask, I feel like it is necessary at this moment. I went into the store to return a tool and buy a part for my husband while he was working on his car. The cashier, David, was helping another customer when I came in so I got in line as I did not need to shop for anything. I was not paying close attention to their conversation as it wasn't my business. However, I heard David say that "it wouldn't be the first time I've gotten in trouble with corporate." As the customer in front of me was leaving I noticed David did not have a facemask on at all. I seriously contemplated at this moment leaving as I did not want to be in close contact with someone who was not wearing a mask, especially someone who works with people in the community all day. I did not have time though to find a different O'Reillys and because of the tool return, I couldn't go to AutoZone a few miles away to get my run accomplished. I thought maybe he would put it back on when he was done with the other customer, but he did not. I didn’t even see one in the area. I did, however, see the half-eaten burger and fries next to the register. I have reached out to corporate and will be reaching out I will be contacting the district and/or regional manager as I don’t trust the store if there was even a question in David’s mind that endangering customer’s lives and eating at the register is okay. I will say that my one previous experience last week with a different gentleman was a satisfactory experience, a pretty standard in-and-out with nothing particularly bad and nothing exceptionally great about it. *As of 02/08/2021 I have not had a response from anyone associated with O’Reilly’s

Worst service I have ever received! I received a reply, so decided to update my review. I ordered online, arrived for pickup and they had no paperwork or order ready. I pulled my own items and was told by Ruben that he could not provide a receipt. I then demanded a refund which he also refused. I was at the store for 25 minutes debating about my order. Ruben demanded to see my phone multiple times and continued to touch my screen, despite my insistence that he not. After 20 minutes, he found my pick ticket on a shelf and tried to present it as the receipt, despite it saying "this is not a receipt." Finally, a young man came from the back and asked what was going on. I explained the situation, he scanned my items, gave me a receipt and I was on my way. That young man was getting ready to leave and the only ones left in the store were Ruben and 2 brand new hires. Every action I requested was met with " there is no manager here to do that." I cannot imagine how the store survives without leadership. I began video recording after awhile, as evidence to the incompetence I was dealing with. I would be glad to share for coaching purposes.

Christopher (Assistant Manager) was a huge help, and great conversation. They really hit it home with being friendly and creating a great environment within the store. I am getting cars donated to my nonprofit Warriors Next Adventure and fixing them up for veterans in need of a vehicle for work or school as well as started a dirt track race team for veterans. They offered a sponsorship for the team and I am greatful. I wont go to any other parts store from now on.

Christopher is awesome here! Extremely knowledgeable with laser focus. Don't lose him! The place needs more help though as the current events (rioting in the area due to civil unrest--2020) have caused the inventory to be messy and not match what's online. So call ahead to have someone confirm the units are in stock before you visit, hence the four stars out of five. I'm sure that these small issues will be resolved shortly though.

A very well stocked auto parts store with very helpful staff. I had selected an item and the counter man suggested that a differently packaged item with a lower price would suffice for my needs. Very pleased to find that level of care. Prices are reasonable and the store is conveniently located just off of White Bear Ave with good parking.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Went in to ask a question and the guy didn’t every answer my question and was completely rude with his tone and voice and even made a comment saying “we’re not a mechanic shop “ all I did was ask one question. Even if I sounded like I didn’t know what I was talking about he could have handled it in a better way and explain to me. So bad I had to go down the street to auto parts

rude and unfriendly staff, store is not presentable. I asked if they would help me to put battery on my car keys the young guy said they dont do that..said he knows how to do it but he will not do it..then I asked if he could show me how to open my remote and he said he will not. Just went to Napa couple blocks down the road and they helped me find the batteries and also installed the batteries for me without a problem.

Would give you a higher score but I'm not impressed with the customer service. Went in earlier today and was practically ignored by the worker there. Asked him if he could help me but he found that his own paperwork stuff was more important than me.
