Awesome team of people to work with, would recommend this shop to anyone.

They are very nice people, but it took a year for them to finally start working on it. It then took another 2 years to get it back. I understand that there was some issues getting parts. It seemed as though other projects were more important. I realize it was a pretty major job, we spent a lot of money, and now it sits in my garage with a huge red puddle of oil under it. I will say that Rob is very knowledgeable.

Was able to make appt. a few days out. Dropped vehicle off and they finished on time at a reasonable cost.

Rigs to Rods and the owner Rob was highly recommended to me by a trusted friend, When I pulled up it’s obvious he has a lot going on as there was really no where to park with vehicles and project vehicles everywhere. Never the less after going in with out an appointment Rob dropped everything took me and my truck for a spin, diagnosed the problem gave me a written quote and scheduled me in for the next day as I needed my truck fixed asap. He fixed it as he said and for the price he quoted and I was good to go. I would recommend Rigs to Rods to anyone that needs their vehicle serviced correctly, in a timely manner and for a fair price. This place saved me!!! I do not know anything about cars. When I put about 8 times the oil in it that it needed, I was told not to drive it and get it towed to a shop right away. I called about a dozen places. Although they were all very kind, this place offered right away to come TO ME! They came out the same day, fixed what I had tried to break, and gave me instructions on how to keep my car in good shape. They did not oversell or talk down to me. Auto body shops can be very uncomfortable; for me at least. This place has a welcoming atmosphere and you can hear them smile on the phone 😀 Whether you are an enthusiast or like me, I think you’ll find a new home here.

I just recently had them install a Holley Sniper EFI conversion on my car and they did a great job. They went the extra mile to make sure all the wiring under the hood was neat and secured, and chased down any squeaks (whether they had to do with the Sniper or not) and fixed them. They take pride in their work and it shows. They will definitely be my go to rod shop from here on out!!

They did a fantastic job on my truck and would recommend them over any other shop in town. They only do what is needed on your vehicle and don't push unnecessary repairs on your car. Rob, Heather and their new tech are the best around and trust me, I have been to other shops and wow not even close to this shop. Thanks guys.

I can’t say enough good things about this mechanic shop! My car was in rough shape, and they seriously came through. They readjusted and cleaned up my front bumper perfectly. The fenders and cuts weren’t done by them, but they helped me flush everything out better so it wasn’t their fault. Now it looks super clean and professionally done. They even went above and beyond by helping me replace some cracked hoses I hadn’t noticed. What really impressed me was how quickly they handled my suspension issues. I had lower control arms from SuperPro USA ready to install, but my ball joints were completely destroyed from off-roading. These guys came in clutch and got everything fixed right away. Plus, they helped me with my sway bar links at no extra cost. You don’t find service like that very often. Fast, honest, and skilled. If you need work done, these are the folks to trust!

Rigs to Rods has been there for me and has come through to save my ass too many times to count. Time and time again have I come to Rigs to Rods in a panic and they have turned around and made me feel as though I was priority. My truck continues to go down the road because of them. There was one instance where Rigs went out of their way to help me out and I wasn't NOT able to keep my end of the bargain and pay my more than fare portion of the bill. As much as it pained me to not get what I wanted which was essentially free or close to free services at the time; I had to understand that if it wasn't for Rigs to Rods; my truck would have been as good as scrap a long time ago. So as soon as I paid Rigs the balance due on my bill; my truck was released to me. Not only does Rigs to Rods care about me as a customer; they also care about me so much that they will teach me to pay my bills on time.

They barricaded my vehicle in behind hella other things when i brought my own scrap guy and refused to release my friends car even though there is no written record of any eork or diagnosis on her vehicle. I called the police and as it turns out this shop has a habit of taking months to work on a vehicle and/or withholding it if you try to get it back. The police told me they cover their tracks with paperwork so you can only get your vehicle back through filing a civil suit. Absurd. Maybe try a diff shop

I highly suggest Rigs to Rods for all your mechanical needs and more! Rob and Heather took my ‘17 Silverado and got her to running nice and smooth again. Heather, yes Heather, did most of not all the work on my truck nd it almost perfect again ( needs a lil body work). I am giving RtR 5 stars!!::!!::!!::!!

