Came here to get a crucial leaf spring replacement for my vehicle. Surprisingly fast and affordable! They had it done and ready to go 24 hours later, with fair parts and labor costs. For a first time dealing with auto mechanic stuff, I had no clue what to expect but was recommended here by multiple sources, and they did not disappoint.
What a horrible company!!! They have parts for sale online but when you call them they say they aren’t for sale? What kind of crap is that. Why have parts for sale when you aren’t selling them. And when asked they get all mad for asking for the parts what a horrible company!!!!!
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I talked with all staff here about a part i needed for a 5500, and they nailed it even with a hiccup that simply happens to us all. They were very professional from the very get-go, and from what i can tell, they were genuinely apologetic on a mistake made with my order. Best of all, when i was on a time crunch I had, unbeknownst to them, they still managed to get my parts before Christmas which is unbelievable with the delays in the shipping chaos on this holiday. If you have problems with this place of business, it's probably not them, just saying... Libson, please continue to take pride in what you do. You change the mood of my entire company because we got our work truck back before Christmas chaos. Merry Christmas, and may it be a profitable New Year!
When I tried to enter at 2pm on a tuesday, the door was locked, which needed to be opened by an employee. I asked about getting my car looked at, and the employee told me in order to properly inspect my car they would need to have it for 5 days! I asked if we could schedule an appointment so that they could do in one or two days that would work best for them. But the employee told me he couldn't do that. What kind of car shop needs 5 days to inspect a car?
Good people and good parts. I went there two times for axle hubs and they gave me good parts for a great price. Very reasonable. I will go back for all my truck needs.
Needed my rear differential repaired or replaced. Right off they told me they wouldn’t warranty the work. Any shop that is worth their salt should stand behind their work. After reading another reviewer who needed to get his rear diff redone three times at this shop it all started to make sense why they wouldn’t gurentee their work . If you go there, make sure they warranty the work for your own protection. Sadly, I’m forced to take my business elsewhere.
Hubby had to get a new transfer case so he called up this place, as soon as (I wish I had gotten his name!) they started talking, kyle knew he was knowledgeable! We will definitely be back here in the future if we need parts that they carry! Very respectful guys! 10/10 will recommend!
Great company, I would highly recommend! Was referred to them by a friend when I thought my 190,000 mile Ford Flex needed a transmission. Gave me a very competitive quote on a used transmission. The best part was when Jeff, the owner called me a told me that my transmission was fine and that all I needed was new spark plugs. Seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you for the honesty and great service!
Tr tI paid 500 dollars and my truck was worse than i brought it in. The mechanics.strained the transfer case evidently driving at high speed in low gear. The price to get it out was double the amount of the estimate and it still was not fixed but they had to charge me????? Is there a state law they cant exceed 10 percent. They will get you. WARNING. The rasponse was not true. I had to oil the shifter and springs which where dry. I complained then but my truck was hostage. I should had made formal complaints then. I figured you would throw out the old car stament. Thats why i briught it there because i maintain it and its still running as a testament.. Good. Try . Ever heard of restoration.
Rebuilt the rear differential on my Jeep Commander twice in the past 30 months. It needs to be rebuilt again. I’m going somewhere else.
So, time to eat some crow....Jeff stepped up big time. Some serious consideration for past work and some out of this world customer service. I even had them do some additional repairs because of their response. From a one star to a five star!
I had a problem with a core charge and the way it was explained that I wasnt going to get any of my $1000 back. I was then contacted by Jeff, who I assume is the owner. Jeff took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my core rather than just leaving it at "its junk." Infact he said that to replace my core cost him more than what he charged me. Then he went a step beyond that and offered to pay me some money back on my core to keep me happy. I told him just his efforts to call and explain what was happening was enough and he didn't need to refund any core money because he was already proving his honesty. But he insisted in keeping a good business relationship and refunded some of my money anyway. These people have been in business for a long time and the reason why is clear! Ill be doing business with them again given the chance. Thanks Jeff
