Rimomd was our road side assistance guy. After a magical day at Disney’s Magic Kimgdom we came out to not being able to get into our truck. The Ford Pass app didn’t work. Rimomd to the rescue. He came in a very reasonable amount of time and it took less than 15 minutes to get in. Would highly recommend.

I called for a battery replacement at my home and got service the same day, only an hour or two later. Manny was the nicest person on the planet, gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my car and talked through a lot of his process to ensure I knew what was going on. This was an amazing service that I would be happy to go to again when the need arises.
Jim responded within 30 minutes of me reaching out and showed up promptly. He tested my battery, confirmed it was dead, and replaced it quickly—even though my car is older and had some rusty bolts that made the job more difficult. He installed a new battery at a very reasonable price and even took the time to explain that USAA would reimburse me for the labor. Professional, efficient, and honest service. I couldn’t recommend Jim highly enough—he did a great job.
Yusuf was extremely helpful. He came to my apartment and not only changed my battery, but also cleaned up all of the leaking battery acid from my old battery. He was efficient and diligent! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their car batteries!
Rimond was super nice, super fast, and super helpful! I had returned to my car from seeing a show at the Dr Phillips Center, and sadly realized that I locked my keys in my car. After I contacted my insurance for a locksmith, Rimond called me just a few minutes later to let me know he was on his way to my car. He arrived at the parking garage in less than 10 minutes, and had such a positive attitude, which was really reassuring. The whole unlocking of the car and documentation process took only a few minutes, and then I was back on my way. I highly recommend Rimond’s services!
I had a flat tire. MCB was to me within 30 minutes. Brandon was very helpful as it turned out my tire was basically torn up. He took the time to get my spare out of my trunk and replace my bad tire with the spare, and then added some air into the spare as it needed it. Took him less than 10 minutes and I wasn’t late for my meeting. Thanks Brandon! Great experience.

I’m so glad to have found Mobile Car Battery Minneapolis! Yusuf the technician was great! He kept me updated on his arrival, as they were quite busy tonight. This was fine with me, as I would have otherwise had to spend hours jumping the car and dropping it off somewhere the next day since it was after 5PM on a Sunday night. Having the option for someone to come to my car was amazing. Less than an hour and a half after I called, he was here and able to swap out my battery for a new one in less than 15 minutes. Yusuf was very kind and professional, and he did an amazing job. I hope to not need a new battery in the near future, but I’ll recommend them to my family and friends and use them next time for sure!
