WM, is always on time and never miss a pickup. Drivers are great and willing to assist customers, they give the meaning of true customer service. When I put my containers out for service I never have to guess if they will be empty when I return. I don’t care what the price is for great customer service I will pay it! In 12 years I have never had a service issue.

Waste management has been a great company to work with, the best part is the truck drivers are very kind and polite whenever we have a question, as they are the front line of the business.

Great service for the price they are offering. Pick up is usually pretty accurate and at a good time of day. Their website is easy to use and navigate as well.

The set up for new services was easy and they deliver the new trashcan on time. It was very clean inside, almost like new.! The only negative issue I have (and that's why I don't give them 5 stars) is that they don't offer recycling. I have to use a different company for that. Other than that, I'm very happy with their services and the help they've provide me with and I recommend them to the future residents of Glencoe, MN. Thank you.

The worst costomer service and a poor attitude to be honest.. dont even waste youre time if there is something wrong with your bill.. you will be the one wrong no matter what and you will have to pay the ammount amyways.. waste management is awful.

Can’t get a hold of anyone by phone. It insists on an account number even when you hit create a new account.

Waste Management picked up a box spring and mattress and couch from me recently and it was cheaper than taking to the landfill myself.

The current leaders of the USA are purposefully driving up fuel cost to push their agenda & your company has done well to not overcharge us as customers even given the circumstances. I love to keep my recycling separate to be responsible for our environment.

If you like your bill to adjust upward as Waste Management feels necessary! Buy this company's service. And sign their lengthy contract.

Forgot my trash again. Automated phone service is trash. Looking at using a different service now.

I know our service depends upon the driver….and we have a very good conscientious person picking up our trash!
