I picked up 4 tires that were to be returned. No one around so I picked them up and brought them back. I was there before to deliver a set of 4 about a month ago. Very nice people.

Phenomenal customer service. Willing to help out however and whenever asked. Was stranded on the side of the road earlier this week and Troy had my day back on track in under an hour. Not the first time Bitker, Inc. has saved the day for my family and likely not the last. Thankful for this business in our community!

Got front brake pads installed it was 50$ an hour the guy left the car unattended for 30 min and still charged a full hour