Our only regret is not realizing these folks were right down the road from us. They got us in for service on our SUV basically immediately. They fixed the problem in about as much time as it takes me to use the restroom. They replaced a couple previously missing pieces out of their own inventory, and let's just say that what they charged us for what work they did, is an untouchable price in today's mechanic standards. We definitely will be calling these folks first when any of our vehicles need help in the future. Thank you R2R crew

Do not ever take your vehicle here. They screwed over there own family even when they paided up front $7,000 for a motor and transmission n kept playing the run around game to try and take the vehicle. There a scam n will take everything that’s in your vehicle and your vehicle when you pay for it. NEVER EVER AND I MEAN EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU DONT WANT TO SEE YOUR VEHICLE AGAIN AND HAVE YOUR WHOLE LIFE TURNED UP SIDE DOWN, because if they will screw over there own family member they will screw you over also.

We were traveling through the area in an RV and the engine was running hot. Called several dealerships and RV service centers with no help from anyone. Our last call was to "Rigs To Rods". They made us feel like top priority. They ordered the necessary parts, installed them and had us on our way incredibly fast. I can't thank them enough.

Rigs To Rods took a vision of what I wanted my vehicle to look like and made it come to life. The custom process is not a speedy one so be prepared to wait for what you want. Rigs to Rods really knows their stuff! They fixed a custom performance exhaust system that was botched by another shop. They not only fixed it, but made it better, now the car sounds fantastic! I'll be bringing my future performance projects here from now on, and if they're this good at custom performance builds, they can handle your oil change, or tire rotation, no problem.

Was recommended by a friend who had their full exhaust done here.. I went in with the mindset I’d pull the entire cat-back system out on my challenger hellcat which would have cost a small fortune. Rob gave me some great advice on the work I wanted to get done which ended up saving me a ton of money. Really honest and hard working people up here. Left the shop with peace of mind, and a great sounding car. 10/10 customer service!

What can I say. Well everyone at rigs are awesome. The work they do is amazing. I have a hard time trusting shops with my car and I'm even more protective of my wife's and mom's car. They have done work on all of our cars. They will be doing the upgrades I need done on my hellcat for the racing we do. Moms car won trophies from day one after getting it back from rigs. We love you guys keep it up.

I have been taking my commercial vehicles to Rob at Rigs to Rods for years now! All I can say is great things. If your looking for someone to fix things correctly the first time this is the place to go. Some things may take longer but the wait is well worth it. The time and care they put into your vehicle is wold class. I highly recommend Rigs to Rods for all general repairs and maintenance. After getting the run around and over charged every time. I ended up finding rigs to rods to complete my twin turbo yukon build. I couldn't be happier with the communication or the willingness they had to take on my project. Make sure to check these guys out. They also have towing available for your project to get to the shop.

I purchased a car from town near Rigs to rods. I called and asked if they had a detailing service to which they said yes but it'll be a week. No problem! I asked for an estimate it was 225.00 + 50.00 extra if there was hair. I explained the car was a mess and there was hair. Skip ahead to the car being finished they billed me $355 did not detail the interior very well. I still have pet hair on every seat. Did not wash the car exterior at all. Did not wash under the hood at all. People seemed friendly but I am pretty disappointed with the service. I didn't expect perfection but that's a above premium price for the service I received. My reply: I was trying to be kind. You didn't deserve two stars.

ROB AN HEATHER are amazing! I needed tires last minute. An they were able go get me back on road next day! Very friendly atmosphere. My car was handled with care! I chose to drive an hr an half just to come to this shop. Rather than one in the citys..

I have had alot of work done by rigs to rods. Professional, knowledgable, excellent customer service, they explain things in a way you can understand. They are dedicated to the work they do start to finish. I recently brought a truck in for a used vehicle inspection and immediately after looking the truck over they noticed the truck was un safe to be driving on the road due to having major issues: transmission about ready to fall out , cracked frame etc. They took care of me start to finish and put the customer first.
