Just took a new to me used vehicle to these fine folks for some deferred maintenance from the previous owner. Very reasonable prices, pleasant to deal with and quality workmanship and parts. I would recommend.

I had my brand new tires put on my brand new wheels from these guys and they scratched all 4 wheels in 4 different spots on each wheel Where they clamp! Please tell me how this is acceptable!? They first admitted to it and looked into repairing them, when joe found out it was unrepairable because it is gouged into the aluminum! I told them they could buy the wheels and keep them or pay half for a new set and I'll keep them Which I think is fair! I gave them some time over the holidays to come up with a plan! I reached out to get it resolved Monday the 15th, and now all of a sudden the employee Ryan doesn't work there and the owner Joe will not admit to it or own up to the poor quality of work and asked that I leave his property ! He is refusing to talk to me or come up with any sort or resolution! I don't agree with this kind or work as I have been in business for 15 plus years and this would never be acceptable! I'm not the type to make bad reviews but this is not okay!
Can't say enough good things about these guys. We moved to FL a year ago and sometimes I literally consider driving my car back for maintenance from discount auto. Hard to find more honest, talented mechanics at such reasonable prices.

I have been going to Joe and his team ever since I got my first vehicle as a teenager. I have yet to find somewhere to compete with their phenomenal customer service and prices! My family lives in the area, and we are all highly satisfied customers. As a female with minimal car maintenance knowledge, I fear some auto shops might try to pressure me into services that are not necessarily needed. At Discount Auto, Joe and his team has never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I took my truck here fora new set of tires and alignment because they were fair priced and I wanted to support a local shop. When I went to pick it up they were drinking and trying to get my truck jump started. They were not angle to start it so I had to come back in the morning to get it. When I got it back the next day, the entertainment center didn’t work, the engine hours were cleared, steering wheel covered in grease, and it pulled to the right very bad. I brought it back for them to look at and they weren’t sure what was wrong but said I could leave it and they will see what they could do. I didn’t want to leave it with them again so I took it to a different shop to fix what was damaged at Discount Auto Services. Ended up needing another alignment, tire pressure sensor, batteries, and a wheel bearing (abs wire mount was taken off and ripped wiring out when driving the truck)
I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Joe and the team fixed my rim leaks! I'd tried to have a Rochester tire shop fix the rim leaks, but the rim leaks actually got worse. Discount Auto in Oronoco used a wire wheel to remove oxidation, mounted and balanced the tires - all this close to home! Haven't had any problems since.
My experience was all headaches, had my truck for 3 weeks when it shouldve only taken them 3 days, had to call and explain to them 3 times what I needed done, told them I have all the parts in the back seat and my bill was confusingly high, come to find I still had parts in my back seat that they never installed, yes they have cheap prices, but you get what you pay for, cheap service
Took a few cars in. Strongly recommend. Lower prices, no unnecessary expenses, and people are friendly and helpful.
A few times they forgot to tell me they were finished. Easy to forgive though since they do good work, and save me money.
Joe and his staff have always been able to diagnose and fix our car problems. He is the cheapest around when it comes to new tires. Rates are reasonable and they are honest. Oil changes are quick and professional. I will continue to bring my vehicles here.
