Your Flatbed driver came into the Taco Bell lot for his meal with his Buddy and Girl all riding in the cab. Acting like an immature child that his he was wanting me to move my truck to park his flatbed in the lot. There was not enough room in the lot except where I was parking he wanted to take 4-6 spots. He revved his engine and the passenger and girl were all getting mad, cause I was there first….. they parked one spot hanging the tail out into the lane. They exited the flatbed, talking smack and making hand gestures…. Well the Taco Bell had a closed lobby and they had to do the walk of shame immediately back and drive out of the lot like fools….. With everyone watching your Logo drive away!!! Hire Class not junk!!! They could have parked on the curb….. but gave everyone a show in Hastings Thank You!!!
Do not believe them when they tell you that you need a battery and that you can so conveniently buy one from them because more than likely you don't make sure they have there battery pac turned on!!! There crooks!!!
1/8/25- My car would not start and my insurance co. referred me to Roadrunner. They came about 2.5 hours after being dispatched. Informed me that my battery would not accept a charge. They offered to sell me a battery that they had in their truck. It was installed and my car still did not start right away. The tech had to tap my starter multiple times to get the car started.
I drove immediately to my dealership to get the starter checked. My car would not re-start at the dealer. Battery was tested and it failed.
I have called a few times about getting refunded for selling me a bad battery and keep getting told that a “manager” will be calling me to take care of the situation. It has now been 3 days since my initial refund inquiry and no manager has reached out to me. I called again today and still have not heard from a manager. They need to resolve this and refund my payment.
Failed on two services for me today
(1) sent out a technician who failed to jump my car battery and then tried to sell me an overpriced battery
(2) my insurance’s roadside assistance sent out a tow truck and they told my insurance company they completed the tow job
After a lot of confusion talking to my insurance’s roadside assistance department and failing to get in contact with roadrunner a new tow truck from another company was sent out. This company not only completed the tow job but got my car running in less time than it took Roadrunner’s technician to open the hood of my car
** Update: The owner called and said he would look into it, but we never heard back.** We were scammed. A couple of nights ago our motorcycle broke down on the highway in Plymouth. We called and they said they would send out a truck. A few minutes before the truck arrived, we got a call from a guy asking us to pay for our tow in advance. We were still on the phone with him when the tow truck pulled up. We ran out to ask the driver if the call was legit, and he said yes, please pay them. After he loaded the motorcycle, he said, did you pay? I told him I had paid and he said, well I called to verify payment and I was told there was a billing issue. After I showed the driver the phone number of the guy we gave payment to, he swiped through his phone for a few seconds and said, no that's not our guy. I then called back the number in front of the driver and the guy answered, I asked him who he worked for and he hung up on me. I tried to call him back and the number said it was no longer in service. I told my boyfriend to quickly turn off his bank card, and he stepped aside to work on getting that done. Then, the tow driver pulled a square out of his pocket and swiped my card for payment. Why didn't he offer that in the first place? And just after the tow truck driver pulled away, the other guy called me back, reassured me that it was an error and our card would not be charged. In the morning, we had thousands of dollars of charge attempts on our card. In my opinion, this whole scam was way too well orchestrated for someone from this company to not be involved. Be careful everyone!
Needed a tow on February 15. Paul, my tow driver, was very helpful in explaining my options between towing home or to their towyard. Paul was also very personable and made a not so great circumstance as enjoyable as it could have been. Good conversation on the long tow back home. Easy and convenient payment with instant electronic receipt. Highly recommend!
They were extremely helpful. They arrived in the timeframe dispatch gave, they are priced competitively and the driver was more than helpful. We rode with and he dropped it off. Payment and paperwork was quick and easy. Would absolutely use again.
The tow truck company answered right away, told me 30 minutes and got there in about 15. The son of the company (family owned) was super kind and patient as well as a fast worker! Would definitely use this business again.
Quick service for during Sunday at 4:00pm. The operator told me 45mins to her and came in 30 mins. Fast, service and a nice driver too. Drove me over to urgent care too! I was driving went out on the entrance ramp on 100 and excelsior.
The tow truck driver was very nice. And showed compassion. The price however was a shock. Based on my conversation with dispatch, and them KNOWING that I had the option of using my triple A, I was stunned to learn that I had to pay $101.00 to have my car towed less than 2 miles.
