A great group of people who had me back on the road while on vacation the next day!!! Brandon was so pleasant and helpful to talk to and quick with a great smile! The tow truck young guy was quick, and more than kind. Thank you!!!
Quite honestly, a terrible experience as I’ve been coming here for 20 years. The professionalism has gone downhill, and out the window completely. This morning (8:15am), I tried to return an item somebody left outside only for the Cashiers to tell me “Yahh, & I Don’t want it” As if I was trying to return it to the cashier.?.? They turned laughing at me as I left to finish my transaction. I asked to please get somebody else to give me service as they were being unprofessional, only to get laughed at again and told by my name to leave the store, & “Don’t ever come back!” Which I never will, and I spend quite a bit there. Any narrative of me being the bad guy in this scenario is completely absurd. The fact that this cashier walks around like they own the store, smirking, & trying to cause confrontation instead of having any humility; just apologize. The Effie Country Service experience has been a very unpleasant experience, & has been getting worse every year; I do not recommend going here.🤝
Had a flat tire and only a doughnut for a spare. Called on Saturday, the shop was closed but they had their tech come in to fix it and help me out. Great service, would highly recommend.
Driver was very professional and helpful. Honestly cared about his job and his customers. If you ever find yourself in a predicament give ECS a call for a fair priced, quick response time.
Pickup truck broke down in the middle of nowhere. Called Effie Country Service and they sent a tow truck to my location and hauled truck to their garage.
Truck was repaired and delivered back to me.
Service was expedient, staff was excellent, prices were good.
Would recommend highly.
I was heading to a lake to go fishing and I blew a trailer tire. My spare was low too and I was a long way from home. Lucky for me these guys got me right in, and everyone was so friendly too! I’ll go out of my way to go back.
Mike with effie country service got me in early and got the right parts to get me back on the road. When I chatted with him he instilled confidence he could fix the problem promptly. Kudos to mike and the crew.
Have always had great service here. They have a much bigger food selection then I was expecting so that was nice. Everything was up to date and fresh! Prices were fair. Will go back next time we are driving through!
