Tristate towing and recovery was great, they always professional and timely with very nice operators. I will always use them and recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

I locked myself out of my vehicle at the grocery store by accident, There was a gentleman there In 20 minutes. Only took Two minutes to get my car open. Would highly recommend if you’re in the same predicament!

Tony who owns this company is a genuinely good guy. We were locked out of our car at a restaurant due to a dead battery remote, He was dining at a nearby table and overheard our plight. Despite being off duty, he came over to help. He got our fob open & loaned us a battery from his own fob so we could get the car started and get to a store. Tony's kindness to stranded strangers was such a blessing to us tonight! For sure will be our first call for future distress.

We have had to use Tri State Towing several times now. Tony and Josh have gone out of their way to take care of us. Hands down best towing service around! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

100% would recommend! Picked up an older Corvette and took great care. My driveway is steep and not the easiest, pretty sure they handle any situation!

Omg what fantastic service!!!! Tony showed up quickly, was calm and efficient and helped us through a highway accident! We were headed out of town for Easter and the car was fully loaded. Tony took us to our house so we could unload the car and get back on track. He was compassionate and kept reminding us no one was hurt and all would be good. Thank you!!!!!

Tri-State is a wonderful towing company. The fact that one of the largest car dealerships in Rochester use and recommend them exclusively says alot. But the experience of working with them, when as the person needing help (and is stressed out); they are professsional, compassionate and responsive. While the situation for me was not great, they were! Thanks Tri-state!

I had my foster kid lock themselves out of their car, so I called Tri State. They were so helpful and came within a half hour after we had called two other places who turned us down. In the words of them afterwards: “I love you. You’re so slay” ?

I had to bring my car in for an appointment at Subaru and I called them around 15-20 minutes before the appointment in an emergency. Had great communication and wonderful customer service. Had my car to the dealership on time even though it was a crunch. As a complimentary service the guy paid for my towing because it was my first car and I was really upset about it having to go back in. Very kind and generous people.

Although I thought the storage fee of $50 was outrageously ridiculous, Josh, the General Manager, was great. His compassion and understanding attitude is exactly what a place like this needs. Appreciate you looking out for me and allowing me to get back on the road. Thank Josh!

Tony from Tri-State towing came to my house on Labor Day to inflate the flat tire on my Indian Scout motorcycle w/sidecar. He was so knowledgeable with motorcycles and very professional. Not only did he inflate all my tires to 40 psi, he gave me pointers on so much more with this new bike. I really appreciate him. Thank you Tony!

Showed up at 2200 during a crazy storm with a flatbed as requested. Had me hooked up, delivered and home within 1 hour of calling and was extremely cheerful the entire trip. Very respectful. Will definitely use Josh again in the future!

Car broke down on the side of the road, called Tri state and was told I would be waiting 30min and 25min later tony arrived tried to help me get back on the road before towing it as a last resort and when my car still didn't start, he recommended a auto shop nearby where I lived, Ive used tri state before in the past and was satisfied with the service, so this time I for sure found my go to tow company. Service 10/10

Haven't had the need for towing service for many years, but it's great having Tri-State in the Rochester area. Very prompt courteous service. Very cost efficient considering my tow was 34 miles. Highly recommend.

I had a dead SUV arrive on an auto transport trailer. Two gentlemen arrived very fast, within an hour, in a flatbed truck that had a winch. They had a lot of knowledge on how to remove the SUV from the trailer safely and also provided recommendations on several of the best auto shops in town that can diagnose/repair the vehicle. Bottom line: I wouldn't know what to do if it wasn't for their expertise, and they charged a fair price. I would definitely use them again, and if you need a tow, select Tri-State!

Tony was absolutely amazing. I was having the worst auto experience of my life, I had been on my way home on an hour commute and hit a deer on a highway. The state trooper called in a different tow company who quoted me about $1600 to tow my still running / driving (the radiator was in rough shape and leaking fluid so it couldn’t make the rest of the trip home) suv 26 miles. Tony went the extra distance for an absolute stranger to help educate me on the current invoice that I had and who to turn the information into, on top of picking up my suv and bringing it where I needed within an hour and had quoted me not even $200 for the same trip. I cannot express how thankful I am for his services and the kindness he has shown me today. I have never written a review in my life and there is no one more deserving of this review. HIGHLY recommend this company if you are in need of auto assistance.

SUV broke down towing boat back from river. Called Tri-state. They were there within 45 minutes. JD was excellent, Very nice young man knew what he was doing. Got us home with the boat also at a very reasonable price. Again JD was great ?

I can’t recommend Tri-State towing enough. I was tboned at an intersection, and they answered the call and got a truck out there before the cops even showed up! They cleaned up the accident, gave me a ride home, and held my car in their lot until the insurance company picked it up. The driver was super nice. Could not have asked for a better experience during unfortunate accident. Thanks Tri-State! ?

Had my Range Rover towed to the cities for some work at the dealership, Called tri state towing and the owner Tony answered , he was very friendly and accommodating, came picked it up on a flat bed like asked , very gentle and careful lifting and getting the SUV on the truck , very reasonable considering the prices on gas nowadays . He towed it first thing the morning like asked and he was very prompt . I also use these guys for my business towing my customers cars as well and haven’t let me down once it’s different experience when the owner is there doing the work the majority of the time , highly recommended these guys !

Tony is awesome!! Called him because my husband put his snow plow truck in the ditch. He showed up very quickly during a storm event. It was in a tough spot. He was very careful not to damage anything while pulling it out of the ditch. We will definitely use their services from now on. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Called with what I thought would be a unique request to move my boat lift from a field to the lake ... “No problem” he says. Tony was extremely efficient. Had it up on the truck and in the water in no time.