While trying to understand the needs and concerns of a car accident removal that came out of a cliff, landing on Minneapolis Park property, the individuals that showed up failed to show respect to the neighbors, police officers and more than anything the preservation of the natural resources.
They even misrepresented facts and threatened and senior gentleman to physically fight him. I would NOT recommend them for business, and would suggest taking them down as a contractor for the City.
We have used Miller for a few years for our trucking company and for personal vehicles as well. They have always been fabulous to work with. Very punctual, professional, helpful, friendly and very reasonably priced. They also are very conscience of safety and keeping everyone safe.
You couldn't ask for a better company to help!
It is not too often an employee says they work for a great company. Thanks you Christopher for your professional service. The dispatch office said it would be an hour to get a tow truck to my location and he was on time.
Called to get our truck towed and our own insurance company wasn’t helping at all. We called Miller’s Towing right after and not only did they provide the correct towing bed (Diesle V8 4 door F250) but they got to us in less than 20 minutes! Andrew acted so fast, he could’ve been Speedy Gonzales. He made sure our vehicle was properly set up and safely took it to the truck shop we desired! Their price was phenomenal and needless to say, we found our place for future towing! Will be calling for Andrew as we was such an amazing help!
It was so cold that day and the driver arrived earlier than expected..it was within 15 minutes... I was told 1/2 an hour... Miller Towing was calling me as he was pulling up to my car to inform me they would be there soon.
Driver/mechanic was very professional and respectful and the process was very quick. They had me back on the road in under the 2 hours.
I would use their services again and they have 2 new customers now as I have family nearby.

They were extremely rude and offered no help whatsoever after my boyfriend’s speakers were stolen out of his car on their property. Why have security cameras when you don’t care if people’s cars get robbed? Makes me think it was an employee.
The service was horrible. They damaged my car while towing it. And when I asked the towing guy, he told me not to tell him how to do his job. The towing company did not take a responsibility for the damage on my car. The staff was very rude, condescending and racist.
So I called them asking if they towed my friend’s car and “Mike” told me he didn’t have the car right away... he was rude and didn’t even look for the car because later on my friend went to look for the car in person and confirmed that they had her car! Bad service, plus staff are racist!
I had the best experience with Miller towing. They were speedy and the price was awesome. My driver also was a great guy. If I ever need to be towed again, I will use these guys!
Truck broke down today 20 miles from our shop. Andy was helpful and followed up with me twice. Thanks much for the help and will definitely use again if needed.
Ive used and dealt with Miller many times for both automotive and commercial vehicles. There drivers do a very good job, and are pretty easy to deal with. Never had an issue with them.
I gave them wrong cross streets at first and they were totally cool about it. They sent two employees to push my minivan out of the low clearance parking ramp where van was broken down, loaded it with care onto the flat bed truck and were totally courteous, personable and smiling the entire time. It was raining and gloomy but I still felt comforted by the whole experience. Thank you, Miller. I will keep you bookmarked on my phone.
I had a great experience with them, I was in a car accident, they quickly arrived. The guy driving the tow truck calmed me down and helped me through the process of what to do. They talked to me more than the cops and we're very helpful. Very thankful for the driver and the guy in the office!! :-)
They are the best. Don't read those comments below I had my Volvo truck tow today the driver was the best person to talk to and cost compare to the New Jersey prices was really low cost me 375$ I am really happy thanks to miler towing
DO NOT USE! They came to tow me after a car accident because they were called by the State Patrol. They took a long time to come. When the guy arrived he was rude and argued with me that there wasn't enough damage to the vehicle to tow it. Just drive it he said. REALLY?! You are getting paid to tow me! He then argued that he won't tow me to the body shop that I requested. He said they didn't exist. I had to give him directions from my phone to the place. Then he demanded payment in full, saying that he wouldn't bill my insurance company! It top it off he argued about what car I had saying my Mitsubishi Lancer was a Subaru Outback. All he had to do was read the emblems that were still attached.
My experience here was unfortunately terrible. The person at the front desk was rude and pushy. If you get in a car wreck or need your car towed, do not let them be the ones that do it. It will cost you financially more than it should.
They have the experience needed to be a great organization, but they need major changes at this point. Customer service procedures, organization, and technology all need updated and revised.
