‼DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY ONLINE‼I purchased two car parts from this company and they used this sketchy delivery service called “Reliant Express”. The company texted me through 3 different emails and delayed my order for over a week with multiple “refundable” pop up fees. An insurance fee ($200), a stamp fee ($150), and city permit fee ($500). The company acts concerned but always took the side of the scam shipping company and encouraged me to pay. I was assured that the last fee I would have to pay is the stamp fee but that was a lie. Now that I can’t pay the $500 fee, I was notified that I won’t be refunded for any of the “refundable” fees and I won’t receive my order. Terrible experience! DO NOT SHOP ONLINE‼‼‼‼
“Absolutely deplorable service from this junkyard! I requested parts and was promised they’d be pulled within a couple of days. A week and a half dragged by with zero progress—pure laziness and incompetence. When I called to follow up, Josh had the nerve to tell me they sold MY parts to someone else who waltzed in with cash (another lie)!!!!!

I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They have horrible customer service and they are crooks. Sold us a bad hybrid battery and refused even a refund. Shop at AbCO right across the street. Better service.
Broke down on 694 - after calling Kyle at 6am, he hurried to get my husband's truck off the freeway. Great communication, pleasant demeanor when he arrive. Refreshing to have service provided with a smile! Call if you need help!!
STAY AWAY… bought engine that “runs great” coil packs and spark plug holes full of oil. Engine needs complete rebuilt. Owner is not willing to refund money back and says it’s just valve cover gaskets. Reading other reviews I am not the only one that got scammed out of my money..

Home boy hooked me up with a duel action steering wheel lock. Works. My car had been broken into 5 times. Now they see that lock and leave me alone. Stay #blessed
Recommend this place before Abco and tho I hate to say it even Upullrparts. Not cheaper for engines but definitely cheaper for glass replacement and it’s even pulled out for you ( A huge difference). Definitely 5 star quality service awesome employees and never a 2 hour wait to get your part either
BUYER BEWARE - I purchased an engine from them online, had a knock so we sent it back they then sent us another one but unfortunately wasn’t the right engine. Spoke to Kyle various times to try and fix the situation but he argued that the second engine they sent was the right one (which wasn’t) now I’m stuck with an engine I cannot utilize. I wrote a review about this incident a while back kyle then asked me to erase it and he’d do the right thing and send us the correct engine. This was back in June 2022, last I spoke to him he said they haven’t received a replacement engine to send us, I asked what I should do with the engine they sent he then told me to sell it to get my money back. Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t buy from them.

Sam’s auto parts is a life saver! If you need an auto part for your car this is the place to go. I needed a new alternator and every place I called was quoting me around $150-$300. I called Sam’s auto parts and they had my alternator there for $45. That is an amazing price and I could not believe it. When I went to go pick it up the lady that works the counter was so nice and very helpful and answered all my questions I had. I will definitely be coming here for all my auto part needs from now on. Thank you so much Sam’s auto parts you guys are so amazing and your prices are very reasonable and great. I will be recommending you to all my friends and family
If you need parts for you car call Sam or go there they will give you the best price around town or if you have any Junk vehicles you want out of your yard just call Sam they are helpful and friendly there is a guy at the counter he is very helpful and will go out of his way to find you your part if they don’t have it hey thanks guys for you help any time I need it
These guys are always straightforward with me they help me if they can they've given me deals I always check them out first it's been worth it for me even if they don't have it they are always the first place I check
They have good price and selection. I found their lot to be well organized and kept up. Also the staff there were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend their lot based on my experiences with them.
I made a over the phone order for 1994 impala ss quarter window on July 3rd. I was told to call back the next day to receive my tracking information since it will be shipped out the same day it’s July 20th now I haven’t receive anything. These guys are scammers
They didn't answer the phone any of the 3 times i called. When i arrived they closed early, the person that was there saw me park and drive off the opposite way. People rely on the closing times to fix and get there cars running. It's unethical to run such a business and close early. Ill never recommend this place to anyone again. And will never go back.

Was great doing business with this guy. He was there when i got into the establishment and had my part waiting. Even gave me a better deal then the one offered over the phone with a black friday discount!!! Imagine That!!!

I called for 2 rotors. They said they have plenty. He said they were open til 6. I Arrived at 5:50. I watch as the Model T drives away. The gate was closed. I arrive 10 am the next day. The gate is still closed. Still can't get my rotors I called for. I call at 10am. Nobody answers. No answering machine either.
Good deals but Poor service brought a part didn't need called to swap the part out they said they would have it ready for me the next day now it's been 3 1/2 weeks and they still don't have the part ready
Paid 150 for transmission. Said it was tested. Didn't work. Now have to take it to shop. Gonna cost me 1400 dollars more. Should have done this in first place. Brad Clark is my son and a friend of Barry's.Hes a habitual liar and con artist. Nit a happy camper but learned valuable lesson
Very very poor customer service. Refuses to pull a part until I get there and I'm only 2 blocks away. I run a small business and don't have the time to wait for the part to be pulled.. Was told if he pulled every part from a phone call he'd have a office full of parts". Instead he will have a yard full of parts he won't sell. GOOD LUCK
