They gave me my life back! My husband was using my car for almost 6 weeks, he tried fixing 4 things on his truck, and we brought it to a mechanic who fixed 3 other things but within 1 mile of leaving, it was back in limp mode!

These guys are pros. It's in the name. Without them my 20 year old Duramax would not be on the road. Tons of hard jobs - Injectors, trans cooler lines, electrical gremlins. They also saved my Corolla with a "hard reset" on the computer when it was acting up. And they support the GSL school and Buffalo Creek BMX. 👍👍👍👍👍

Brought my vehicle here last fall before parking it for the winter. I had bad tire wear so I had them align my car. Got my car back with no spec sheets. Thought maybe they don't give them out like other places. Fast forward to today. Brought my car in for tires to a different shop. They said the alignment was way off and didn't look like anyone touched it. It was so far off the spec sheet it wouldn't register and it needed a few things. They showed me all supporting documents that proved this. Long story short I have a hard time trusting shops and I don't think they even touched my car but gladly took my money.
I was so impressed with pro auto! They had my car in and out quickly. They had a very nice staff and clean space for me to wait and work out of, along with snacks and toys for my kid! Our van broke down as we were traveling cross country. We had to be towed and we’re recommended to go Pro Auto. They were incredibly kind and got a part for our starter in 10 minutes and fixed our van before we even finished a cup of coffee. I highly recommend them!!!
I drove 60 miles to get my oil changed by Rick that tells u something. He is a good and honest person. Does good work and reasonable rate. I trust him and the work he does. I wish I lived closer but I will drive from Minneapolis for work I need done if at all possible. Rick keep up the good work judi kieper
There are auto shops that would be much more convenient for us to take our vehicles to but we go out of our way to go to Pro Auto because we know we will get honest work at a fair price.
They did a fabulous job on my vechile. They checked if i needed brakes or calibrator and they showed me presonnaly that i didnt need them at all. But that i do needed the suspensión front and rear they were great people and Rick Schrempp and his mechanic explained to me everything in details. Not so like another shop called Sam's from Glencoe Minnesota. I highly recommended Pro Auto in Glencoe Minnesota. The job was fabulous and the Prices for parts n labor are reasonable.
Very friendly and understanding. The person I talked to was great! Also very honest. Saved me money by letting me Know of future problems and outcomes. I will be doing my vehicle repairs here from now on.
My girlfriend brought her car there and had her brakes done and they didn’t bleed out the brakes completely because when I got home I tested her car and notice the brakes were a little squishy and a buddy of mine and I bleed the brakes and a couple of try’s with passenger side nothing came out but air.
My 80 year old parents car died 1 1/2 miles west of Glencoe on an 82 degree Saturday. No power so no way to roll down the windows. They did open the car doors I was an hour away. Pro Auto is my number one choice every time I need work done or an oil change for my car. They are fast, thorough, friendly, and honest. They have gotten me out of a bind more than once when I needed something done quickly on my Volkswagen. They always tell it like it is, and don't try to get me to have more work done than I need. Every time I walk in, I know I'm going to get at least one good laugh from the owner or staff, have my car working again, and have a reasonable bill. I highly recommend Pro Auto Glencoe!
These guys were good enough to show me how to grease my truck today. I know that they are not in the business of showing people how to do things themselves so they don't have to pay for it, so I really appreciated their willingness to help me out.
