Top notch service! Fast, and knowledgeable! Had an incident that happened while they were on a call for us that could have turned out much worse. One of our other driver's got another vehicle into a bad situation while trying to move out of the way...Thought there was no way we could get the vehicle out without damage. They did it without a scratch! Couldn't be happier with our service!
Pulver Towing came through for us when our Freightliner had a failed water pump. They towed us in the afternoon, sourced the part from a dealer, replaced it, and had us back on the road the same day. That level of service is rare in trucking. Professional, fast, and truly helpful.

Be very careful when inspecting and picking up your vehicle by Pulvers are having them towed. I witnessed them pick up a vehicle, which was a Mercedes-Benz and this is how their driver had the vehicle prior to connecting it, which is very wrong. I’ve been in the towing industry for 20+ years and then on top of that, very rude and disrespectful go with a different company if you need towing services in Rochester cause Pulvers is not it
I wanna give a huge appreciation & thank you to the owner Mark. The office person overcharged me unintentionally to get my vehicle out of their impound lot due to an accident I was involved in. I fully understand mistakes happen. Mark came out of his way to get in contact with me in person to fix the error the office person made. Mark (the owner) was super apologetic, respectful & great. Mark went out of his way to refund me half of the X amount out of his own pocket. Thank you mark for the kind, generous & great service you have provided to me.
Extortionists. I was the last to a party of a 5 car pile up. The police told me to use Pulvers towing, they charged me $890 to tow. Claiming we have a city contract. We do the clean up. Um how much are these people getting paid? Then charged me $90 a day. I Hate this towing company & I did pay them. Please don’t give them your $.
I had a flat tire outside my own house. As my husband was underneath my vehicle trying to drop down the spare. Ross pulled around the corner and very kindly offered help and pumped up our tire! Thank you so much!
Omg I'm a Lil behind on the review because of moving buuuuuuuut omg these are the people to call if you need help! They're fast, friendly, and so very professional. I want to give a HUGE recognition for Ross aka "sexy Santa" we were in an absolute panic and his warm personally and kind words really made the experience a 10/10. If I could give Ross 5 stars specifically I would! Might go back in the ditch to see him again 😂
I had a bit of a misunderstanding with the company at first over towing of a vehicle that I had sold but the new buyer never transferred into their name.
I appreciated the manager being willing and able to communicate and explain things to me and felt respected and heard for my concerns.

Extortion ring in partnership with The Pines apartment complex. On Friday April 12th after driving 4 hours to help our son move, our car was towed from the lot after being there no more than a half hour. Was told by the arrogant rude person answering the phone that I was a liar. He told me all his drivers were gone home for the night and couldn't get the car until 11 the next day from their secure lot, but when we went to leave, their truck was trying to hook another car. I guess there was 2 liars on that call. We stopped and explained to the young man that my wife's critical medication was in the vehicle. He was willing to take us to it and release it only if we paid $250 cash. The other vehicle being towed was also parents of someone moving out the next day. $250 cash for them as well. I looked in several vehicles and there was no parking passes but vehicles registered under the same name of tenants leaving were towed. No way it's that random. When the driver took us to the car, it wasn't in a secure lot, it was 5 miles east of town in a meth lab trailer park. Their lot was like a mile from where it was towed. If the owners care to reach out to me my number is in your system.
saw one of their trucks cut across three lanes of traffic to quickly exit 52 near Elton Hills, no signal used, speeding, no viable license plate. watch out for them when driving!
Honest towing company! Didn't try to charge me extra, just helped me get on my way. 100% will be the first place I call if I need a tow or a jump start in the future. Thank you.
If you ever go through a towing company, do not go through Pulver because even after paying your tow bill after an accident they will make sure whatever belongings you had in the back of your car are gone!
And when you called them to find out what happened to them, they will not take any responsibility and will tell you that the vehicle was not on their surveillance cameras don’t even get me started on the bill nor their computer system

Camper blew a bearing and lost a wheel on the highway. They came and secured up my axle and got my bearings fixed up! They were awesome and really went above and beyond to get us back on the road and headed back to Colorado!
My friends car burned down and the scrap yard will give 500 still for the car, but no they didn't let us tow it that day told my friend it was still a fire hazard and we ended up paying a storage fee just for the tow place to scrap it themselves. I told my friend she didn't havtoo pay money if she didn't need anything but this place made her feel bad
Great service most of the time. Camper was impounded only to be "stolen" from the impound lot because it wasn't actually stored in Don't call after business hours they will know nothing about your problem and are only available to pick up your vehicle. Sto have heard nothing about my stolen property from their lot I guess they think i should have to pay for that. Totally floored by the lack of response when it was their negligence that caused this in the first place. Bet if I was a mayo doctor or something I would be compensated for the stuff they lost on their watch.
Great customer service! We had Pulvers tow a vehicle across town and they were very accommodating to drop the car off where we wanted and were very quick to respond after calling. I would recommend them for all your towing needs!
Beware of this company, they will charge you a $350 “accident response” fee in addition to towing & storing fee. Very predatory business practice. To take advantage of people at times of bad fortune like this is reprehensible. Companies like this are the reason why towing companies have such low trust among the public.
Predatory towing. I was illegally towed from an unposted lot. When I showed them the Minnesota statute that said that they did not have a right to tow me until the car had been there for 24 hours, the man got immediately aggressive and said that the law "wasn't right." He then went on to tell me that I could either pay the $210 or they would keep my car. He tried intimidating me into paying the outrageous fee. I was not blaming them initially because they did not know how long my car was in the lot but the aggressive response to me explaining the situation suggests that they often take advantage of people in this way.
Very trustworthy people. Not only did they assist me in changing into a spare when it was late in the evening, Ross gave me helpful suggestions and advice on what to do in my situation. I was glad to have someone who was sympathetic to my situation and put me at ease when I was so unsure I was making correct decisions.
I highly recommend Pulver Towing. They were quick to respond and championed for me to have the dealership where I was having it towed to pay for the tow (the dealership apparently hadn’t fixed the car after all). The men were very nice and personable. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

My driver was Dusty he was very knowledgeable of how to secure my vehicle and he had a great caring roadside concern.
Pulver's was great to do business with. From the phone call to the driver. Very professional. Broke a valve spring in the car and called right away. Person on the phone explained that the driver was responding to an accident so couldn't get to me right away. Was nice to know what to expect for a wait and they delivered on time.
On delivery, the driver was a pro and backed it directly into our 3rd stall for me. Thank you Pulver!
