Friendly and professional, was able to get my vehicle towed right away with no problems. Have had to tow my vehicle twice now, hopefully won't have to again, but if I do it will be with this company.
Our truck was towed here after an accident. From the tow driver to the multiple staff members here, everyone was as kind and helpful as can be. They made an unhappy situation easy to navigate in the part they were in. Thank you for the service you provided and for having such wonderful staff.
They want $700 just to get it out of tow bcuz "they had to use the chain" to pull my car off the highway ditch. Said they'd lower the price if I give them the title. And messed up my car more by towing it and tore the front bumper completely off the car and it rolled under the car causing more damage to the under carriage. Not a good company, money hungry and I would HIGHLY recommend you call TEVELAN SALES to get your car they tow from Willmar MN and they are honest and fair and prompt. They are community focused not money focused.
I talked to a husband and a wife that seemed to have it all together! She and he were so so incredibly helpful. I had a very short notice tow at 5 PM and they managed to have my car delivered over 60 miles away before 8 PM when the dealership closed.

Cars On Patrol towing company is amazing! They saved the day when I had a flat tire. The lug nuts were super tight, but they handled it like pros. Highly recommend their service! ??
My vehicle was involved in an accident, I was unable to make it to the scene before the vehicle was towed. I was told it would be taken by Cars on patrol towing to their tow yard which is located on Michigan St NE. So I pulled off to the side and didn’t see anyone so I went online to see if there was a number to call.. During this time the tow truck pulled up.. I got off the vehicle to.. in my mind meet up with the "truck driver" immediately the truck driver shouted "What are you doing here" as he was coming at me like he was about to take me out.. I tried explaining the situation to him but he was so rude and said "im giving you 2 seconds to leave before the cops come" "our office is on 7 he said". Im 22 years old with no signs of being a threat to anyone so at this point i myself had to get stearn and he finally brought it down a notch. If this man deals with customers i def do not recommend this place.. They do not help customers in already stressful situations. He also failed to mention the office was closed. But next week when they call me with a bill ill be expected to be a decent human being? Odd if you ask me. great buisness though if your looking for someone who wants to wrestle you.. Im a male myself and the negative testosterone energy coming from this man was insane.. Yes, there is no trespassing signs on the fence. I was not in the fence so I was very blown away by this interaction. Disgrace of a company if you ask me.
Had my vehicle breakdown outside of town. when I reached out to them they were nothing but professional and courteous in an already stressful time. They were there in less than 20 minutes even in the busy time of the day. For any of my future towing needs this is definitely the company I would be reaching out to.
I bought a 2001 Ford F-150 from the owner after he told me nothing is wrong with it. 4 months later it's sitting on the side of my house, undrivable because it keeps overheating and needs a head gasket. $3,800 to repair. The brush guard, rocker panels, running boards and dual exhaust have all fallen off. May as well have flushed my money down a toilet.
I called and made an appt to have a front strut assembly installed. I was very specific on the phone about what needed to be done. I was quoted 2.5 hour job at $250. So I made the appt. I dropped off the vehicle this morning and touched based again over the phone about what needed to done. I talked to them at 0930. At 1550 I got the call my truck was done, 6 hours later! I got there and they told me my bill was $408. I was furious. Its not my fault your incompetent. This is the first place I've ever been charged more then the quoted amount. If you didn't understand the job then say that. I also run a business, if I tried to charge $158 more then what was quoted people would tell me to go fly a kite. This was ridiculous. Then to follow up a friend of mine runs a shop locally and told me that it's against Minnesota statute to charge more then 10% the quoted amount. So I called them back to try to work something out. They told me that I told them how long it would and basically I quoted myself for the job. The manager then told that they weren't even equipped to handle the job and that they had to go out and buy tools to do it and that the shop ate that cost that they should've had me pay. He also told me they were doing me a favor because they knew my wife when I never told them who I was and that they already knocked 1.5 hours off. So again it's not my problem if you can't accurately quote a job, let alone quoting a job you're not even equipped to do. I told the manager that I would be writing a poor review on their Facebook and Google. He blew up at me said that they'd be filling defamation of character law suit against me. This is a horrible way to do business and to go to. This was my first and last time going here. I caution anyone who goes to this shop.
Fast, no hassle friendly service. Took care of the billing with my insurance and my vehicle did not receive any damages (including scatches) during the towing process. Fantastic! I will call them if I have issues again.
Our vehicle broke down in our driveway on a Sunday, and they were able to get it towed to the shop safely on Monday morning. My only complaint would be that I Facebook messaged them on Sunday because it said they typically respond within a few hours, but by 9:30 on Monday morning I still hadn't heard anything back. An auto-responder or something to let people know that only respond during working hours would be better.
Spectacular! New Years Eve... put truck in the ditch. Mark was there in no time flat and had it out in minutes! Great conversation and a great guy! Highly recommend them!
Locked my keys in my car while it was running on Thanksgiving morning (dang mazda modern technology ?) They came quickly from another town and only charged $60 for unlocking my car with no damage. Highly recommend.
Mark & I Go way back & Hes Just as Great a Guy Now as He was when Most Feared Him as He was Officer Shoutz. To Me He was a Great Guy Then and still is Today !!!
It was a cold Sunday night when a friend locked her keys in her [running] car. After contacting Cars On Patrol Towing, she waited no more than 12 minutes for Mark to show up and open her car using highly specialized tools. I was utterly amazed by the super speedy service, especially considering the day and time.
Whether for a lockout, towing or any other service they provide, Cars On Patrol Shop & Towing will be my first choice if ever I should need assistance anywhere within their large service area.
