I stopped at Mike’s looking for a used auto part. From the moment I walked in the door, the service was as fantastic! As it turned out, they didn’t have what I was looking for. He took it upon himself, jumped on the internet, found what I was looking for, gave me what it would cost, where it was located and a number to get ahold the place. You don’t hind that kind of helpful service around much more!
No one answered the phone and the voicemail didn't work very disappointed still can I get a hold of anybody there does anybody ever answer their phone.
Never have the part you’re looking for unless it’s a Toyota or some popular Rez car.
Every time I have called to drop off a scrap vehicle or called them for them to come pickup scrap cars they will quote me and say “Yeah I can have mike swing by later today and he can pick it up and give you about $150.” They never show up. I wait 2 weeks and call again and same story, “He will swing by.” Never does. I have called them about over 15 scrap vehicles and never once have I gotten anyone to show up or gotten a call back.
Good place but it is a bit spendy for some of their parts in the staff don't seem to know a hundred percent about what they're talking about they make you do a run around and trying to figure out what your vehicle is
