Trying to work with them on an issues with rims and they keeps telling my husband and I to contact there attorney well I was trying to working with them on a customer base instead of doing that they want us to jump to there attorney at this point do not give your business to them they are not willing to work with you on a customer level they want to push everything to an attorney what kind of business does that l
Horrible service, been told for over 2 months that we are on the pick up list and never show up. lady on the phone is no help.. Pay a little more and call Liberty Tire !! At least they show up when they say they are going to!!
So back in March I had some tires replaced at bucks toys and tires there machine damaged the rims on my vehicle. Sorry for the future long post
So when I noticed I went back they did own up to it took pictures and told me they will be running threw their insurance it could take 6 to 8 weeks after not hearing anything I went back to them and asked they said I should have and where surprised I haven't but they are a part of FIRST STATE TIRE Reycling. Gave me there info
I called left a message a few time never got called back started stopping by have talked to multiple managers now getting a different story every time.
DO NOT Give ur money to bucks tire and toys or to first state tire Reycling
Been coming here for years but came at 11:30 and was told they do not help customers during lunch. Never been an issue before. No mention of this on there website or google. Lady in office barely speaks English so she never mentioned it either

Sering as they grind up the tires & resell the material, they should be buying the tires from customers. Me paying them $266 for .94 ton is a ripoff.qq
Went to dump 2 old rotted tractor tires, not much left of either one. They told me $270. Per ton, then said $45. each and told me I could go on the scale then decide how to pay. I knew it would be cheaper by weight because there was not much left so I went on the scale and then dumped the tires and went back on the scale and headed in. Then after seeing that it would only be $26., because there wasn't much left of these rotted out tires, they told me it's $45. each. So I had to go load them up and take them home. I would rather drive an hour to dump these then help this company survive. I would not waste my time with a company that does business like that. I was forced to give atleast 1 star to post this
Super confusing, almost every sign in the building is incorrect, from the do not enter sign on there scale that they make you enter, to there incorrect pricing on the inside. Very disorganized
We have called First State Tire Recycling for quite a few years now. I do not know if these are tough times for them or if they are mad at me. About 9 weeks ago they called and asked if I needed a pick up, that they were in the area. I asked if there would still be a pick up fee for coming out and they said yes. Well, I did not have enough tires to cover their p/u fee plus per tire fee and fuel feel. I declined the pick up. I called 3 weeks ago and they told me within 2 weeks, I replied no problem. Now its been 3 and I called and was told I was on a "to be" list. Asked what was that and they told me "to be scheduled" needless to say, I called another company out of Ramsey, they are picking up today, no pick up fee, no fuel fee per tire, 3.00 per tire wether lt tires or passangers. This was a no brainer for me. Sorry, but they just lost me as a customer.
For over 3 months we have been waiting for pickup but no luck. Bad customer service and they never come. They would pick up the phone, promise a pick up but never show up. I have given them multiple opportunities to make it right but they still disappoint. There is no way to have the manager take care of this. I give up! *** negative 5 stars***
I Have called once a week for the last five weeks and every week I've been told that they are "coming this week" and again and again, Then today i was told that when they're in my area they will pick up. and I asked so even though I called weeks ago, If they're never in my area they're never coming. She just kept repeating were working on it and had no solution nor alleviation to pick up my tires. Needless to say, I have two locations who produce high volumes of tires and I feel much more comfortable spending my money elsewhere.
I hired First State for the first time a month or so ago. I had about 700 used tires for pickup.
I am really pleased at the job they did for me. They sent out 3 guys and a semi to load and they guys were friendly, courteous and worked very quickly loading up my tires despite the very hot weather.
First rate job! I have and will continue to recommend First State Tire!
